      ******** ******* ****** ****** ** *** *** ******** **** **** *****. We bought an adjustable bed and the remote went on it. We had a technician come out to tell us it's the remote (which we already knew) they said they had to order a new one. It's been over a month and no remote.       This company is knowingly selling defective appliances and refusing return even after only 3 hours of ownership. Management makes excuses to not speak to customers.

      ***** **** *** **** ****** **** ***** **** ***** I bought a washer machine it didn't work and then i had to call the manufacturer which no one returned our phone calls took over a week and then the technician didn't exist from there company took another week and then I had to deal with upper management in new Brunswick which is 3 hours ahead so i had to call at 6am our time to talk to anyone there then it took another week then Leon's wont refund my money back so I picked a cheaper washer and she won't return the $400remaining she said it's a return item for item what a bunch of **  they are stealing people's money there.

      Terrible experience. Couch and loveseat were defective. They attempted to fix it. . When they returned product it was worse than before. Nick was great at trying to help us. But store manager was horrible. He *** ******** *** didn't have any professional relations skills at all. We returned the products and we were reimbursed. But Leon's still wanted us to pay for 13 months of financing.       I purchased a55 inch ******* tv floor model I was encouraged to but the extended warranty bc it was a floor model I turned the tv on and it had vertical lines on the picture. I sent a picture of this to ******* technician who told me I damaged it and they would not even come and look at it I called Leon’s and they told me my extended warranty was no good either. *** * ******* ****** ******* **** ** ** ** was treated and ignored by everyone involved.They continue to say I damaged the tv and I didn’t it doesn’t have a mark on . I don’t know know how to handle these people.why do I have a 3 year warranty and it’s garbage according to them . The salesman also misled me to buy the extended warranty because the tv was a floor model. It was purchased April 8 2022 please help me * ****** ****** ******* ** ** ** ******* ***** ***

      Terrible company to deal with. No one ever returns your call even the gm of the place. They don't give you your money back they just exchange for the same item which is just the same as the one you had or they give you store credit. If you want your money back they charge you 25% restock fee. This should be told to you before you pay not after you complain. How are they allowed to get away with this.

      Went into the store to buy a couch, appliances and a few other things for our new house back in December of 2021.
      Since May, we've been told two weeks every two weeks until our order is coming in - I spoke to the manager in the middle of August and Was told it would be here by the end of August - Again, called in and it's been pushed another 3 weeks since I was told it was here in the country.
      Service manager emailed me and I asked for a specific date on when I can expect it, still haven't heard anything back.
      Sima is the Manager who's been more helpful and straightforward - Service manager won't even reply to an email after sending me one - Teresa.
      This is absolutely ridiculous that this continues to happen, nobody has a set date and we haven't been given anything to compensate for the time we've been waiting - We've been moved into our house since May, and still don't have a couch for our living room.

      LEONS IN SAULT STE MARIE, WE PURCHASED WASHER/DRYER AND FREEZER, A FEW MONTHS LATER I WANT TO PURCHASE THE PEDESTAL FOR THE WASHER, CALLED AND LEFT 3 MESSAGES TO HAVE SALESMAN CALL ME BACK, 4TH CALL THE LADY SAID I DOUBT YOU WILL GET A CALL BACK AS IT IS CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND THEY ARE VERY BUSY, I SAID MAYBE I SHOULD GO TO **** ***, SHE SAID OK, VERY POOR SERVICE, CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER SHAWNA AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE THE SALESMAN CALL ME AS SOON AS HE HAS 5 MINUTES, SALESMAN CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY, ADVISED HIM I HAVE PURCHASED WITH **** ***. **** *** SAULT STE MARIE, EXCELLENT SERVICE.

      I would never purchase anything at Leon's it is one of the worst places to shop at. They do not stand behind their company's mission nor value and customer service is not their top priority when it comes to selling their products, they sugarcoat it to get sales and are always aggressive in getting customers to buy their extended warranty and when an issue arises, they fail to deliver efficient services. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years and each has an extended warranty but will never shop there again.
