We cannot say enough about Nordik windows! From the very first inquiry, this is was the most pleasant experience with a contracting /home installation company we have EVER dealt with.
From sales (Levi) to customer service (Teresa) to installation (Mike and Miya) They even expedited our installation due to us welcoming a new baby.

From the sales person to the installation the process was fantastic and not at all stressful.
The choice of doors were huge and it was easy to choose which one we wanted as the sales representative answered every question we had. When it came time and all the doors where ready to be delivered and installed, it was great to be able the choose a date that was good for me..
The installation and the installers were fantastic and what attention to detail they had. Perfection at its best. The best thing as well is that they are a Canadian company..Nordik Windows & Doors

We needed new windows and doors in our new to us, 50 year old house. We did our due diligence, got 6 estimates from 6 different window door companies and ALMOST cancelled our appointment with Nordik, just figured there would be the same presentation and pressure to sign up with them as with the other 6.
WE WERE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFULLY SURPRISED !!
Our first contact was with their sales rep, Giuliano M. A well informed rep about the product he was showing us, about the warranties, our choices, what is included or what we need to get ourselves.
This was the only company that included the hardware for our doors with a 25 year guarantee!
This was also the only rep that listened to our choice of window colour and type of window. We did not want regular casement windows we wanted awning windows and we wanted black windows. We also wanted a large front entry door, 42”, they were the ONLY, company who were able to offer that. The other reps tried to push what they had onto us not listening to what we wanted. Giuliano was patient and looked through everything he had available and waited patiently as I chose colours that complimented our siding and brick. He never raced us or pressured us, and he showed us the make up of the doors and windows which were higher quality than the others we had seen.
We ordered with a delivery date of first week in August, they were true to their word.
They sent 2 extremely qualified installers. They arrived on time and were extremely professional.
We had Walter and Georgie!! They were so polite, clean, clean, super methodical in their workmanship, Walter said I do this as if it was my own house…. which clearly he and Georgie cared about their own homes and us as customers. Their workmanship was impeccable and it showed pride of their work with great work ethic!
Pardon the photo’s as we are having our kitchen renovated and outside landscaping finished.

This was a service call for one of the many windows we had replaced and installed years ago, The service man ( sorry I did not get his name) but he was very courteous, polite and professional. He arrive within the scheduled time. Fixed the problem and will also do a followup. He provided information about opening this particular window to assist me. We have certainly enjoyed many years with the original window/door installation and have never had an issue. Great products.Nordik Windows & Doors

Nordik installed a number of windows and patio doors in my home a few years ago, of which I am very satisfied. Recently, I contacted them for service for one of those windows and the next day Service Technician Berkay was at my home to perform the task. He skillfully adjusted and lubricated the opening/closing mechanism. Berkay was also provided helpful tips on what product I may use to lubricate where necessary myself.
Overall, I've had a very positive interaction with Nordik.

Haig, was my repair man today and he was extremely professional, efficient and Knowledgeable. He knew right away what the issue was and promptly fixed it. He then showed me how to align the window correctly so that this doesn’t happen again and the service call was completed. once again, Nordic windows and doors provided me with excellent customer service.Nordik Windows & Doors

Nordik did a fine job throughout the process (in the beginning). They came and gave me a quote, which was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. The followed up on it, and everything went fine ... until it didn't. They installed the windows but did not give me the trim that was in the contract (We ordered colonial trim and they put up flat trim in one room). When I questioned the installers, I was pretty much told "Take it or leave it". When I complained to Nordik, they asked for pictures and promised to make it right. That was 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard from them. However, they did cash my cheque within 1 day, so they ensured they got paid. The windows themselves look great, but customer service is ********** awful.Nordik Windows & Doors

**** *************** cheap quality product, Horrible installation technicians. No pre inspections done on the windows I purchased from this company. I spent over $15000 and Nordik sent defective product with no quality check before sending the product. Technicians are horrible and have no courtesy or care for the product. Multiple marks and scratches on the product while installation. From October 2023 until now no seriousness has been shown towards my project. Horrible and ridiculous communications and responses.
