      With Rogers over 15 years for Home Internet & Mobile.
      I have made Numerous complain of slow internet download speed.
      We Switch internet provider over the phone with customer care.
      Rogers customer care Did not mention or any notification that email addresses would be canceled.
      Lost all emails.

      During 15 years with **** I had many occasions to interact with customer service and always had good experiences until the last year when the service level began to deteriorate. My most recent contact with (now) Rogers was bad to the point that I will probably not be renewing my service with them. Excessively long wait times, no more callback option, and a ridiculously inefficient online system which has limited hours for real person contact has put their customer service on the level of their competitors.

      Not hard to tell Rogers has taken over ****. Our home internet has never gone out in 5 years it’s now been out for 24 hours … unbelievable

      Nothing but constant fights. Tell you you get one thing. When the bill shows up its another.
      Service degrading emails are sent out. Service is infact out. And then no compensation.
      Just spent 3 hours speaking to 5 different people.
      Tomorrow I cancel.

      I cannot reach a representative to discuss my account through the phone they give you it do in ask jack you book a call back and they never even return your phone call. worst customer service ever!!!

      I would advise anyone looking for a provider to boycott Rogers at all cost. I've been locked into a few plans with them, and I've experienced nothing but issues with unannounced charges. The customer service they provide is some of the worst in the history of all customer service. Staff is not informative or knowledgeable. I've spoken to many representatives who all give differing information. I was told by a representative that I would not be charged for a tablet that I had on my account, which I do not use at all, and then on my next billing cycle I was charged. I called to make sure it was "cancelled" so I wouldn't be charged again and the representative which goes by the name of Shumaim couldn't give me a clear answer. In order to track who I was speaking with, I asked her for a name and ID and she was hesitant to give it to me. I also asked her when I would receive my $50 refer a friend credit I was promised upon signing up for a new plan, and she once again couldn't answer so she transferred to a different department. Parvanex was much more helpful but she told me they had the wrong payment method on my account and when I went online to change this information, they had the correct card. I think the whole of Rogers customer service agents hold incompetency and more training needs to be invested. As soon as my plan is up, I will be switching providers and never coming back to Rogers, unless something drastic changes.

      The day after my phone has been completely paid off, it starts having issues. Everything sounds like a robot. I call to get help and they hang up on me. 0 help from customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. ********** **********.

      I have been dealing with a fraud case on my Rogers account for a month and a half,. I cannot access my Rogers account online because the account has been suspended because they could tell somebody from internal sources had access to my account to order products from my however no one has tried to contact me, I have called numerous times and left messages, spent numerous hours on hold because I kept being disconnected, people that work for a phone company don’t know how to transfer a call, I left messages for a number of different departments, including fraud & then they still continue to send me a bill for something they have admitted is not my fault, but have not repaired. After waiting over two hours on hold to speak to a manager, he advised me the only person that could correct my account was the fraud department. That another department I have left numerous messages for and he’s not returning my call. The only thing the fraud department is doing is defraud and Rogers of a paycheck.

      I have wasted 2 beautiful summer months on Rogers and their incredible incompetence, trying to take them up on an offer they sold me on and have yet been able to deliver. Every hour plus interaction ends with a resolution that then immediately gets changed to something I do not want! I am ready to throw in the towel after being a loyal customer for over 30 years. I give up…
