      Worst customer service and products I've ever encountered. They have no understanding of how to win a customer's trust or loyalty.  @Frigidaire air fryer I bought broke after less than three months. They forced me to take pictures, cut the wire, wipe off the serial number, and even record video in order to obtain warranty coverage. Such nonsense! The complaint has been closed with the justification that we haven't contacted them despite the fact that it has been 10 weeks since they promised to deliver a replacement. ***** ******** ******** **** **** ********* ** ** ***** ** ***** **** ***** ******** ***** ***** *** ***** **** ******* *** ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ******

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service. I wish we would have looked at the reviews before we purchased our ********** - EFIC235-AMZ ice maker. My boyfriend bought this for me in November 2021 and it quit working the week of August 8th 2022. Only lasted 9-months. I started emailing them on August 14th and it is still not resolved. I have done everything they have asked and still no resolution. They finally told me I would have to send it back to California and the freight to do that is over $100.00. I asked if I would get a new one if I did that and no response from them at all. I am not going to pay over $100.00 to ship it back and not have confirmation we will get a new machine. I think I will reach out to **********, like some customers below have done, just so they know about it. I have never had such crappy customer serice. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer in this fashion.

      The worst company to deal with. Have been dealing with on a 58 inch RCA TV since August 2022. It took them a month to get back to me and still that has been done to fix the TV. Feel they don't care about the customers which is not right at all. Have sent pictures, receipts (with all the info on the TV) and keep getting told they need more info. Curtis International Ltd is the worst warranty company I have ever had to deal with. ******** * ***** **** **** * **** *******

      I've been trying to get help with a television I purchased 10 months ago for over a month. I've sent in every document that I was asked to and the customer support representative Joyce W. stopped contacting me. I finally called in and the woman who answered Grace hung up on me.

      Purchase a CounterTop crushed ice machine model EFIC235 in December of 21. The device stopped working March of 2022. Placed a phone call to Curtis International the day it stopped working and let's just say after numerous calls and email. I still haven't received my replacement device I'm supposed to be getting. I've turned in receipts, pictures of device, gave them my address etc etc etc at least 10 times already. Everytime you phone in to this company after recieving no response for 20 days or more... Its excuse after excuse... ie all while you hear chickens crowing in someone's back yard. Its not funny and quite ridiculous that this company is ruining the reputation of Frigidaire products. I've had it and at those point will be reporting them to the BBB

      This company is horrible. They co timid to send a computer generated response every time I send an email. They should take the Frigidaire nugget ice maker off the shelf. Very poor craftsmanship. Nothing but one problem after another. They stand behind their products and getting a real response is a joke. ***** *******

      I had RCA TV issues, complete garbage product, getting 75% dead screen with in 9 months. contact to curtis international and they ask me to provide all information with picture with cut power cord of TV , sent it all info. 6 month ago. but no any warranty response. **** ** **** ************ ***** *** *** ******* ** *** *** ****** ************ ******* ** ****

      There's no way this can be a legal way of doing business.
      I purchased my ice machine and out of the box, it never worked. Starting in June 2022, I spent months sending and *re-sending* the same information required, including videos, and after dozens of repeat emails was told where to send the unit.
      I mailed it back *a month ago* at my own expense, and absolutely cannot get a response re: what happens next. Am I getting a new machine? A reimbursement? An ****** credit?
      ****** should cease doing business with this company and selling their products if consumers are unable to return faulty machines. Essentially, this is theft of $150.00 and it's unethical.

      They kept the promise to following up the case until the end. Although it was taking few months, but I finally get it resolved. Thank you for the team efforts! It is very much appreciated!

      I have the same story as others. Purchased the ice maker in Dec 21. It almost caught my home on fire July 22. Filed for the warranty. Multiple emails, then they wanted me to ship it to them. I paid $112 for the shipping and emailed to complain at which point they said I could cut the cord! Are you kidding me? That should have been my first option. Now they have the ice maker in California and will not respond to my emails and I can’t seem to catch someone on the phone. Imagine. I am beyond irritated with this process. We shall see if it ever gets resolved. At this point I want a refund of the machine and the shipping costs! Worst customer service I have ever received!
