      Bought an ice maker that started leaking within a few months. Sent the requested photos which clearly show water and damage. They now demand a video, which will require me to hold this heavy machine up with one hand and try to record with my cell phone in my other, which is impossible. These people are impossible to work with.

      Terrible customer service. I had a water cooler that broke within 7 weeks, I did buy a protection plan but since the manufacturer warranty is a year I need to use that 1st. Well it's been 3 weeks...I've called 10 times, uploaded EVERYTHING to the portal...emailed ALL the same information and they tell me the video won't play. Well guess what it plays from their portal just fine I've checked it. So not my fault. I will take it back to *** and let them deal with it. NEVER again will I buy *********** if this is the treatment I get for a $125water cooler!

      It has been over a year since I requested assistance with my warranty and they do not support claims at all. I purchased 2 *** televisions from ******* and one the volume is in and out and the tv does a a weird thing where the color splats and then returns. The 2nd-second tv set stopped working altogether before the one-year anniversary of purchase. I contacted Curtis International first by online left a message and then again through emails. I contacted *** as well and they contacted them concerning the issue and still nothing. I sent in everything they asked the I have not heard from them since then. I purchased both of my tvs November 30, 2021, and ! doesnt work at all and the other is barely working.

      I bought a Proscan Tablet for an autistic person to use for communication. The tablet broke in less than a month. The warranty company said I was still under manufacturer warranty and to contact them. Worse thing I've ever done. I filed a claim and uploaded pictures, video and receipt within minutes. I had to call everyday and they kept saying can you upload this again or can you call the store again. 2 weeks later they are still giving me the run around and keep asking me to get the store to give a refund instead.

      horrible customer service, takes 3- 5 business days just for them to respond to an email. ** *** ****** **** ********  *** **** ****  they emailed me saying shipping would be at the consumers expense. then a week later emailed me again saying I had to pay for prepaid shipping ***** only no collect will be refused. Once they receive the item they will let me know if I'm gonna get at a refund or a replacement ice maker. This is the 3rd week and I have no ice maker or resolution. then I have to spend my money to ship a broken ice maker back to the consumer when I already paid for it. Had I know this was a 3rd party company I would have never purchased this unit. I only had it 4 months and have to go through all these changes to get a working ice maker. I even bought an extended protection warranty. I have to deal with them until their factory warranty is up before I can use the one I purchased. it is horrible. can never speak to a supervisor. * ***** *** ********* ****** * ********** ******** ** *** **** ** **** **** ****** ************* ** ********* ******* ** *** ************ ** **** * *********** ** *********

      ****** ** *** ****** ****** ** **** ********* * ***** ***** ******* *** ** **** **** * ** ******* * ** ************ I returned my ice maker and paid the $100 shipping and was given a check which was a BAD check and than emailed about a “hack” and another check being sent but never received anything!! I’m waiting just to get my product back or my money!!!

      I bought a *** tv at the end of November 2022 from ******* they only warranty it for 90 days out of the 1year warranty then you have to deal with Curtis international ltd they requested all kinds of pictures and sales receipt, video of problem since the first time I sent all they requested I keep getting emails saying they need all the same info numerous times ! I don't feel like my claim will ever be taken care of. * **** ******* sold the product they should reimburse me or replace the TV and they can collect from Curtis international ltd. **** **********.

      I purchased a DVD player this year and after about a month I decided I should try the remote. It didn't work, I changed batteries and still no power. I contacted Curtis int, sent product information, receipt, explained remote had no power. Over a 3 month period they cancelled my case, I reopened it after making several phone calls and sending several emails asking for updates. After 3 months I received email they were checking there warehouse. Then after another week I received a email that they didn't have the product I needed and I should try purchasing it at a appliance store. So within there warranty time they don't have parts and expect me to spend more money. I will never purchase anything again with there name on it. Poor customer service

      Bought a **********
      That they said is manufactured by Curtis.
      Opened it and it was dented.
      No damage to the box.
      Curtis said it was done by the store or delivery company.
      And since it was dented it voided any warranty.
