      This is the worst company we have ever dealt with.
      Our Nordik 14 window installation took almost 2 1/2 years to complete.
      Problems encountered:
      Office:
      Calls not returned.
      Orders not entered into the system. Multiple calls to the office to check on next service call revealed that parts were not ordered.
      Order tracing.
      Orders gone missing. Service team arriving at home to find part of the order missing and were unable to trace it.
      Windows arrived without the frame or glass.
      Installation:
      Holes drilled into vinyl casing during installation on 3 windows.
      Improper shimming of window frame. Warping causing window to pop out.
      Triple windows installed with middle window at different height.
      Windows not properly insulated and pieces of wall insulation missing, discovered when service team removed casing to investigate condensation.
      Large gaps in caulking on casings.
      Insufficient screws used to install window frames.
      Quality Control.
      2 windows with scratches.
      1 window with dirt between the panes.
      1 window with broken seal, fingerprints visible between the panes.
      1 window with broken seal, piece of wood was jammed between the panes.
      1 window with condensation had broken seal.
      All casement windows had inaccurate placement of clips. windows were loose when locked.
      Tempered glass had wave distortions.
      Accounts Dept
      Finally a department that was eager to communicate with me!
      The inefficiencies ran right through the Company.
      We made our final payment in 2 E-transfers. They were entered incorrectly and the the Accounts Receivable Specialist stated there was still a balance owing.
      Nordik relies on it's wonderful warranty to clean up its messes.
      They should concentrate on getting it right the first time and sparing homeowners from the stress.
      This company does not deserve to be in business.
      As customers we deserve better.
      When asking yourself if you should use this Company, consider the risk, will you be so lucky as to have a positive experience?

      Nordic Windows has stepped up its game! We wanted the best windows which I believe is Nordic. Their Revo Cell technology has an INCREDIBLE star rating so we knew we got one of the best, if not THE BEST windows available for a reasonable price. What I worried about at first was the installation. A lot of reviews out there stipulate issues with the installation and that had us worried.
      We decided to go through with it anyway and we were blown away by how well(Mike, Nana and Maya did! Extremely kind, polite and PROFESIONAL. They knew exactly what they had to do. They helped us inspect and wipe the windows before installing them. They walked us through the installation process. He remeasured the frame and windows before trying to put in the window. Absolutely humbled BEAUTIFUL people. I feel like Team MnM saved Nordic's installation reputation. If you go with Nordic, request MIKE, NANA and MAYA! They will definitely go above and beyond for you. RACHEL (sales rep), I feel literally saved the company. For a time, their windows were sent unpackaged and unprotected in the vans (which made us worried) but she actually changed that for the company. Their windows now come well-protected, nicely packaged, and secured. Upon arrival, our windows were in fantastic shape. I even asked Rachel to come and check the installation and SHE CAME! She double checked things were going smoothly for us (since she knew we were worried about the installation quality). Rachel also bent backwards for our requests, going back and forth to make sure we got what we really wanted. She made it so easy for us and we are pleased that she pulled through with everything! I will be doing a second order with Rachel soon. In conclusion, my experience with Nordic was amazing. My wife is happy, and she isn’t easy to please. She has extremely high expectations and can always find something wrong, however, she was overly ecstatic with their job. Go with Nordic, get team MnM and you will be 100% satisfied.

      We have been dealing with Nordik since March 2020 when we signed our contract.! They promised May 1-3rd 2023 to have everything 100% resolved & Rudely mistaken, more damage to our home.. and promising once again they’re best people to get it right.We had every window in our entire home and 2 doors replaced and are watching our heat go out the windows and freeze on the outside. I guess we are moving into year 3..We just had 2 service managers come visit #27th possibly 28th visit …first time they have shown up with a level or square, to actually look at the issues, and verbally told us “(I am so sorry. I cannot believe you’re still going through This)” there is major install issues and damage to the windows..We just received an email from the dept that I guess deals with these issues and we’ve been asked for another five days to make it right and that the windows are fully functioning and they can make it right after over 60 days (2 months)of our time have been given very patiently. At this point we have decided to withdraw any other offers of repair and service as the stress has become over the top.Every window in our home leaks, our doors leak, so bad that bugs are able to come in underneath and heat/AC is leaving our home. No exaggeration. In the winter we cannot open our windows because they’re frozen shut from the outside. (but they are claiming they are fully functional) We were asked by a manager if it was spray foam overspray in the pictures we provided, they did not realize that it was actually ice! We have given them so many chances to make this right $1000’s damage to our home has happened that it is sickening and we cannot lose anymore time ! We have given them over 2 mths.In past 2 1/2 years we had to cancel family holidays! We have paid to have our home pressure tested over $700 for the government grant and lost the chance to get it! I feel like that is beyond patient and the fact that they are asking for another week of our time is absolutely insulting.

