******** ** ****** * I went into FIDO store for buying their internet service where the store manager insisted me to buy rogers plan with no obligation cancel anytime. He incessantly kept on pitching the same thing and finally I said - okay and he gave me the ingnite internet.
Now after 3 months I want to cancel my service due to some personal reasons, they re asking me for a cancellation fee of $15 multiplied by months left in 24 month period i.e. 21 which goes to $315.
      Simply cheating in daylight.

I signed up a phone plan at a Rogers store inside the Dragon City Mall, at Spadina Ave. Gary, the sales rep., promised me I would get the activation credited/rebated after I paid the first two or three bills. But Gary did not keep his promise, I paid six bills already, still no sign of getting the rebate. It is very difficult to get hold of Gary, either his voice mail is full or he didn’t return your call. Even I managed to talk to him at his store, he kept saying later I would receive it or by the end of the month.
But it never happens. I regretted that I trust him and sign up the phone plan with him. Now he said that there is no use to complain because it is a verbal promise and nothing written. ** ***** **** ** **** **** ****** ********* ** *** ******** **** ********** I hope Rogers will monitor the work ethics of Rogers store and it’s staff. When I told Gary I wanted to talk to the store manager about this issue, he said he is the store manager and he reported to nobody. I hope Rogers will take action about this malpractice because the store is under its name.

Today I went **** ** **** to Rogers to update and upgrade my phone plan, due to the Black Friday deals. We went 40 minutes before the store opened and were the first in line at the **** ******** ****** Burlington location. We were served by the store manager Eric. I have never had to deal with such poor *** *********** service from an individual in customer service. He answered some questions and was annoyed when we asked for clarification, because we could not understand his vague answers. He then informed us ** *** *** ***** ********* *** that since we were more interested in modifying our phone plan as opposed to getting a new phone, that we should call and make those changes. We informed him that we were Rogers customers and had been for 30+ years, plus we had been outside the store waiting to be served. He then proceeded to tell us that he was done with us and was not going to help us and that we had to leave the store, and go to the Burlington **** location. We were his first customers. I have never been treated so poorly, by a store manager no less, who clearly has no concept of customer service. Is this the standard for managers at Rogers stores? To kick out customers for asking questions and then send them to another store. We never raised our voices at any point and left the store, because we realized that we understood professional behaviour, **** ** *** ***** ** * **** *** *********** ******** ****** : We called Rogers to complain about the poor service from the store manager Eric. We spoke to a customer service representative called Priya, who was very helpful. She made note of our concerns. She told us about multiple deals, while Eric only told us about one. The deal we took was for a better phone and at a lower cost than Eric the store manager informed us about. * ********* ****** *** **** ** ********* *** *** **** ******** *** ********* *** **** ** **** **** ******** ******* ** ******** ********

My cell phone's video card was failing after only having the phone since the end of July. I went through the warranty to get it replaced and the phone I picked was "out of stock" as I knew my video card would fail before the weekend I called to switch the phone to a different one. I was given the runaround and passed from agent to agent for 5 Hours, that's right 5 Hours. No compensation for the ridiculous amount of time I spent on the phone trying to do the simple task of swapping the phone.
The training the CSRs get is ******** *** not complete. They do not explain anything to you.
I do not recommend Rogers to anyone for anything.

I bought a new device back in June 23rd 2023. The in store rep asked me if I wanted device protection, I said no. On June 25th I received an email thanking me for device protection. I wrote back immediately advising I did not ask for this. They continued to charge me and won’t give my money back advising there are no notes on file. The in store manager said I’d have to call customer service. I opened a case a month ago only to find out on my own that the case was closed. The customer service rep said I’d have to go in store. These people don’t know which way is up. ***** *********** ** *** ******** ************* I was also on vacation and was charged roaming charges for service that never worked. I also took screen shots and spoke with customer service. Their response…service is not guaranteed but apparently the customer still has to pay for a service that was not rendered. **** *** ********

I am using Roger’s communications phone. A while ago I had take. A used ****** ** *** from Roger’s… i wasn’t able to do the transaction online so I took help from their representative, who assure me that my charges of $50 (one time) will be refunded to me in next billing cycle. I called the customer service two to three time but every time they assured that refund will come but it never came

I have been charged for one day for rome like home. I was doing shopping other side of border and used only 70 mbps data as per them but I can't even able to open web page while doing shopping. I tried many times and then gave up. I had screenshots of fail connection and when I called them to reverse charge as their roaming data service was not working, they refuse and say that service is not guaranteed in roaming.

"My shopping experience with Rogers *** * **********
I’m experiencing billing issues regarding the *** off-site promotion.
From the start, the stated price was significantly misleading, and after paying the bill, I was confronted with a payment three times the initially declared amount.
Commitments to rectify the billing errors, due to financial mishaps, stretched over several months with no acceptable explanation provided. Repetitive attempts to contact customer service of Rogers, ******** **** Store and *** off-site promotion guys, yielded no positive results.
This unstable experience, coupled with a lack of attention to customer issues, has left me so disheartened that continuing any collaboration with this company holds no appeal for me."
