I changed by modem with Rogers (at their suggestion), and they changed my account number as a result, which I was unaware of. I received a refund because I had already paid on the old modem, and received notice of such. They sent the refund to a closed account, and mailed me a cheque which I am still waiting for (they said it would take 4-6 weeks). While at the same time put the new account into arrears. How can a company be permitted to issue refunds while at the same time charge late fees for the same person, at the same address. The new modem is terrible - so I am currently out money with much slower internet.

They took months to cancel my home internet account. I made almost 20 calls during the process. Every single agent was painful to communicate with. Everyone acted like robots and kept asking if they could address me by my first name. They were also persistent in offering the promotions and I didn't need. I was always given wrong and inconsistent information. No one seemed to know how to do anything in the company. The agent knew nothing. The system never worked. Tickets after tickets were written but no problem was solved.
They suspended the wrong account I held. They made me visit a location but then refused to serve me there. They fined me 255 dollars even though the equipment was returned. **** * **** *****

Rogers ******** me at least twice a month. Each time I get upset with them and demand not to be called ever again. Then they call again to offer to upgrade my modem ( which is working perfectly fine ). They want me to no longer be a month-to-month customer * ******* **** **** **** * and sign up for a minimum of 3 years with Rogers. They claim that this is not telemarketing and they are not trying to sell me anything. This is exactly what they are doing. ** ** ******** ********** *** I absolutely can't wait to no longer be their customer.

Horrible and unusable reception in Windsor, Ontario. There was nothing they were able to do and now I have to pay my way out of the Edge phone. I promptly returned my phone at the nearest store, understanding that my options were to pay 600 after returning or 1200 and keep the phone. Because they take 2-3 weeks to process the phone return...I have to pay 1200 up front and wait for them to credit me back the 600.

Rogers automatically switched me to online billing without my consent. When I asked to put me back on paper billing, they said I have to pay $20 per copy. This company earns a lot from their customers and yet they trick their customers into shouldering the expense of having paper billing. ******* * *** *** *******

Rogers are charging us phone lines that don't even exist. We are paying over 450.00 a month; and we applied for service and were not offered an Elders rate when we are clearly physically identified Elders.
I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours trying to resolve this issue; they are not responding. And when I went into one of their outlets in Prince George , BC the employee was arguing with me about my plan and when I asked for the details of it he would not tell me. He said I had to phone Rogers myself. Now, I find out there is a number on our plan that I don't even know about. don't they review numbers and realize that a number is not being used and contact the customer?
The Employee in Prince George was very rude and followed me to the door arguing that I was in the wrong. I told him he should not be arguing with a customer who came for information on the account because we are paying too much.

Rogers seems to be pulling a fast one with these late fees:
-The bill states "Required Payment date" as September 12th.
      - Payment was done on the dot, September 12th.
      - Yet, Rogers gets the cash the next business day (September 13th).
      - Due to this, they slap a late fee for each tardy day (worse over weekends).
      - Feels sketchy and unfair, clients shouldn't pay for the delay between Rogers and the banks.
      - In my eyes, the payment's punctual.
      - Bet Rogers is making millions with these "late" fees.
This is very disappointing and expect better service and respect for their clients

Rogers . I called Rogers to ask about a new plan and I was forwarded to another person 4 times, disconnected 2 times and on the phone for 2 hours trying to find a new plan.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was polite with each operator so there was no reason to disconnect me. I think that when they can't answer a question I have they say "hold on, I will check". then disconnect me.
I never received a call back from them, I had to keep calling back in and going through the same questions/answer and story each time.
The most concerning issue is I don't think rogers really cares about their customer service.
