Haig and Bearkat arrived at 12:30 and were here until almost 1:30. The workmanship was very professionsal. This is the fourth installation of this front window and, finally, I believe it to be installed properly. Thank you very much!!!

Quality is impressive! Installation was also impressive - I jokingly asked for an installer who would be careful stepping in my flower beds, and sure enough the admin assigned someone who is known to be respectful of gardens!! The installers asked about a couple of objects (hooks in frames, cable covers close to frames...), and were very courteous about everything. After they left (they had to clean up in a huge downpour of rain!), I went around the house and found only a couple of little pieces of debris - they totally surpassed my expectations! Neighbours and friends have told me they have gotten cheaper companies, but I don't care, I went with Nordik because they were fantastic with my patio door last year, and I want quality and peace of mind. The door was installed correctly. Larry wad awesome. Found a small dent on the door above the handle so reported right away. No response nse after 1 week. After spending $6,000.00 on the door they should have reached out. * ***** ********* **** ********Nordik Windows & Doors

Thank you fot your quick response. I just had my replacement door installed by Larry and yes he was quick and even fixed the door so it had a tighter and better fit. ***** ********* ******* The 10 yr guarantee is definitely a plus.Review fromNICK V

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Nordik. The sales experience was pleasant and the salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we went through our options. The windows and the custom door we ordered were delivered on time and the installation went very smoothly. The installers were polite and efficient and very clean as they worked. A follow-up service call that we booked a few months after the installation for a minor issue on one of the windows was handled quickly and efficiently and the repair person was very friendly and helpful.Nordik Windows & Doors

5 starsWe purchased windows and a door from Nordik Windows & Doors.
The windows are installed. They were installed by Rick and Jack! The quality of their work was exceptional and their work ethic remarkable! They were very clean and worked diligently in 31 and 32 degree weather!
My door is scheduled to be installed next week. I will be requesting to have it installed by Rick and Jack!
