      Different(Higher)billing than promised when transferred in this carrier,and no one can help.
      Have contact them(both store and Fido support) for several times,I have opened new account at an official store(Agincourt Fido).
      I have also referred my friend also,same happened.

      This is the worst service from Rogers. I waited on the phone for 1 hour , I was connected to an agent that transferred to me customer care where line went silent. So I tried calling a second time there was no help after speaking to tech support and moved to another line on hold. altogether 2 hours on line with no support.
      absolutely not worth paying Rogers. we've been with this company for more than 20 years

      ***** ******* ****! Been with them for 8 or 9 years and my phone plan increased from $124 to $145 due to their expensive plans that START at $80. My phone plan was finally up last month so I finally made the switch to ****** and so happy I did. Now I’m paying $102 for everything I had with Rogers PLUS an extra 5 gb of data. The kicker was I called Rogers telling them that I was going to cancel my contract and if they had any offers to give me, but they could not match what ****** was going to give me. It took until my account was closed for someone from the customer loyalty department to call me and BEG for me to come back and that they could offer me a “better deal” which was still more than I’d be paying. I told them I have no intention on coming back and where was this phone call when I was STILL a customer? They couldn’t answer that and said they didn’t know I was closing out my account. Which I know is complete BS because all of the representatives I talked to back and forth about options I know they were making notes on my account. **** ******** *** ***** **** ** **** ****. They gouge you like no other.

      I got rogers business internet did not realize they had locked me in on a 3year contract penalty $480 to get out i dont trust them one of the worst experience.

      Signed up for Rogers internet through sales agent Waqar K., advertising through Radio. Agent did a mistake for address that created a huge mess up. Called agent and call center to clean up the mess and it made it worse. Any how, wrong accounts were cancelled but still was forced to pay to for the cancelled account which was never used and all equipment were picked up from wrong addresses and sent back to Rogers. Customer service kept advising the credit will be issued but it was never done in 6 months.
      Worst internet service provider and customer service.

      I went to **** after being a rogers client for 20years. I have an overpayment due to be refunded but it has been 5 months with nothing. They even made my @rogers email not accessible by requiring me to enter a code they sent to the same e-mail.

      15 year customer with rogers who is switching to ***** as soon as this contract is up. Someone who comitted fraud contacted Roger's in the online chat feauture with my IMEI number and reported my device lost or stolen and requests a new device to an address that is seperate from the one on the account. Rogers never contacted me to confirm that my device was stolen or if I required a new one. My device is now blacklisted and cannot get service. Something that i am currently paying for. This has been going on since Wednesday and they told me it would be resolved in 48 hours. 48 hours later I contact rogers again. They tell me that the insurance company blacklisted my phone and I now have to wait until Monday for this to be resolved. No meaningful compensation has been offered by Rogers all they do is apologize. I currently am paying for this paperweight of a device and a service I cannot use.

      Made the stupid mistake of switching from our old Rogers cable to ignite. When we spoke to our representative we were assured we’d have the same programming. ***** ** **** ****** ***. Lost many of our favourite channels. Took many attempts to find a particular channel that was on the guide but no where could we find it on the web site. So ok take the six dollar a month hit to have something to watch. Paid for the additional programming but didn’t get the channel. It’s 3:30 pm. Been on hold since 12:30 on the phone.
      If you are wise save your money. Invest in a company that has a tiny bit of customer service and knowledge about the product they are offering. **** **** * ******* *** ****** ** **** *** *** *** ***** **** **** **** *********

      Day 37 of trying to fix an issue that rogers has caused, various “escalations” and has gone up to the “president’s office” still no change and no contact from rogers after speaking with president’s office. All the while demanding bill payment and restrictions of service.
      They refuse to do their job but want to get paid, ******** ********* **** *******

      Awful service !! they told me a price for 3 services and after they send me a confirmation ... not at all what they said . the price they told me it's was for 2 services . and when I call back . the price He gave me is wrong . 80 $ different . I'm really . internet is always down , my cell alot of time no service .. for the price I pay... not good
      I will look for a nother compagny .***** ***** * **** * *** **** *
