      I used to be satisfied with them. But this time I over paid on an order that I ordered a week ago and they haven't even sent it out for shipping. It was a gift and there's no way we will get it in time. I called their customer service and the were ****** *** no help. I would cancel it but can't see how.

      The told me I was approved, I then sent in my pay stubs and showed my 60 days in bank statements, they told me that was it, I then asked how things was going and he said yea we talked with your bank you never got paid for weeks now? I said ummm how ** is that when I just showed you my last 60 days with pay stubs from work showing it is directly deposited in my bank and has been for over 2years now, they **** *** *** ** *********** *** charge you a club fee each month ** ***** *** ****** ** *********** ** **, this is a huge waste of time and falsely informs you it's the last step and then next time one more thing and then oh yea and we need you ID sent, oh yeah weed need your pay stubs oh **** we talked with your bank on your behalf and you don't get paid??? *** **** *** **** ***** **** ** **** * **** ***** ***** ******* **** **** *** * ****** *** ********* **** **** ***

      I understand, but I did everything you asked and I showed you my t4s my pay going in my bank and my pay has been going in there for year but yet the guy that I talked to could only half speak English and messed something up in the middle of things, I showed that I make over 2k a month all directly deposited to my bank, he then says I need you to do this all over again in week or 2 when you have pay going in your bank, ummmmmm pay has been going in my bank for year not sure what he was looking at, how would I have t4s with my pay and bank statements showing my pay, but yet he said he called my bank and they said I didn't make money for years lol that's a joke they do nothing and say what they want.....
      Check the file for yourself and see the **** responses they gave me, around in a circle, I make money I get paid once a week 2k a month and yet your that blind you can't read or see? That's just false advertising.

      I bought an alpha pro scooter from them. Arrived and wouldn't start. They gave me return label all good. But I had a hectic job schedule and family life for a month and couldn't return it. They then said nothing they can do that I reached return time frame limit. And that they tried calling me and I hadn't answered. They would call at 8am in morning and I had just gotten off night shifts at 7am. Instead of having common sense to call later they just closed my case and refuse to help me get scooter fix. ***** *** ***** ****

      I have paid and paid off MDG several times and ontime. I paid off my last bill in July. In February when checking my credit report they put a negative report on my credit. Igor (account rep)said that they continued to charge a payment of some sort (member fee or something), nobody called me or contacted me to say your "member" account is in arrears. If so I would have then I brought the account paid in full and canceled my "member account". Also, they said they would correct it on my credit reports and take care of this "mistake" by mid March. As of now (April 18th, 2023) it is still on my credit reports and they continue to send me email's to buy $3200 (credit) of stuff, fix your mess on my credit reports first.

      Ordered a gaming computer desk top. Was 1299. Took 189 out of checking account. I ask them the wait until I had all the credit for it which the took it all out of credit and kept my 189 too. I called them and they said they are keeping that money. I said no I want my money back. They said something else ****** and won't give me my money. ***** ***** ***** After I get stuff paid will never buy from again

      I did not sign up to “become a member” and pay over $360 MORE beyond the cost of the already over priced item. When I noticed my account being continued to charge, I thought it was weird because I must’ve paid for the item by now, and was told that I was paying a monthly “membership fee” which I did not sign up for knowingly. I’ve asked for the money to be returned and they said that they will not do that. I also asked for documentation where I signed to have this money continue to be taken out as a “member” and nothing has been provided. Very angry because this is basically money down the drain!

      * ** *** ********* *** ** ******** ** ** ******* *** they DO NOT report positive payments to credit bureaus. I’ve been paying on time and have 4 payments left and not one payment had been reported this entire time like MDG promised. However if I were to be late which I wasn’t I could prob count on that being reported. My advice to MDG is report positive payment history so people can build their credit with the 3 credit bureaus or set the standard of paying on time only increases your credit limit with MDG not the 3 bureaus.

      **** ** *** ***** **** **** **** ******* * ****** ** **** * ******** ** ** ******* ***** ** *** ********** They told me I had $2500 credit for purchases and it showed on my account and told me I needed to get the club membership for 8.95/mo. After a couple months of trying I never had access to my credit. So I went to change my bank information online and it won't let anyone have access to change banking information within 90 days of opening an account. They will not send you an email confirmation notating that a "request" has been made to close the account after multiple attempts. They have no record of previous calls showing that I have attempted to close the account and stop the 8.95/mo charges. Each time they say they will close the account they instructed me to pay the outstanding balance of 8.95 even after multiple attempts of cancelling. The most concerning thing is that they have my banking information and when accessing my account on their website I cannot access my financial information. "We’re sorry, this function is only available for accounts active for more than 90 days." So they keep charging and they will not provide any documentation of a request to cancel even after multiple attempts online via their website or over the phone with an agent. They have a chat feature but it appears to be inactive as I have waited for over an hour for an agent to be available. It doesn't notate if there is a queue on not. Please note, this is for a monthly membership fee that I was given a credit of $2500 to make purchases which is shown on my monthly statements but they have never given me access to that credit. I had been told they need to put "a request" to the finance department. So after a few months of attempts to access the credit granted but no response on the "requests" they still charge the 8.95 and goes back to the routine of the agent "sending in requests" for the cancelation and they will not provide proof of request.
