      * ***** **** ******* ** * **** *** THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS OR THEIR WARRANTIES. I PURCHASED AN ICE MACHINE FROM THEM THAT LASTED 3 WEEKS PAST THEIR 1 YEAR WARRANTY
      I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE A 45 DAY GRACE PERIOD AND SO THEY WOULD STILL COVER IT SINCE I WAS WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. THEN I SENT THEM ALL THE PICS THEY WANTED AND THEN I GOT EMAILED BACK SAYING THAT I WAS INFORMED WRONG AND THAT MY WARRANTY WAS UP 3 WEEKS AGO. THATS PRETTY LAME IF YOU ASK ME

      Be aware! I`m an owner of ********** kettle bought from ******. I have an awful experience with customer service once kettle malfunction during a warranty period. Curtis International doesn't follow the own manufacturer warranty and change decisions on the way against own statements. No way to contact a manager/superviser, call center is outsourced.

      Doesn’t honor the warranty. I have sent their information several times and they are asking me to mail back the unit which would cost more than the unit.

      ***** ******** I will never buy anything with them as warranty provider again. Curtis International Ltd. My phone stopped working after 2 months. After sending in requirements and them requesting BETTER photos, they denied because they said I didn't send inforation within 30 days. First of all warranty card says nothing about that, just that it's a 1 year warranty, and secondly, I sent it all in 30 days.

      Shipped to *** (at my expense $50+) per under *** warranty. Not able to fix so they sent me a brand new (and bigger) ice maker. COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!°!99?!0°.

      I received a ********** icemaker for xmas that broke down in under four months, less than 9 months from the manufactured date. their customer service wont assist me with warranty even tho i sent the requisite photos and video of the unit and tell them I don't have access to the receipt as it was a gift. they will not support their products even 9 months from its manufacture date which is clearly printed on the back sticker, *** ***** **** **** **** ********* ** **** *** ********* **** ******** this process has left me with a ***** ** **** destined for the landfill and all around bad feelings and wasted time and money. ****** **** ****** ***** ****** ******* **** ***** ***** ********* * ****** **** ******** *** ********** ** ** ******* **** ***** ****** ** ***** ****** **** **** * ******** ***** ** ****** ****** ********* *** *************

      I purchased a counter top ice machine that stopped functioning after 2 months. I purchased from ****** and fulfillment was through this organization I have never heard of. My requests have been answered by templates only and with ultimatums that my case would be closed if I don't reply within the time frame. This is not about the money, this is a relatively inexpensive item. This is about a retailer taking responsibility for defective merchandise within warranty and it looks like I am not the first one to be burned by this organization.
      Instead of providing a return call tag for defective product, they want me to field destroy the unit and do more work on my end just so maybe I will be refunded if my reply meets your ***** proprietary guidelines. ** ***** * **** ****** **** *** **** ***** ** *** ***** ******** 
      Lesson learned. I will take this up with my credit card company.

      I purchased a ********** counter top ice maker in Feb 2022. It broke in January 2023. Just under a year old, still under warranty. I contacted ********** at first and was referred to Curtis. My FIRST email with Curtis was 1/7/2023. It is 3/28/23, and I am STILL waiting. ***** ******** ******* ********** ** * ***** First they told me to return the unit to the store I purchased it from. I tried but it was beyond their return period. I advised to Curtis and they told me I could send the unit back but at my expense. It was $50+ to ship from Massachusetts to their California warehouse. I told Curtis that it doesn't make sense that I should have to pay HALF the price of the unit to ship when it was still under warranty. At that point, I threatened to file a consumer complaint with my state's Attorney General. They said that they would approve the warranty claim. They kept asking for multiple photos of the unit. I would follow the directions for the photos and they would still find a way to reject the photo and change their mind. Finally on March 8, I was approved. Two months after my first email! I am still waiting for a response. Based on the following reviews doubt this will be solved any time soon. I filed a claim with my state's Attorney General. Hoping this will help get them to rush this. ********** ******

      Brought a 65" RCA tv in November, picture went out in January. Sent them picture, video, detailed messages. Cut power cord, etched claim number in tv. That process took 6 weeks for them to say they would replace it or send a refund. Now another 5 weeks has passed and not a word from them. I will never buy another RCA product or anything dealing with this company! Why are they still in business!

      * **** * ***** **** **** * **** ***** I bought a Bluetooth speaker and it quit working after 2 months. Submitted pictures/videos, emailed and spoke with customer service. I was told several times someone would be in touch. I would receive random emails saying “they had not heard from me and were closing the file” despite me calling an emailing ** *** ********* *** ** *** ***** ********* **** ***** ***** It was a constant run around with them and now over 1 yr later with no resolution. I gave up. ** *** *** ***** *********
