      FIDO is billing me for the service I did not receive!!!
      I accepted a $35 winback offer over the phone but the order summary showed $80 for each line. I called customer support as soon as I received the sim cards to complain. I was then told by the agent to wait for the adjusted billing before activating the sim cards but nothing came through. January came and I received a billing worth $200+. Called the customer support again and was told that someone will contact me in 5 days. Nothing happened so I called them again only to be told that someone from winback will call me in 48 hrs. Nothing happened still so I called back again and was told the same. Another billing for Feb came worth $400+. It is stressing me out and comsuming so much of my time yet nothing is resolved!!!

      Rogers billed me with an early cancellation fee despite the fact that the Rogers representative who offered it to me a year ago assured me there was no contract and that I could opt out anytime. A very deceptive move to acquire sales. On top of it, Rogers billed me for the unreturned equipment even if ********** tracking showed it was already delivered.       My experience with rogers after talking to the President's the office was stressful. My husband who recently passed had a phone on lease. I called to cancel his number and return the device which was in perfect condition. They declined to adjust the balance of the remaining months after receiving the device. The agent kept on telling me that it will not hurt my credit score and will show bad debt in my husband's name. That was not acceptable because my husband was never been late on the payments and morally it was not acceptable to have debt on his name and end up paying around $800. And it was hard to pay after all the funeral expenses .

      I spoke to a sales rep that was supposed to send me information about the plan.
      Instead he unilaterally decided to sign me up.
      I got an email they were shipping a router and such.
      He said his team made a mistake but even after telling him to cancel it, he's ghosted me for the past 5 hours.
      I had to deal with 3 hours with Rogers' support/cancellation line to get it cancelled, including about 1 hour on wait. (which was supposed to be 2min)
      This is the nail in the coffin for Rogers getting my business.

      Rogers customer service department is an absolute joke. No one seems to know anything - you will be transferred to so many different departments, where you have to explain the issue over and over again and 2.5 hours later customer representative will hung up on you ! This is absolutely disgusting ! Staff just don't care about doing anything and are also not knowledgeable with services . I think after 20 years with Rogers it’s time to say goodbye

      Been with Rogers since 2017. Recently moved to ottawa and transferred my services with me. It was downhill from there. Internet extremely slow and prices very high. Between Nov and Dec 2022 i attempted to call Rogers 7 times to try an fix the internet and discuss new prices. Each time, they would hang up or tell me that their system was down and that I had to call back again. You can't chnage your service package or do anything on their portal, they control everything. Finally, I decided to just go with **** and had **** cancel my services with Rogers. Since then Rogers won't stop calling and harassing me wondering why I canceled and begging me to come back.
      By far the worst customer service and services in Canada. ** *** ***** **** **** **** ****. All they want is for you to be their client and provide the worst service ever

      My husband and I have spent over 8 hours on the phone over multiple days trying to speak to someone in the retention department. We keep getting bounced around to various departments and when we do get to the right person, we get disconnected. Tonight we were in the phone for 2.5 hours when the line just goes dead. You would think a telecommunications company would have the capability and the decency to return our call. This is the most frustrating company to deal with. ** * ***** **** **** **** **** * **** * ******

      **** ******* ** ****** ****** *** ****** I was robbed on New Years Eve and had my phone stolen.
      They asked me for Proof of Address from their list on their website. After explaining to them I do not have anything on the list they essentially told me "too bad". Rogers called them on my behalf and I spoke with Tier 2 group twice. Each time they told me over the phone that due to my circumstances they can take my Wireless Service Agreement as Proof.
      Each time I sent it in they have rejected it, ********* ***** ** ** **** *** ****** **** ******* ** ********** ******** * **** ** ***** *** ** *** *** ***** ******* *** *** *********** ** ********** *** ******* ** **** ******. ******** refuse to do their jobs due to a loophole and the fact I don't have any the bills that they accept as "Proof". I have offered bank statements and even my SIN but still no service.
      ******** *** *********** ******** *** *** *** ********** ** *** **** **** **** ********** * *** ****** ** *** *** **** **** ******* *** **** ** *** ******* ** * *** ** ** *********** Shame on ******** as well as Rogers for setting up camp with a company as ******* **d vindictive as ********.
      ** ******** * ***** *** ***** **** * ******** ** * ******* ********** **** **** **** *******. They will railroad you and refuse service if they have any ability to do so. I have not had a phone for 25 days due to their inept service.
      ***** ** *** *** ****** *** ******* ** **** ** ***** *** ***** ******* **** **** *******. Rogers will say it's in-between you and ******** when they are called out. Rogers is also complicit ** ***** and not helping customers when they are actually needed for once.
      All in all, ******** operates with ill intent and has no intention of helping you unless forced to do so. Very poorly run, ******** company that lacks respect for the people who line their pockets.
      Worse money I have ever spent on a service.

      Worst service and costumer service ! I paid protection plan on my phone for months and when I needed my phone fixed they said they won’t fix it and ***** has to fix it even tho I was paying Rogers for this service (premium protection plan ) and when I asked to be transferred to a manager they said no and hang up on me !
