      The worst company we've ever dealt with; We ordered in May 2022, installed Aug 2022
      The lead installer on our order advised his superiors he could not properly install our windows. Nordik Management demanded that he install the windows regardless of the industry violations.
      Nordik chose to not disclose to us that the windows had not been installed properly. As a result, 2 windows leaked badly causing several thousand in damage. In addition to interior water damage suffered as the result of rain, we also dealt with:
      Frosted windows instead of clear, windows unlevel, bowing in the middle, no caulking, cold air drafts, sashes measured incorrectly, windows not sealed correctly, an absolute amateur mess.
      Nordik was beyond useless in covering the cost of the damage they caused; leaving us to deal with their insurance company on our own.
      They ended up re-installing the windows a second time, only to find that several did not open properly and were not sealed properly.
      We have been advised that several windows now need to be manufactured again and others have manufacturing defects (sales rep Dan L. ghosted us once he got paid).
      The icing on the cake: without dealing with the damage they caused to the interior of our home as the result of their improper installation, Thomas demanded an additional $5000 to cover the cost of the doors we canceled (...doors that had yet to even go into production). This $5000 was supposedly the volume discount on the windows with the doors.
      Nordik decided they wanted that balance and they threatened a lien on our property if this $5000 wasn't paid. No follow-up on payment, no invoice, just threats* *** ********.
      They state the job is done, but we have 3M film on our windows while we wait for the "remanufactured" ones to arrive. This is far from over.
      We decided to pay the balance to avoid any legal mess from their ******** tactic.
      Nordik does not honor its "worry-free experience" or its "no bull warranty". ****** * ** ********

      I have been waiting for more than 7 weeks to hear back back from Nordik regarding parts for my window. They need to wait for ********** ****** to get back to them to see if the parts are still under warranty. They said it takes 1-2 months to check since it is a one person job. Basically, as a consumer, you have to do the legwork. They don't call you or reply to my emails. They acquired numerous companies but leave customers out to dry.
      They are a very frustrating company to deal with. First and foremost, if you acquired all these companies then you should be prepared to handle the volume of legacy clients. It's common sense. Do you know how to run a business? I guess not!!!

      Hello ******, as you know your warranty claim is currently being processed and replacement parts are now on order. We thank you for your assistance in providing video when the original maker of your windows asked for additional proof of the failing components. We will notify you and schedule the repairs appointment as soon as the parts are received.

      On Feb 9/23, Audrey informed me the parts will be arriving on April 14/23. No call or email regarding arrival of replacement parts. I called Nordik on Apr 18/23, Heidi said the parts have arrived and she scheduled a technician to come and replaced the parts for Apr 27/23 between 8am and 12pm. However, no technician showed up. I called Nordik at 1pm and Anika (hopefully, I spelled her name correctly) informed me the appointment was cancelled. She told me the parts never arrived and they should have called to let me know. I took at day off for the scheduled appointment. I explained the situation to Anika who is very helpful and the only customer service rep who knows what they are doing. She understood my frustration and did not understand why my parts have not arrived. It's been more than 6 months. Technician came on Oct 26/22 to inspect my issue and informed me that 5 window locks and 10 crank handles need to be replaced. How can an order take this long to receive?
      This is a joke!!!! In the beginning, I was speaking to Audrey. *** ** * **** *** *********** ********** I know she no longer works in that organization. Well, Heidi is another one!!! *** **** ** ** *** ****** ** ******  This company is a joke! All I know is that Anika who I spoke to yesterday (Apr 27/23) tried to investigate the matter. She felt bad and offered me $25 ****** gift card. I'm grateful for what she has done but for me, a gift card does not solve the issue here. I need my window locks to be replaced as I am unable to open my windows as we head into warmer spring temperatures. Now, I have no idea when the parts will arrive and also, I will need to schedule time off to have the technician replaced the broken parts. But my main question is how long does it take to receive the replacement parts???? 1 year, 10 years, 50 years!!!! All I know is that I will not purchase windows/doors from this company ** ******** ** ******* ** **** ********  Unhappy Customer!!!!!

      While I can't speak to the door and window that I ordered just yet - they have yet to be manufactured and installed - I have so far been impressed with the transparency, responsiveness and level of service I've experienced with Nordik to this point. From my initial contact with Nordik to schedule an in-home consultation to emails introducing me to my sales consultant Rachel and reminding me of my appointment through to the consultation itself - the experience so far has been a pleasure. Rachel has anticipated a number of my concerns and addressed them proactively.

      Excellent service! Right the initial visit from Anthony all the way to the wonderful brother team who installed my window, all did a fantastic job. They were professional, knowledgeable and all was completed on time.

      Zero customer service
      Terrible customer service. Completely disorganized. They hire random installers who only care to finish quick and easy jobs. It's taken 5 visits, with 4 different installers and the job is still not done. Harris is an phony who pretends to know what he's doing and turns out to be a fake. The sales rep Rachel also tells many stories and doesn't come through on her promises.

      Worst company ever dealt with. I tried to be patient and understanding but it’s not acceptable anymore.
      They start the job sometime in September last year.
      Installed all except 1 window in Master bedroom and 1 small window in the study room.
      The worst part is they keep booking me an appt but they just don’t show up. So much hassle to move the furnitures around every time and move them back again.
      I heard a lot of excuses the installer is sick, the truck is broken 2x, we lost the window in the warehouse, the installer is too far,cannot make it to my location, etc. last yr the installer came on my appointment but told me he only have the window in the master bedroom but he rather do when he has both windows. I agreed esp. he said I need to pay in full even if install 1 only but cannot guarantee to me when he will have the other window.
      finally installed the window in the master bedroom I believe in the Sept. but The frame on top part did not fit. Took another months before they came and installed it.
      Finally couple of months they run of excuses and said they did not order the small window in the study room but they will send someone to measure and ordered it. They came sometime in September to measure and I was told last month they are expecting to get the window soon and book me for today between 8-10 am.
      I’m supposed to go in the office today but did not go because of the appointment. And of course they did not show up again. I called & they can’t contact the instal. one time a manager left me a message, he apologized.I called back and left message he never returned my call.
      I called the customer service one time because their A/R department called me for the balance. I told them I will pay in full when the work is completed. I told them I have no problem with the pymt as long as the work is done.
      The customer service told me they will take care of it but it’s more than a year still not complete. This is tiring & frustrating.
