      ***** **** ****** ** ***** ***** *** ***** ** ***** *** ******** ******* *** **** ******** now they have removed my ability to receive paper copies of my bills, I'm 63 so don't qualify for a seniors exemption so I can continue to receive paper bills and continue to pay my bills on time.
      They do have a solution though....I can pay an additional $20.00 per month to receive a paper bill....OUTRAGEOUS!!!!
      So far I have been on hold for 75 minutes waiting for a "supervisior" to pick up, not feeling the love that's for sure
      I moved my TV, home phone and Internet because of bad service and I guess I'm going to have to move my cell business as well

      Rogers provides subscription service for ****** *** *** (*****). For a streaming "service" in Toronto, it's pathetic. (April 2023). I have a fiber optic ISP connection to my ISP and the so called streaming service disconnects every 5 minutes or sooner. The message displayed when it happens is "Sorry, we are unable to connect to the service right now. Please try again later." or the error 40501 is diplayed instead. ** ******* ** ****** ** **** ** ***** ** ******* ***** * ******* ** **** ***** ** ******** ***** *** ******** ****** *** *** * ***** **** ***** ** *** ** ******** ****** * **** ** ***** *** Not ***** , mainly because they don't provide refunds for thier so called service *** *** and Rogers has very poor CS.

      Just got notice I owe $4900 for services I cancelled in June 2022, I was overcharged for 15 years with bills avg. of $800 towards the end. I had cable, internet and 3 phones on shared plan. I switched to **** for better services at less than $400 per month. Now they say I never cancelled services or returned devices and are sending my account to credit services to ruin my credit. After 15 years and nearly $100000 of unmissed payments and this is what you get even though I followed all instructions given by Rogers customer services. ******** ******* **** ** ****** *** **** ******

      They are refusing to provide the unlock code they put on a device because I've not been their customer in the last year. This is absurd, especially because I am putting in a **** sim card and they are supposed partners in shame. Their business processes are similar to monopoly *** *** ***** **** ****** *** ******** *** ***** ***** ** **** *** ***** ** ****** ** *****

      Rogers want you to go to online billing and then they do not send you any reminder to pay your bill. But when you want to sign in to myrogers in order to check your bill, they are supposed to send you a text message to your phone (for security reasons) that never happens, in other words you are not allow to see your bill information. Also there was an increment of $ 4 cad per month in the bill, with out any notice or explanation and for no reason. Looks like some how they want to make costumers pay the extra overdue or late payment fee.

      We are **** customers and needed to add another cell phone to our plan. However Rogers has taken over **** and we were told to go to Rogers to set up the phone plan. I don't know how to express my frustration with the amount of detail we needed to provide to set up another cell phone line. After 45 minutes at the Rogers booth I had enough. ********** ********* ************

      BILLING MISTAKES.
      UNHELPFUL SERVICE REPS ******* ********* *** ********* ** ******* ******* 
      HOURS WASTED ON DISTRESSING PHONE CALLS.

      Rogers opened 2 accounts on my 1 house, and sent me double bills for 6 months.
      They could not resolve this. I HAD to pay both bills to stay out of collections.

      Fido charged me $120 in roaming fees when my roaming was turned off, except for 1 day while I was in Mexico. Apparently you are charged unless you CALL them to say you don’t want it. NEVER had this issue with ****** ****** ** *****. If roaming is turned off then a person should NOT be charged. Such a money grab. Terrible business practice by Fido.

      Fido has a add for a * ***** ** for $10.00 a month. The bill is $53.00 a month. They charged $800 for refurbish phone .

      I had complaints about intimidating & unreasonable waiting time for a question from 1 of their technician & call was disconnected, nobody called me to give response to my question. I asked them to review the recorded conversation by providing date , time and name of person. I didn’t get any response from them. No appreciation for customers. Even simple verbal apology .
