I parked my car at **** ******* *** ** ******** They have a sign scan and pay so I used my phone and followed the directions. It’s very complicated as it asked a lot of my personal information like address and email before I can enter the credit card information. At the end, I saw thank for your purchase and left. When I returned to my car, there was a ticket for not paying the parking. I appealed and turned down as the payment was declined with no zip code. However, it was not on my screen. I told them I would pay for the parking and not the penalty for $50. They said I should use their app and can see more. I think there is problem with their QR code and it’s not my fault. I parked at *** ****** ****** on the evening of the 25th, paid and left. When I returned, there was a ticket on my dash
that said "Failure to display valid receipt". So I emailed the company and attached a copy of the receipt that I received
from their machine clearly stating "No need to display". I received no response, so I called them on December 2nd and explained that I did pay for parking and that I don't understand why I received a ticket when the receipt states that there's no need to display. The manager ****** ****** took a look at my email and said that there are 3 extra digits in front of my license
plate number and so they will not cancel the ticket. Given that I did pay for the service, I do not feel I am responsible for
the fact that their machine somehow added extra digits and the person enforcing the parking rules couldn't find me in the

I purchased 10 ticket pass for parking on Oct/26/2022. The pass got stuck in the machine when I tried to use it. I purchased a second pass on Oct/30/2022. That pass also got stuck. Each pass cost $20 CAD for a total of $40 CAD. I provided the receipts to the company but they refuse to issue a refund without seeing my credit card statement. This is a violation of my privacy rights and when I informed the employee **********, she just stopped replying to my emails. * **** **** ***** ***** **** ***** ****** *** ***** *** *** **** *** **** *** **** ******** **** ******* ** **** **** **** *** I now have to purchase yet another pass for $20 CAD without guarantees it would not get "stuck" in the machine again. On St. Patrick's Day 2021, I was wrongfully ticketed at a parking lot. I immediately contacted the mail office with proof that I did indeed pay twice for parking to ensure there would not be a problem. I spoke to customer service over the phone, and I sent in all the proof as requested. On August 5, 2022 I paid for parking on the strip in ******** *** *******. My ticket was purchased at 4:46PM and to expire at 6:26 PM. Returned to our vehicle and found a ticket issued at 5:28 PM . The ticket I purchased indicates short term parking and they are saying I parked in long term parking. I paid in the meter where I was parked. Why would I not use that meter.
I have tried to dispute this through email and phone calls with no success and ended up paying $100.00 or they were sending this on to collections.Initial Complaint

September 2022 went to the parking lot and called in to their customer line on the parking meter to see what time the parking lot closes at. They give me a time and I went in the parking lot but immediately after parking saw a sigh with the correct times which was earlier than what the customer service employee told me. I left the spot right away and called again telling them I had to leave the parkade and find parking elsewhere and if they can open the gate for me. The woman wanted me to pay for their mistake and I told her what happened. She finally opened the gate and I left. I parked in a precise parklink lot on September 30 2022. I paid for a parking ticket from 11:02am until 1:02pm ( $4) although it was a holiday!! (Aboriginal Day). I put into the machine my licence plate and printed a ticket ( although it was an option to print not a requirement). I put the ticket on the dashboard of my car. My ***** ***** has a strip of tint that protects the dashboard so you would need to look at the dashboard through the window to see any ticket. The company ticketed me at 1129am for $100 due to not having a ticket. I immediately called and emailed that day and several times over and provided a copy of my ticket and my parking paid pass. They have denied my claim and are trying to make me pay or go to collections. * **** **** *** **** ****** ******** ********** I paid for my time in the lot and have proof of such and they are still trying to get me to pay $100. I received a parking ticket from Precise ParkLink. I paid for parking ******** *********. However, I accidentally inputted the license plate for my other vehicle. Both vehicles are linked to my Parkedin account.
I called customer service at Precise ParkLink and was told that they would not dismiss the ticket because of the inputting error. I was told that, had my error been one character, they would cancel it. But not in this case. * **** *** ***** **** **** ** ************ ***** **** I did indeed pay for parking and that, in the interests of good customer service, this parking ticket should be cancelled.
Please let me know how/if BBB can assist me with this complaint.

I recently got in touch with the person who lives at my old address and they gave me a piece of mail that came for me. The mail was from Precise ParkLink for a whopping $144 parking violation charge. It states that there was an original parking violation in June 2022 for approximately $30 and that the rest is late fees.
I never saw this original parking violation ticket, but I understand that things can happen and perhaps it got lost. I am even willing to pay the initial fee for this given this understanding. However, I never received any notices about this in the mail regarding the initial violation or these ****** late fees. I showed them proof that I updated my address with the ministry of transportation in March 2022, the same month in which I moved, but they completely ignored this aspect of my dispute and are adamant that we must pay the full $144.
If this circumstance didn't occur where I happened to get in touch with the person living at my old address, I still wouldn't even know about any of this. On August 17, 2022, I parked at *** ******** ******* ******** *** **** I tried to pay for parking using my mobile ******** app. I could not Navigate the app to Hone in on my location. Therefore, I could not bring up the options to pay. I immediately texted my wife and asked her to pay for the parking on her ******** App. I gave her my location and license plate number. It took 5 minutes to have her register my vehicle and pay for my parking . In that time I received a parking ticket. I responded to the ticket immediately and provided all the necessary information and reasoning for the ******** App issue I had. I explained thaty wife paid on her ******** App. Precise Parking did not fully read my email and responded by saying that they checked my ******** account and said that I have not used it since March. I had already explained to them that my wife paid for the parking on her ******** App and we provided a paid invoice. I did not receive any response and so I contacted the Precise Parking Duty Monitor who deals with the ******** App and explained my situation. The Duty Monitor was very helpful and I sent him my paid invoice and he submitted a letter to the Precise Parking Collections Dept as did I on a separate email and received no response after providing the information. I have now received a letter from Precise Parking Link Inc. demanding I.pay for the.parking.violation despite all.my efforts.to provide the.collections department with the paid invoice. ** ******* **** * **** ** ****** ****** **** **** ** ***** ****** ******
