      We purchased a television, that after two months started having lines through the picture. We sent Curtis international all of the photos and videos that they had requested. After a very long period of time they sent us the name of a local repair shop to take it to. The repair shop deemed the television not fixable, and it was at least a month before Curtis international got back to them, and they stated that the repair shop destroy the television, and that Curtis international would be issuing us a check. That was seven months ago, and we have still yet to receive anything. in the last couple of days I have called multiple times and have sent multiple emails with no response on this matter.

      bought an ********** ice maker on February 20th 2023. In early October of 2023 the ice maker stopped producing ice altogether. I reached out to customer support, to report it. They wanted me ship the defective ice maker at my expense to them to proceed with the claim.( I discovered it would cost me half the price of the original cost to ship it to them.) I then called customer support to let them know I could not afford to ship the defective ice maker back to them. A few days later I received an email from them stating "they will cover the ice maker under the warranty, however they no longer receive back faulty items. In order for us to send you a replacement we require you to preform a field destroy." I had to cut the cord to the defective ice maker, then I had to write the claim number across the top of it. I had to peal the sticker with the identifying information off the back of it , & cut it up. After performing all these steps I had to upload pictures showing I completed all the required steps. I Immediately called them to verify they received all the required information for my replacement. The representative told me I would receive an email with a tracking number when the new ice maker shipped out.( I received the email with the tracking number.) A few weeks later the replacement arrived. The ice maker was not the same one I originally bought. The replacement was a different color & cost half the price of what I originally paid for. The replacement ice maker did not come with another year warranty. ( The original warranty carries over to the replacement. )I Immediately emailed them to ask them if I would receive a check for the remaining balance since the replacement was half the cost of the original. They responded by saying "this matter is closed "
      My experience with Curtis International was horrible. I will never buy a product from this company again. ** *** *** **** ******* I highly recommend ****** ******** **** * ***** ** buying a different brand

      ** * ***** **** ** ***** * ******* ***** ******* ***** Purchased an ice maker paid over 300.00 and lasted a few months and died. Had to send tons of pictures and video for a couple months. Then package this 40 pound ice maker up take it to post office and paid 135.00 to ship it to them. I’m so upset with this company. Will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. And who knows when I will get a refund??
      Extremely dissatisfied with this company. *** ** *** ****** *******. All in all I ended up paying 500.00 bucks for this. Unbelievable

      Purchased an ********** Ice maker back in March 2023. 3 months later I kept getting an E1 error. Customer support was quick to acknowledge initial complaint but they were completely terrible at follow up. It took them 2-3 months to look at my ticket after submitting all the information. I acknowledge that I did submit the wrong purchase receipt for the initial step but it took them that long to deny me coverage from that. I followed up with the correct receipt and finally they told me I had to ship the Ice Maker to an address in California at my expense. This cost me about 100$ to do so. I spent 330$ on the ice maker and I have to pay a third of that cost to ship it so they can verify the unit is actually broken? It was a very frustrating experience to say the least for a product that cost so much, just to break down a few months after purchase.

      *** ***** ******* **** **** *** ** **** ***** **** ****** ** **** **** ************* Horrible customer service, no one answers and when they do they’re rude and not helpful. Left me without a fridge since dec 20 after i got a defective item. Promised me a replacement, made me destroy the other unit and then decided not to send me a new one and now i can’t get anyone to answer me about my refund. *********

      Purchased a ********** fridge from ****** and it never cooled, out of the box. I supplied all of the pictures Curtis International asked for in multiple areas as they requested. **** ****** * **** ****. Curtis keeps asking you for the same information over and over until you get frustrated and give up...and they do absolutely NOTHING.

      Purchased a ********** ice maker (Curtis International) that broke down in 2 months. Contacted customer service and after logging pictures, videos and comments, 6 phone calls due to lack of follow up promised and 3 weeks later, I received an email stating that I need to ship the defective unit back at my expense with no other direction on what happens next. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.       *** *** ****** **** ** ** *** ***** *** ***** *********. They make disposable TV that last a year! if not less! Sell you one and they are done! NEXT.......Then they have a person apologizing for not being able to do anything after 1 year. I have a ******* on my wall that's going strong that was manufactured in 2013. **** **** **** **** ******* ** *** **** **** ******* ********* ** * ***** *** ** ***** * ******

      Absolutely ******** product, customer service and warranty services. Bought a beverage fridge that was marketed as a ********** ********; however, it's not a ********** product but rather a product co-barded through Curtis International. After a week of use this beverage fridge overheated to the point that all internal components melted. The fridge was scolding hot *** ******** ***** **** ****** ** ***** **** ** * ****** **** **** ** ****** *** When I contacted ********** they pointed me to Curtis International where customer service goes to die.
