      Had a fibreglass front door installed. And with COVID and supply issues, timelines for completion were challenging but issues with the finessing of installation were honoured and addressed. I know they have many installation teams so if you're happy with the work of the team member you get - ask for them by name! James is experienced with installation and customer service. His professionalism and attention to detail is appreciated.

      We had a 30 plus year old steel door in our back entrance that even after I repaired the weather stripping you could feel a cold draft in the back hallway. We had Nordik replace it with a fiberglass door and presto, no more cold draft. The installation went flawlessly except for a small measurement issue which the installer took care of with a trip bac to the shop. (Better too tall than too short!) The installer did a great job, was easy to work with and did a good cleanup after. He even managed to use the old door trim instead of having to install MDF trim in a real wood surrounding. I reinstalled the baseboards and the moldings that I needed to remove and it looks and preforms great.

      My Wife and I decided that Nordik was the better for a Front Entry door. Great Price and Tim the salesperson was good to deal with and we settled with the door we wanted and color. We ordered in April '22 and by December it was in. We setup an install date which I understand temperatures play a factor in everything. The install went good but right after it was in I found alot of UNFINISHED item,. I reported the deficiency and within a few weeks they sent in There tech Edgar, and he was surprised at the unfinished items that should have been completed the 1st time weren't. He took the time to explain his remedy to approach our issues and did a great job. I'd give 3 for the 1st install, 5 for the fix and the Tech work.

      In 2020 I placed an order with Nordik to replace all of my windows and my front door. The window installation was seamless and quick and they look beautiful.
      The door installation however has been a joke from day one.
      The team that came to install the door - INSTALLED THE HARDWARE BACKWARDS and only when I asked about it, did they fix it but tried to patch up with tar/glue. After I called Nordik to report this, they came to inspect and had to replace the entire door and schedule another install. Months later new door was installed again.
      After this install - they have had to return on more than one occasion to fix my trim and re-calk the outside as it was really messy. This took months to fix....and it took me to call several times to get the job done. I still have a major draft coming in from the bottom of the door and a huge hap along the side. There has been a steady draft coming into my home all winter so far.
      Due to all of the above, I held off on paying the last portion of the bill.
      After sending a recording of the draft example to Nordik - their response was to threaten me with sending the remaining balance to a collections agency!!!!! I have since paid the balance to avoid collections agency but it was against my will. Their threatening and lack of customer service response prompted me seek action.

      Complete Installation October 2019 of windows. Jan.24th 2019 service call to fix window blocks on 2 bay windows. Sept.29th 2019 service call to again fix glass blocks. Jan. 22nd 2022 fix glass stops again. Sept. 15th 2022 glass stop issue again only service person noticed window not installed properly and glass stops did not fit tightly from installation. He also broke the bay window glass on attempting to fix glass stops. Sept. 27th 2022 window had not been ordered but would put a rush on it. Called Oct. 7th and parts would be in Nov. 25th 2022.
      Oct 12th2022 glass stops off again from top and bottom bay window. Nov. 14th 2022 was told parts are in and install would be Dec.19th 2022. After I posted a review on their website they called and upped install to Dec.5th 2022 but that got cancelled as they could not find the parts. Dec. 14th 2022 was advised that they don't install glass in winter and will have to wait till spring. Dec.15th 2022 service person arrive to install weatherstripping on inside of window. It was for a slider window and we have a bay window. After inspecting the window he recommended putting in new glass with new sash as it had not been installed properly and we have air leaks in corners of windows. Oh and glass blocks are still coming off.
      I want a proper replacement window installed and a permanent solution to the glass block issue. I have posted other reviews and get the same blah, blah issue of how important customers are to them. The last contact was when I sent a letter Jan.10th 2022 and was told they would be contact in 2-4 business days but so far nothing from them. This is one of their big problems is that they do not get back to you when they say they will. You are always contacting them. This issue with glass blocks as been going on since Jan. 2021.

      The last contact I had which I posted in the review was actually Jan. 10th 2023 (not 2022 as shown). I see there is still no response from Nordik.

      The windows were installed and look great. I’m very pleased with the workmanship of the installers Rick and Jack. Also appreciated the fact everything was left tidy and the young mens politeness and respectfulness.

      Amazing class and professionalism from my installer from Nordik Windows & Doors. He was prompt, polite, efficient and provided excellent work results. I love the new patio doors and the work was simply terrific!

      We had 6 windows replaced by Nordik (in Kitchen, Family room and bedrooms) and are pleased with the quality of the windows and impressed with the professional crew that did the installation. We had a flaw in one of the screens and after registering the concern, Nordik kept me appraised of the progress of my replacement via their guarantee. Within a reasonable timeframe, the replacement screen arrived and was installed to our satisfaction. Nordik was very flexible with the installation date to suit our schedule, provided the quality product they advertised, did a professional installation, and addressed a quality concern to our satisfaction. Top marks to Nordik from us!
