      Very dissatisfied with trying to contact customer service. Multiple calls they expected me to wait on hold for 3 hours.
      One call advised me of a fifteen minute hold, I hung up after an hour on hold.

      Customer service is non existent. Anytime I call the customer service line, I'm on hold for at least 1 hour. Resolving a billing mistake or modifying anything on the account takes another hour. Today I called to cancel my internet/TV service because their internet and customer service are horrible. That took 2 hours. And after waiting, the line disconnected while I was on hold to speak with a manager regarding credits that I haven't recieved. I'm currently on hold for the second time today about the same issue. I've been on hold for 1.45 minutes. That's 4 hours used up in a day to cancel my service, get a shipping label/ confirmation, and get the credits from their billing mistake.
      Other issues that have taken hours to resolve:
      Authenticating myself on the account . I'm still not authenticated. **** Returning a TV box
      Troubleshooting internet issues (countless hours and service was still intermittent and slow before i canceled today).
      Billing issues. Doesn't get resolved on first call. Takes several calls to resolve.
      Renewing the service plan
      It seems like there are no notes being left on the account but the agents.

      Rogers took over **** cable came to my house installed new equipment my phone line never worked for 3 months then came to fix it disconnected my house alarm I had to pay for all these services out of pocket 300 to my alarm company they offered me a 50 dollar credit this company doesn’t do anything for the customer very disappointed

      *** ***** ******* ****. Don’t listen to the people knocking your door convince you moving to Rogers. *** **** ****** ** * ***. They don’t have teams to reconnect the service over the weekend but they have teams to disconnect. They canceled my account for non payment while I haven’t received any bill or notification. They left me in a harsh situation. I paid the amount in full and spent hours calling them without and use. * ******** ********* *** **** ** *** ***** ******* ****** *** ******** ** * ****

      ****** ** * ***** I had internet service with them for a year and I had cancelled my service because I had moved. I returned the modem and called them to cancel. Someone from Rogers was delinquent and "suspended" my account without cancelling it. I then called back 4 times over the span of a year (2022-2023) to confirm it was cancelled because I was still getting emailed bills for that account. Four different advisors confirmed with me that the account was not cancelled but they would cancel it now.
      I now am receiving emails and calls saying I owe Rogers Credit Operations $224 for an outstanding bill. Funny thing is, I dont even have a service with Rogers. Not even a modem. I called again and spoke to an Advisor who then told me my account was automatically reactivated and I was being charged for it although I didnt have a modem and was not using any service. She then assured me that she will contact Rogers Credit Operations and cancel everything yet again. That was the 5th agent I have dealt with.
      Now- a week later, I am still being ******** over the phone and via email by Rogers Credit Operations saying I owe money even though I dont have any service!!!!
      Everyone at Rogers seems to be delinquent at their job. They charge you for services you dont even have and no one can rectify the situation. **** *****

      Rogers has been sending me emails for a past due account that I dont have. An account in another province. When I called and asked them to remove my email they said that they couldn't remove my email because I am not authorized. I explained the situation to them. If I am not authorized why are you sending me the personal information of another person. I do not have an Account with Rogers. **** ** *********** * *** ******** ******* **** *** *********** *** ***** I want my email removed pronto.

      Very poor service. They started charging me before receiving devices. Also , sent me wrong invoice at the beginning and billed different plan amount other than promised. I had requested to let me talk with manager but didn’t hear anything for 72 hours. Even agents told me different plan on every individual call.

      *** ***** ******** *** ***** ******* Moved to them last month, and moving to another provider now. Their customer service is beyond terrible. They will *** to you about their ability to port in your number (and the "number eligibility" form on the website is wrong, too). Had to change numbers and do all the work associated with such. Now, my cell service just randomly drops calls and says "call failed" repeatedly. It's not my phone, bars, etc. Sim card in place. Never happened once with my previous provider. Wifi randomly drops 3-4x per night. I would never recommend them, no matter how good of a deal you get. Incredibly, my wifi just stopped again while trying to post this review.

      I was a customer of Roger’s. After trying to get better service/reduced pricing I recieved an offer from Rogers' competition. After making the switch I recieved an outrageous bill from Rogers claiming I broke a contract. A really ****** contract that I had only been in for a week. They are requiring me to pay in full, not breaking it up to make it affordable. *** ** ***** ** **** ****** corporation charging insane prices for below average service
      I want even informed at the time of cancellation
