      Had to spend 125$ shipping to return a defective ********** Ice and Water machine. Received a new one and reported a loud sound in the machine, followed by another report of the water releasing without demand...and finally came into the office to find the systems water started (without demand) and ran all night. Cleaned the flooded office, reported the defect with more pictures and the response...
      this new maker was fine when sent and that if was under the original date for warrantee (which ran out). A new system does not get an extension for warrantee? Curtis International closes the case and will do nothing for the customer? ****** ****** **** ** ******* **** *** ****** ******** *****

      Disappointed in the service. My tv broke in February and I just received a cheque now. They provided a cheque and not a replacement tv as I purchased it on boxing day and now have to spend more money than I received back to purchase another tv. Do not purchase an *** tv as I had one that was 2 months old stop working and another that was 2 yrs old stop working. Waste of money and terrible service.

      We were given a ********** ice maker *** *** *******, and within 6 months it was already broken. We contacted them, because they are our warranty company for the ice maker and have gotten nothing but the run around from them. We are going on 4 months dealing with them, with NO solution yet! We’ve sent pics, and details and videos and EVERYTHING they’ve asked for immediately and still we are getting the run around. They don’t allow you to speak to a manager, **** *** **** *** *****. The emails just say the exact same things every time. Nothing has been done. At this point we are ready to take them to court!

      ******** it been 30 days and still no response from them on my icemaker that broke 10 months in service. i don't understand what is so hard to warranty a bad product.

      ******* **** ******** called when my washer and dryer was in warranty and they kept dodging and delaying until the washer went out of warranty. I contacted them to get a part since the washer had a one year warranty and they said they didn’t have the part as they didn’t have it available and i would have to take it to a repair shop and pay out of pocket. After having me send picture of the part which they said to open it and send it they wrote it was physically damaged ***** *** * *** but refused to answer or show where the supposed damage was and then stopped answering all phone calls and emails.

      I bought a70 inch tv only lasted 10 months called Curtis they wanted proof of purchase serial number also I had to cut cord and send pictures it was a process I did what they asked and it wasn’t long after I received a cheque for full amount.

      i had a freezer that went bad in less than 10 months. under their warranty rules i had to send several photos. every time i sent what they asked for they asked for more. now they want more phots showing that i cut the cord and destroyed serial and model numbers before they would send me a check. the problem is i have food in the fridge section. i am waiting for their check so i can buy a new fridge. dont ever buy anything that is owned by Curtis. check before you purchase

      I have a ********** ice maker that broke in January when it was only purchased in August. I am in the process of filing the warranty claim but the company does not respond. It will be a week Thursday since they have responded, and I began the claim process three weeks ago. A $120 ice maker ****** **** * ****** ******** **** * *** *******

      ** * ***** **** * ***** * ****** I bought a ********** Gallery pellet ice maker for the counter off ******. The machine came with a one year manufacturers warranty, as most do and thankfully so. The $400 machine broke in its 11th month of normal home use. I went online to find out the deets on getting my machine fixed, replaced or refunded. For ********** they outsource their warranty claims to Curtis International LTD. Operated by * ***** ** poorly English speaking employees who told me to take pics and provide all the deets. Once I got through the process of uploading pics over and over again seemingly never enough they finally reviewed my claim. This part took 3 weeks. After numerous calls, emails, ***** ******* *** ***** **** they told me I had to ship the product to their warehouse in California. When it could have also been brought to a local authorized repairer or provide proof of destruction. A $120 later and 3 more weeks it was finally received and processed. Meanwhile I’m still trying to communicate with these people about getting my ice maker back. The claim was initiated on Nov 14th 2023 it is now January 22, 2024 and I’m still waiting for something.
