      Before Rogers and **** joined, I had major internet issues all the time. So I called ****, they changed my internet to be "more reliable" (which it was not) and upped my bill to $210 per month. I am low income, work often from home, and simply can not afford this **** ** *********. When they "improved my service" (and inflated my bill), they also "started a new contract" making it impossible to change my service or kick **** (or Rogers) to the curb for the awful service and insane pricing!!! ** *** *** ************** Your issues will NOT be fixed, but your bill certainly will be....fixed to whatever they decide they can sqeeze out of you. I am honestly suffering from this crazy bill. I have to buy less food, use less heat, etc to make ends meet.

      Rogers has become a total joke. Their prices continue to go up and the service continues to go down.
      I am paying full price for internet, cable and home phone with service that is continuously going down and is totally unreliable.
      I called two weeks ago to report a problem that had already been ongoing for a week. Every time I tried to call or go online my service was down so I could not even report the issue. So for three weeks I have been having service that cuts out every couple of minutes.
      It has STILL not been resolved. I requested a credit since I haven't been able to use my services with any kind of dependability for three weeks. They offered me TWO DAYS credit, for the two days that I was able to get through to call in.
      I explained that that was ridiculous, that service hadn't been resolved after my initial call, so it wasn't just an issue on the days that I called in, but for the entire time period.
      Even after escalating to a supposed 'manager' they didn't give a **** and said that a two day credit was the best that they could do. They said I could disconnect my services and go with another company.
      ** *** ***** **** **** *** ***** ** ******* I have been a loyal customer for years *** **** **** *** **** ******.

      One of their door to door salesperson sold me their home internet and wireless plan giving me all the wrong info just to make his sale. I cancelled the services right away when I found out he gave me the wrong plan details and was advised that everything was cancelled and I won't be billed. I have no active service with Rogers and they are still charging me. Sending me bills every month. **** * ***** ******* **** *** Customer service is a joke. They won't address my concerns. My ordeal is still going on as I have three outstanding bills on my account they still won't stop charging me.

      ** ****** ** ******* *** ********** I have been unable to get through to their retention loyalty line and if by chance you do get through the call hangs up, been trying with no avail since Covid. I will be canceling my service

      Last week Saturday
      I wanted to change one of my 2nd line to different number
      I mention to them
      Don’t do anything to my main business number (dispatch call centre business )
      But the they drop my main number and couldn’t get it back till Monday because it’s weekend
      * **** **** **** * * ** ***** *** ****  When I tried to get some credit from them at least cover 1/2
      But they offered me $50 !!!!
      *** ***** ** **** *** Basically rogers just wanted to make money *** ***** **** * **** ***** *********  
      It’s not a technical glitch or technical error
      It’s physically done by the employee it’s self
      In the store
      Not over the phone or website .
      I just need my credit of 2500$ or
      Cancel all the contract without any penalty or due

      **** ** *** ***** ******* * **** ***** ***** ***** I had 3 phone lines with ****, which got switched to Rogers in September 2023. They accidentally opened 2 separate accounts - one correct for the reduced **** amount and one erroneous one for the full price. I have been trying to close the erroneous account for almost 2 months. I have called on 6 separate occasions and each time they have promised that they closed the second account. Today I saw that they had charged my credit card the full amount for the second account. To be clear, they created an account without my permission for phones I don't have and have now charged my for that account without my permission!I have now been on the phone for almost 2 hours and have talked to 3 different people. My erroneous account has yet to be closed and my charges have yet to be reversed. I am being continuously gaslighted in every conversation. ** **** ************ ** *** ***** ** *********

      * **** ******* ** ****** ** ******* * ***** I do NOT and would NEVER recommend Rogers to anyone **** ** ** ***** *****! My IMEI got stolen and they reported my device as stolen so that it could be replaced by Rogers since I’m paying for a protection plan and the person who stole it asked for the replacement of the device delivered to their address without my phone actually being stolen! Now that person got a brand new ****** ** *** *** by only paying $400 as a replacement fee. LIKE WHY WOULD ROGERS DELIVER IT TO SOMEONE WITHOUT CONFIRMING FIRST IF THAT PERSON WAS THE ACTUAL ACCOUNT HOLDER. NOW I CANT USE MY WARRANTY ANYMORE BECAUSE IT SAYS IT’S ALREADY BEEN USED BECAUSE IT WAS REPORTED “STOLEN” AND GOT “REPLACED” ALREADY **** **** *** ***** ** *** ********

      Charge me full price for 20gb of data and I’ve never been able to use my data. They investigated the matter and said we don’t know whats wrong sorry. Can’t get any kind of refund for lack of services being provided.it should be noted I live in a city where the cell service is 100% and I’ve had my phone checked.

      roger's miss leading *** **** ************** promotion price, when i try to move further, they said their employee give me the promotion without permission. How their employee can give customer promotion over the phone AND email during their working time without roger's promotion? am i spend 3 hrs with roger's is just a somebody has no relationship with rogers? !!!!! can you explain that?!

      Rogers notified me that my wireless data was incurring overages, and that I should purchase a data add on package to avoid additional overages. So I purchased a package for an extra 1.5 Gb for $25. Only to learn later that the overage charges are $10 per 1GB. So it’s actually cheaper to incur the regular overages than pushes the package they notify you to purchase in fear of incurring overages. **** ** * **** ***** ********* ******** ********* Very disappointing.
