      Bought my upstairs windows last October, installation was very friendly and professional...found out that one of the windows did not close properly, so I called Nordik and they quickly responded, and made an appointment to have Cody come and assess the problem. He explained the problem and made arrangements to have the part replaced, however when the part came in, Berkay came to install, but realized the wrong part had been ordered, so he immediately placed a new part order and finally Haig came to install the part. During all interactions, the Service Technicians were on time for their appointments, they were very friendly and courteous, and explained everything to me. I really like the windows and I was happy with their service. I will definitely be calling them again for any future window needs.

      Nordik replaced 19 windows and a front door for us. Our experience with them has been positive. We are extremally pleased with their product, the installation as well as their customer service. Latitia (Service Manager) and Trish (Purchasing) were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. In todays world these are very rare qualities to find. Thank you ladies...job well done....very satisfied customer!

      We placed an order for a new front door on June21/23 with Daniel. We were changing the transom from a half moon to a rectangle. Daniel measured the space and said he would come back in a couple weeks to confirm the measurements which he did. Both times we offered to remove the interior trim but both times he declined.
      We prepped the opening, squaring off the transom area, tarping it over, but waited till the installation day to remove the door. The prep required us to remove the brick above the door and the underside aluminum from the porch roof.
      Sept 27th the crew came to install the door but before removing the existing door, we measured the new door. It was both too tall and too wide.
      We were given options to not have a transom and/or remove something inside the door to allow it to fit. We rejected both those option. The manager Jeff said he could have a rush on an a new door would be available in 3 weeks.
      They also said it was our fault because we signed: the contract. I am pretty sure customers do not verify that the representative from the company has measured correctly or even knows where to begin. The salesperson also told the manager that we changed the opening size which was not true. We only squared it off, keeping the same height and width.
      Instead of 3 weeks for the replacement door, it was just shy of 2 months. November 21st. By this time it was too late to replace the brick because it was too cold for the mortar to set. This meant we had heat loss all winter and left our home open to animals all winter. Not to mention a total eyesore.
      We asked for some compensation for the inconvenience, stress and expense. They refused, even though the salesperson admitted that he was financially penalized for the error.
      We were not asking for a lot. A couple hundred bucks would have gone a long way to keeping us happy and satisfied.
      We do not recommend Nordik Windows at all as the do not know how to treat customers at all.

      We recently had a couple of basement windows installed by a crew out of the Mississauga location. The installation required quite a bit of masonry work for the new openings. Roman and his crew were very organized and professional. Windows and trim look great. Job, well done!

      I contacted Nordik Windows and Doors to repair a retractable screen door which had been installed previously by ********* ******. They were able to repair the door with modifications. Their customer service is great **** **** **** ***************

      We've been trying to be optimistic and understanding but Nordik has made it extremely difficult.
      ** ******** ****** ******* ******** ******** ** ******* **** ** ******** ***** *********** *** ******** *********** ***** **** ***** ** ******** ******** ***** ********** ******* **** ********* *********** *** ****** *** ********** *** ********* ******** ** *** ******** ** ***** ********* *********  Initially, we were persuaded by Nordik, primarily due to the assurances and incentives provided by our sales representative, Richard. However, our confidence waned as issues emerged post-signing. Communication with Richard drastically declined then quickly seized completely. We discovered that the installers were subcontractors, contrary to what was initially conveyed.
      We conveyed we were going to utilize government loans and grants for home improvement, to enhance the comfort of my ****** ******** residence. It was met with unexpected long hurdles. We faced unwarranted ********* pressure from the install coordinator, Tamara, regarding scheduling, *********** new sudden fees and contractual consequences with no explanation.
      Install was rushed. 19 windows in 2 days. This compromised quality. Trim work was amiss, large gaps around trim or large broken dry wall. Nails sticking out on multiple areas, hazy windows, screens not fitting.. list goes on. We in no way could enjoy our new windows and doors the way we hoped despite spending 35k. We still are figuring out the issue regarding our patio door who no one wants to take responsibility for and Nordik instead insist we either accept it at full price or buy a new patio door despite lack of transparency.
      Amidst these challenges, the service technicians have been a beacon of professionalism and assistance, underscoring the importance of seeking input from experienced professionals rather than solely relying on sales representatives or management.

      This people destroyed my home, installed Windows that doesn't open, 2 doors that have twisted out of line locks, cut my electricity while removing the old windows and removed drywall because their measurements were wrong and replace it with aluminum panels right next to a electric switch ******* ** **** *** **** ** ******* they wanted a full payment but refused to fix the issues do I hold $3500 back, they opted for taking me to collections rather than fix their mistakes I have pictures and videos of their poor work and emails of their lack of customer service skills, they also threatened me that if I didn't pay the balance of $3500 they will put a lean on my house, it's been 1400 months since their ************ to finish the job and now they don't answer their phones to me. ** *** *** ****** *** ****** ***** *** **** ******** **** **** *** ********** ** ** **** ******* ******** ********** *** ***** ****** ** **** ******** They are awful to deal with them.

      Firstable, stop ***** that you have tried to get hold of me, I have been waiting for your response since you sent out a supervisor to my house to look at what was done wrong, he was supprised at the level of damages that were left to my home, he said that the aluminum panels next to the electrical outlets was a hazard and that it was going to be taking care ASAP, until now I haven't heard back and the only thing I received was an email from the collection agency, I won't pay the remaining balance until you guys Honor your contract, *** ********* ** ** ******** *** **** ******* ****** ** ****** *** ******** ******** *** ** collecting money without honoring your signed contracts, you opt it to take me to collections rather than fixing the issues, you are ***** and do not comply with the ****** regulations, *** **** *** *** **** ***** ** ** ******** *** ***** ******** *** ****** ** ** ******* *** ** ***** *** **** *********** ********* *********** ***** *** **** ******, take me out of collections and come toy house to fix all the broken window parts, my basement door and main front door as well as the water leaks and then I will pay you the remaining balance, you guys like to collect and run away without fixing the issues, your company will be on the news soon. **** ***** *** do your job.

      Our experience with Nordik has not been a good one. When our order arrived we found that our new oversized was the wrong colour. Our sales rep ordered a black door, after we specifically had conversations about matching our hardwood and our outdoor brick colour. We were quick to notice the black door and fortunately my husband was home to stop the install. After several weeks and no correspondence from Nordik I finally reached out to the head of sales. He agreed to order a new door and sent a rep out with stain samples. The new door was to take 6-8 weeks to arrive. It took 5 months. They subcontractedt that install and even that had problems. When our windows came it became apparent that the wrong trim was ordered. We proceeded to let them place the majority of the trim, except for the kitchen and door just to keep the install going. Once the windows were placed we had a leaky front window. Lots of rainfall leaked onto our freshly painted window sill. A tech came to look at it and apparently there were clips that were not activated in many of our new windows. Once that was resolved my husband placed our kitchen trim after waiting for Nordik for 5 months he had to take care of this. It took a year and a half of endless frustration to finally get to the end. We have asked for consideration when it comes to the final invoice and they are offering very little in return. Wrong door, wrong trim, leaky windows, terrible trim job, terrible customer service, terrible follow up. Would not recommend this company,

      **** **** **** *** ******** ***** ******* ** **** ***** We started our work with them almost 2 years ago and we are still not completed. The quality of the product is poor. The windows are freezing in the winter. You need heavy window coverings to keep the draft down. We have had countless appointments for them to come and replace broken, damaged, not functioning materials. We have also has countless appointments that no one even bothered to show up for. No one calls or emails to say they aren't coming. The number of days off work I have taken are astronomical.
