Nordik Windows & Doors recently installed patio doors at my new home. The follow-up service from Berkay was professional, courteous and thorough. He let me know exactly what to expect and ensured that he was able to meet these expectations. I will be pleased to use Nordik for future window and door replacements.

I have used Nordik in the past and was very pleased with their service, in particular with their salesperson Barry W. It took less than 3 weeks from the time Barry came to give me an estimate to the installation of my new windows. Barry is very knowledgeable and very helpful as well being very friendly. The installation was quick and tidy and the installers did a great job. My new windows look great!Nordik Windows & Doors

I had a service call today from Nordik Windows and Doors. Nordik installed new windows and doors on my house a few years ago. The product and the installation were both excellent. Their follow up service is also excellent the service tech, Berkay, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service provided by Nordik, starting with the sales rep James who was kind and patient explaining the details of the windows. The measurement techs as well as the installers were understanding as it was a challenge going through the attic. A job well done. I am a very happy customer starting with My Sales Rep Jason. He was knowledgeable and explained the different types of windows and quotes for each one. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. He was kind and respectful and understood what I wanted and needed. The windows were in, ahead of schedule and that made my day as I wanted it done in November and not going into December. The installers Mike and his partner did a great job and I am very pleased with their work ! I would recommend Nordik to all my friends and family. Overall great experience. I had an issue with a window installed by a company, that was bought by Nordik. Berkay came to see if he could fix the window and worked on it until the problem was solved. It wasn’t easy but he kept working until there was a positive resolution. Thank you Berkay!Nordik Windows & Doors

I had a good experience with Nordik until they threaten collection and withhold the 25 years warranty of the 34 windows and 4 patio doors I purchased because I refused to let them ******** me into paying more than what I owe.
I've tried to sort this out with Nordik for more than a year to no avail.
My order #******** was placed in Jun. 2023, the installation was in Oct. 2023, however, the installation didn't complete as ordered until Nov.2023 due to backorder of parts. I was happy with the installation team and the windows seem to be good, * ***** * * ***** ****** ******* *** ****** ** ******** ***** ** **** **** *** stress consuming nightmare.
My order came to $54,000, Nordik price formula is Length X Width and each window is clearly priced according to size. Before final payment made for the remainder 10% in Nov. 2023, I discovered that I was being overcharged for 4 kitchen windows. Originally, I wanted double hung premium line for the kitchen windows but was convinced by the salesperson to install single hung as it is less expensive and more energy efficient, I agreed. I bought the price discrepancy to the accounting department, the salesperson Richard and Nordik Collection and even though they acknowledged their mistake they refused to correct the invoice citing the following:
-.The salesperson had to inflate prices in order to give me that BIG discount. The original price is over $70K and they gave me $23K discount, so I shouldn't complaint.
-The price is for the project, not individual windows.
-I need to pay asap, otherwise I won't receive the 25 years warranty certificate.
Needless to say, this kind of practice is unacceptable, while we are not talking about big money in my case but it would be huge if Nordik apply this kind of ******** practice to all their customers. ******!
Guiding by principal, if I have to drag in a legal, I will have no choice. I need this sorted before the end of this year for my accounting.Nordik Windows & Doors

Two of our windows needed glass replaced . Installed in 2016 by “******* *****” a company now owned by nordik. The previous warranty has been fully honored by nordik.
The glass has been replaced and we are very happy with the customer service people who were extremely helpful, efficient and above all, pleasant. As was Berkay the technician who installed the new glass. He did a great job. Was also very efficient friendly and responsive to our questions. We would welcome him back .Nordik Windows & Doors

We decided to use Nordik and thus far are quite satisified.
The sales Rep ( Jennifer ) was knowledgeable and was in no hurry to make the sale. Her input was very helpful in making our decisions.
The chap (Jonathan ) who did the measurements was also helpful and thorough. So far we are very satisified with the experienceNordik Windows & Doors