      **** ******** *** **** ** ****** **** **** ** * **** *** ***** ** ***** ********* ******* Your company’s lack of respect for people’s personal time and property is a disgrace, Nordik has taken advantage of us being self-employed. We have lost so much time, holidays, family time, time off, work unpaid, praying for this to be over and the nerve to ask us for another five business days after it’s been 2 1/2 years is unacceptable. Two service managers show up at our home, telling us to provide but we feel is fair compensation, and someone else calls from the company and has the nerve to ask why and declines even talking about compensation as she had no clue we were told to do so. The lack of communication within yourselves does not provide any customers confidence in your ability to provide! Not once have we been spoken with about damage to the house the, inability to provide proper trim to replace what Nordik took down and threw away. We do not appreciate the ignorance. Highly recommend not using this company. The fact that 2 1/2 years later this is still not resolved. They do not supply what they advertise and cannot provide service that they say they can. The stress is not worth it. Over 60 days between two people lost wages in 2 1/2 years. I feel like we’ve given enough time. The fact that they are even able to continue dragging this is disgusting. We have contacted the company. We have told them that they are not going to be performing any more services on our property as the amount of damage is horrendous.

      Front door system was installed as promised, Timelines were ahead of schedule, customer service and follow up were above what I had expected, Installers were efficient and professional, sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, Great experience over all

      I spent more than $50K on windows and doors with Nordik and it was a terrible experience...
      -Several week delays, in some cases more than 3 months.
      -Windows installed crooked or uneven from one side of the room to the other.
      -Trim crews showing up more than 3 different times with the wrong supplies delaying work further.
      -Trim being installed so poorly that it had to be completely replaced and this damaged the drywall around them needing extra repairs.
      -While installing trim, shot nails through it and the window jam. Instead of fixing it they filled the holes with black caulking material.
      -Using stainless steel screws (silver colour) and sloppy dabs of paint to cover them so I have black paint streaks on most of these windows and doors, which even though it's black on black it's still noticeable in natural light.
      -Switching between black vinyl and a new sill material in the middle of the job without notice.
      -Installed a window 16" short of what we paid for forcing us to replace all of the siding on the back of the home. Something we planned to do eventually, but not right away.
      -Dented/scratched the downstairs bedroom window sill and instead of flagging it to me, their crew tried to use black caulking to cover it up.
      -Didn't clean the windows after install, so we were left with tons of spray foam, adhesive and the stickers.
      -Eventually had to pay for someone to come finish the window casing after it being left for months unfinished.
      I made multiple attempts to ask for a resolution and was flat out ignored. We have thousands of dollars in damages to our home and very poor windows for the price - our final outstanding bill was $2700. Their accounts receivable person reached out, to which I responded about our issues and not being able to get support - they claimed that the issues are not their problem and put it to collections..

      We have been waiting for almost a year to have our last 2 windows installed. There is also a major issue with the windows on the front of the house. None were installed with "grills/transoms" as we had requested. There are supporting emails that identify our concerns however the company has gone "silent". We simply do not know what to do. The install of the windows was a disaster. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding of these terms.

      Our window and door installation couldn't have gone better and Larry is such a great ambassador for Nordik. He really knows his stuff and went to great lengths to get our sliding door installed including removing a hidden ants nest.

      Nordik salesman make a lot of promises to get the sale. If they are not written in the contract, you will run into problems. I had a great installer named Chris Cyganik, he was very professional did a great job. Because of his work I will put a positive review. As far as Nordik the company, I would rate them below average. If you want something done make sure it's in writing. ** *** ******* ***** **** *** ***** *********

      We contracted Nordik to replace 15 of our old windows, Levi helped us select and understand product options that would best suite our home design. We were scheduled for an install exactly 6-7 weeks after our order was placed. On the day of the install Wes and his team arrived on time, they placed carpets everywhere and very were neat, organized, and respectful. They brought all the windows with them and worked tirelessly the first day without lunch and through rain and successfully removed and installed all 15 windows. The second day they work hard again through even harder rain and finished all the capping and trim work. The window install looks amazing and we received several comments already. The boys were very precise, measured well and checked levels thoroughly. Only one minor issue occurred with one window and Wes attempted to fix it but it requires service inspecting/parts. These things can happen and anything can go wrong when you are doing these types of jobs. We are very impressed with the way the work was done and would recommend this company. We will expect service to repair the one outstanding issue!
