      I bought an icemaker last year. Bought it from *******. It is a ********** but the warranty is through Curtis international. I’ve already had to return it and spent over $200 to return it because it didn’t work. They sent me another one which I haven’t even had six months and it now doesn’t work either. I have tried to contact the company through email and I’m getting no response. I’ve contacted the company on the phone and they tell me who I need to talk to. I have to email. I can’t get a hold of anyone to speak to on the phone that can actually fix my problem. Can only contact them by email, but cannot get any response. I will never buy another ********** product or anything that I know has to deal with this company.

      ITS A 78 DOLLAR AIR FRYER.
      I DONT HAVE STRENGHTH OR TOOLS TO DO THIS.
      **** ** * ******** ******Y AND RETURN. They make it so inconvenient, so you don't do this???
      AND.. GIVING ME A 3 DAY TIMEFRAME. I WAS ON VACATION.
      ILL BE TAKING THIS UP WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOW MORE.

      There is no one available to speak with to address your concerns. Also they keep asking for the same information over and over. They say they are going to call and no one calls. My problem is still not resolved

      Awful service from this company, took me several month and a lot of my time to get for them to make a warranty on an Ice Maker that went bad. Really bad customer service, awful experience.

      I bought an air fryer u
      less then 2 months it stopped working I spoke to customer service they they were connecting me to different departments and telling me this was not the department and this is not the number and then finally I was able to get warranty department. And I received an email sending pictures of my air fryer videos of the troubleshoot that my airfryer had and they got back to me and then they started requesting the same pictures again and then I never heard from them again it is just really disappointing . And I'm just reading the reviews and I already lost faith

      *** ** **** ********** outsourcing to Curtis their beverage refrigerator, like everyone here the warrantee department never responds although the toll free number does get a person, unfortunately they are powerless to do anything *** ***** ********** *** ** **** ********* ** it has been over 7 weeks trying to get a replacement glass door as they drilled the holes for the pull handle on the hinge side of the frame so you cannot open the door using the handle and thus far after uploading all the photos and receipts multiple times over the past 6 weeks the warrantee parts department has refused to even send an email, let alone the parts needed to satisfy claim ***** ******. *** ******* ** ****** ******* ** *** ********** **** ***** ** *********** *** ***** ****** ******** ********* ** ******** *** ********* ** * ******** ******* ******* * **** **** ** *** *** ****** ******* **** ** * ** ** **** **** ****** *** *********

      ****** **** ***** ** ***** I bought I bought nice maker. Broke in warranty. I had to spend $186 to send back a $325 ice maker to get new one even though the problem was just like hundreds of complaints online. They will not pay for shipping. Cheryl A. in customer service claims customer service is a top priority when it is not even a consideration. A company who makes a problem that keeps having the same problem in warranty and makes a customer spend this much to send it back may as well be steeling money. ** **** *** ***** ***** ******* **** *** ** *** ******

      I have sent multiple emails, photos, proof of purchase and no one gets back to me- its the weirdest and most professional operation I have ever encountered. They tell me to keep the phone lines open ---

      *** TV that stopped working within 8 months of purchase, under manufacturers warranty. We were required to submit the receipt as proof of purchase and date, and several photos of the issue, which was a non-functioning tv. Of course, how can you prove through photos that the tv doesn’t work? So after submitting photos, we had to submit a video of the TV not working. That was fine and we probably should’ve done that in the first place to save ourselves some time. However, customer service then told us to contact a local Curtis authorized repair company to fix the TV. The company they referred is not a Curtis authorized service company anymore, and when they were they only did extended warranty repairs - the TV was under manufacturers warranty. After I explained this to **, we had to take more photos of our claim number scratched into the TV - a bit excessive, but I get it. It was after those photos were submitted that they agreed to issue a refund cheque. All in all the process took 2 months, but I had time and wanted my money back! They should include the request for video in the initial warranty instructions, and they should update their database of Curtis authorized repair companies. Also, the date on the receipt clearly said it was bought in July 2022 so obviously it was under manufacturer warranty. I get that the longer the process is the less likely someone is going to work as hard as I did to get $227 back but like I said, I had the time.

      ****** ** *** **** ************** ******* the tv I bought in March of 2023 had a faulty remote constant run around they want me to pay for another think twice if considering buying electronics on line through ******* bad mistake
