      Worst place to shop!
      My dryer broke down, so rather than repair it, I decided to purchase a new washer and dryer.
      Long story short, I received the washer and dryer on December 9th, 2022. I immediately called and sent an email to Leon's (you have 72 hours) to advise them that there was a problem with the dryer. No one called me back or replied to my email. When we did a load of wash, I also noticed that it did not spin. A repairman came to the house on December 16 to fix the dryer but would not look at the washing machine. I had another one come to the house January 6 (yes it took that long!) and was told that the pump does not work.
      I did not buy NEW appliances to have them repaired. I would have kept all my money and repaired the old dryer.
      I am extremely anger and disappointed at the customer service at Leon's and ** for not ensuring that the appliances that they sell to consumers work!
      I will NEVER shop at Leon's again *** **** **** *** ** ****** *** ********

      Nobody told me before I bought the furniture that no return, no exchange, not even store credit.
      Very bad experience with Leon's. This was the first time I encountered in Canada. Nobody replied to my email. ***** ***** * **** *** ** ** ***** *** ********* ** ***** *******

      My fridge was delivered perfectly. It was over priced though, but I needed it ! I was very disappointed that it took me so long to remove all the tape inside the fridge that holds everything in place while moving. The tape left marks all over the glass shelves and I will have to purchase something to remove it. Maybe some thought should go into using tape that peels off easily with out leaving a mess.

      Extremely poor customer service *** ******** ********* from the Leons Richmond Hill Ontario Store Rep and Manager. I have paid for a mattress online and also paid for the Old Mattress disposal service online. The delivery guys delivered the mattress today but refused to take up the old mattress since its not wrapped. They told me that I was supposed to pickup the old Mattress cover and wrapped it and I should call the store. Richmond Hill manager refused to talk and the sales rep was not helpful at all. ******* ************** *********. Since its an online purcahse, Leons should provide every thing needed for a successful transaction and delivery (Note: they specially called me for this additional purchase of mattress protector after online purchase of mattress and told me that they cannot honor the warranty unless I buy a Cover from them) which was after the the online purcahse of mattress. Its just like trapping someone. Very dissapointed with leans. Definately my and my family last purcahse with them.

      Dishonest service! Told furniture delivery date was 3months, it's been 6months and gets pushed back monthly this far. If I was told a realistic delivery date, I would have chose a different style or went somewhere else!

      Bought a 75’inch ******* tv, brought it home, opened the box and the tv was smashed and chipped. Brought tv back to the store the next day and I had 4 ppl attack me at the store and pretty much blaming us for breaking it. They didn’t even offer to exchange it. They won’t give my money back or a new tv until they hear back from the manufacturer. ***** ** **** ****. As I see from other reviews it looks like they will blame us for breaking it and I am out money. I believe they gave me a returned TV as it didn’t even have the plastic cover you peel from the tv screen.

      I've been without a washer for 4 weeks. I took 2 unpaid days off work bc the tech didnt show up. I've spent $679 in the past month on 2 days off plus the cost of loads at the laundromat. I was told parts will take 2 weeks to arrive. That brings me to 6 weeks with no washer. I'm told there's no compensation for this.

      Not quite 2 years ago I bought a rather expensive love seat which I thought was all leather. I subsequently found out that only the seating portion is, the rest is imitation leather. Had I known that at the time of purchase I would not have bought it. The salesman did not reveal this nor did the tag in the store or the invoice. I sent them an e mail within a few weeks of purchase to voice my displeasure, am still waiting for a reply. In the last little while the imitation plastic is cracking and the spray on colour is delaminating. I did send another e mail along with photos of the issues a week ago. Have not received a reply. Looking at all other reviews I really don’t expect one as this company does not care about their customers. I will no longer take my purchases to Leon’s.

      Worst customer service. *** ****** ***** ****** ***** *** **** **** ****. I purchased a dining set on June 20 for 2000 dollars and when they delivered the product, We got to know that one of the chair was damaged and we raised a ticket for chair replacement. We tried calling them ( 12 to 15 calls) and we also visited the shop 3 times but no positive response. Now it’s been 5months still we are waiting for the chair replacement .We also added a 5 year protection plan along with the purchase but they are not willing to extend that not even for 2 months and worst customer experience . I have all the call recording details
