      Been trying to cancel since April of 2023 and keep getting hung up on by representatives.
      I am now expected to pay a bill for something i have been repeatedly trying to cancel and have no access to and I'm being held accountable *** ***** **** ** ********* ** ******* ***** ********* **** ************

      I ordered 2 cell phones, they sent me 3 and created a phone number for the 3rd phone. When the phone came by ********* I refused it abd sent it back. I saw on my bill still charges for a phone plan I never wanted. I FINALLY after waiting over an hour on the phone reached someone to look at my bill. They did and took the charge fir the phone off, however, they are still charging me and have for 3 months (I've been trying all these 3 months to get these off), over $80 for the plan of the phone that I never asked for or don't have. I CANNOT get anyone after MANY calls and hours on hold to get these charges removed. Each month they charge another charge. They will only stop the charges going forward, not what's already been charged which is now over $250. ** *** **** *** ****** *** *********

      After 15 years of having Rogers cell and paying on time their loyalty is non existing. The Rogers right hand doesn't know what the Rogers left hand is doing ie meaning their departments are not connected and they make so many mistakes. *** **** **** *** **** *** ******** * ****** **** ** ** ****** ** ******* *********** **** Even when they give you a reference number for your case still doesn't mean anything. This is leaving a lot of room for many mistakes, frustrations, not hearing their customers correctly etc. *** **** ****** * *** ** **** ** **** ********* ** ***** If you have a complaint make sure you get the reference number, name of a person you spoke too, time & date etc. These people do not care about their customers *** *** ****** ***** ******** *** **** **** ** ********.

      I have been with Rogers for more than a decade, but their services have aggravated me tremendously these days. I added two services in my account, one is mobile and the other is 5G Internet. But the 5G Internet was very slow and the signal was very weak. I called Rogers a few times, but was put on hold for more than an hour every time. Then the line was suddenly disconnected without anybody talking to me. Finally I started a chat with them online. I waited for 1.5 hours and finally a representative started to chat chat with me. Unfortunately since the 30-day grace period was passed, I had to pay a penalty of more than 400 dollars. So I had to be penalized for their poor product and poor service. I stayed online for over 3 hours with them to get it canceled. Cannot believe this is Rogers...!

      I got their connection in 2022, and over 2023 the service got worse and worse. It started running slower and slower, and at least once a month it seemed to have outages... In the beginning of 2024 they tried to increase my bill by 160%. I tried to call them 3 times, waiting in the call queue for 1 hour plus each time, did not manage to speak with anyone. Extremely negative customer experience. Very poor quality. Non existant customer support.

      Regarding telecom service-
      I have been recently been overcharged 170 CAD on my bill and rogers customer service cant do anything after being on the call for 50 mins. They are charging me 15 dollars per day for international roaming times 7 days ,when "mobile network was switched off" for all 3 cell phones associated with my account.
      Rogers customer service was extremely poor , made me hold for 50 mins and came up with "we cant do anything".
      Regarding Home Internet - my monthly bill of 97 dollars has been increased to 117 dollars with no explanation given as to why the charges have been increased.
      Extremely dissatisfied with this service. **** **** ** ***** ** ********* ** ******* *********

      Rogers bought Shaw and forced us to transfer to Rogers Mobile, then added more features and billed us with these. I have file a CRTC complain. Please go to CRTC to complain so the GOV know what Rogers did to us.

      **** ***** *** ** ******* ******** ***** locked me into a plan without my consent. Did not ever sign or agree to terms to Roger’s at all. Tried to cancel and they refused without paying for 2 years that I “agreed” to which did not ever. In fact in my conversation I said I would not sign any contract to lock into any provider. Sat on phone for hours and service rep said there was no change on their end and I had changed and signed a new plan. Never happens nor could they show or tell me where I consented to anything. *** ** *** ***** ********** *** ****** ********* *** ******

      pay October 8,2023, miss payment on November 8, 2023, pay on November 20,2023, but they charge me 2 time, December 8, 2023 they charge me again. call to ask, they told me call back on jan 8,2023 or after. very disappointed with them. ******* *** **** *********

      We got talked into giving Rogers internet a chance because they were offering a slightly less extortionate deal than ****.
      The technician showed up at the very end of the 2 hour window and spent an hour and a half working on changing the modem which seemed too long. So after 3.5 hours of waiting for the new internet the technician comes back to me and says he was unable to install the new internet and a supervisor will come to finish it, but he's restored our old internet in the meantime.
      Our old **** internet does not work after whatever he did and even **** technicians don't understand what he broke and how.
      After calling Rogers to complain and getting transferred 3 times and having to retell the story each time I was told that the earliest someone could come to fix the issue was 4 days later.
      Canadian Internet companies are just a bad joke charging an arm and a leg for terrible service. My friends in the states have just as good internet as I had but pay half the price. If you get new internet from Rogers ask for a supervisor from the very start because hopefully they won't ******** break your internet for 4 days right before Christmas when you are supposed to be working from home.
      Thanks for nothing Rogers and ****, hopefully US companies will be allowed in Canada soon!
