Good day,
I am writing to complain about a parking fine that I have received recently. On the date of 05-28-2022, I parked on *** * *** ******* ********* *** ****** which is operated by PreciseLink. Entering and Existing parking is controlled by automatic gates which will print a ticket on entry and then in exiting the parking after paying the parking the fates will open. On that date, I was there for less than 30 min. I lost my ticket, so in existing, I spoke to the agent via the machine and after collecting my contact information, he opened the gate for me.
I guess on June 26, 2022, They left me a message to pay the 4.5$.
On June 29, 2022, I returned their call **** *** ***** for paying 4.5$. Their phone line was busy.
Then On September 09, 2022, I received a mail that I need to pay 175$!
On October 13, 2022, I sent them an email to resolve this problem by paying only 4.5$ and ask clarification on how they calculated this 175$. I didn’t receive any answer yet from them.
On October 14, 2022, I received mail from a collection agency named ******* *********** ******* to pay 175$!
On October 17, 2022, I received a recorded message from the above collection agency to pay 175!
I didn’t do anything wrong and I don’t know how they calculated this number! What I want is to resolve this problem by paying only the original amount which is 4.5$ and remove this 175$ ticket because I want to park in their parking lot.

Hi,
I parked my motorcycle and car in ******** *** ******, both car and motorcycle was paid for three hours. When i came back there was a ticket on my motorcycle that it is parked too close to my car. I went to find the parking lot guy and he said you can dispute it now i can not remove it. I sent emails, did phones but no reply now i received a letter from collection agency that pay the fine. Why would i need to pay when i already paid for both of my vehicals. Why there is no one to check. Precise park link is the company. Parked too close or too far is non of their issue. Received an invoice showing that I owed $145 on a parking violation. When calling to dispute this, I was informed there were two invoices owed of $145. One is from November 2019, which I had reached out to dispute via email and never received a response. The customer service agent claiming I received a response in February (4 months later?) but I have no record of this. I was parked in my own parking building. I was moving and parked in the parking lot (which does not have cellular service) so went up to my unit to input the parking information for the spot. We were to input parking information through our building’s portal. By the time I returned, I had received a ticket, which I disputed as I had registered my vehicle once I got up to my unit. I received no response from the company nor did I receive any additional information on this until now.
The second infraction I had paid on the machine, the transaction went through but then showed an out of order signal on the screen. I paid on July 1 for an extended period of time and was ticketed on July 2. I was not aware that the parking ticket did not register and came down to find a ticket on my car.
I will NOT be paying a combined $290 for fees that I 1) disputed and did not receive a response from and 2) the machine was out of order and I have attached the payment information showing on my statement. I had paid for the maximum amount of time (or so I thought).

I parked at ** ********** ********* it is a private parking lot, I paid for parking from the kiosk, and yet I got a ticket of infraction. I emailed them the purchased ticket receipt showing that I had purchased parking for the date and time of the ticket. I have been receiving ********* emails *** ******* of sending my case to collections.
I paid for the parking. I have proven to them that I have paid for parking and yet I am getting these emails.

I have received an invoice for a parking violation from company ****** ******** ********* The invoice is dated September 13 2022 and for an infraction that allegedly took place on May 5 2022. The amount is 144.75 and the letter ********* further action and additional penalties. I deny committing the above infraction. I have gotten a ticket there before from the same company and payed it promptly for which I have a record. Using a prepaid card at their parking lot, the in and out scan got out of sync, and I got charged $61.25 for parking there for an hour. I'm trying to get a refund from them. The phone number they list is never available, 2 weeks of calling and I could not get through, not on hold either, just no agents available to take the call. Emailing back and fourth has resulted in a refund form I have to fill out with my address and personal information, and an authorization code from my credit card company. Precise parking proceeded to tally up additional parking fees for months after I had cancelled the services as I changed positions at work and no longer required a parking pass at the ******* ********. They then let the bill accumulate to $155.00. When I completed the form I received an error message and assumed that my application did not go through. I then proceeded to purchase a parking pass in person.
Later, in August precise parklink suddenly processed my application from July and charged me $45 for parking in July (even though I never used parking in July and it was already August by this point) and charged me $45 for August. I called them and attempted to obtain a refund because I am not planning to use this parking pass. They refused and claimed I should have called them before Aug 1, even though they only charged me on Aug 2.Initial Complaint

On Saturday, June 19th at 2:59 PM a vehicle (License Plate *******) belonging to ***** ***** was issued a ticket for $69.75. This ticket was issued in error to the vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the parking garage of the condo complex ****** ****** ** ** ****** ******* ******** I understand that Precise Parklink patrols the parking garage addressed as ** ****** ******. These parking garages are shared and since they are shared, they have areas for visitor parking.
This visitor parking area is coded with a bright orange paint where visitors of residents can park. This is where the vehicle was parked when they got a ticket. ** ** *** ** ******* ******** ******** *** *** ******* *** ********* ******** we should not have been ticketed as we did not violate any parking rules to either Precise Parklink or the Condodium security. We are required to gain a building permit for vehicles staying longer than one night. (Which they weren't) and even if they were, the ticket would have been awarded by a ****** ******** Employee and not Parklink. ****** *** *** ***** **** ***** * ******** ****** ** *** ** ******* ****** We also provided photos of where the vehicle was parked. **** ******* ************ ** *** ** **** ** *** *** ******* **** ****** lines are painted all around. Though the photo they provided us of the license plate is in black and white, a Parklink Employee confirmed over the phone, that the color version features an orange stripe in the photo.We also provided a photo of the rule that all vehicles are needed to be registered with the building ****** *** ******* *** *** * *** ******* *** **** *** ******* ** ******* ****** On June 24 they replied they did not agree and said we could send more photos. We sent photos and a video demonstrating where the car was parked. We tried to contact them repeatedly . Today Aug. 4 we connected and they refused our dispute and said if we didn't pay the ticket they would report us to teh credit bureau so we paid it.
