      I don't received the item yet, very slow shipping , i have no idea where is my item, seems like the origin from Canada maybe USA, *** ** ****** *** ***** ****** **** ******. Im working i have no idea when is the delivery .. might not be I'm at work during the delivery. If you have an idea let me know where my item

      Item is exactly what I'm looking for...I love it. Although shipping process was ridiculously long **** ******* ***** **** * *** ** *** ** **** ****** **** * **** ** *** ** **. From Start of the order to delivery was just about 3 weeks. They really need to improve the shipping,. Or at least give the consumer an option to choose *****. ***** **** ******

      ***** ***** **** ****. They will change the agreement and ask for several payments up front. They will not accept a lump sum, they want you to make payments for months before they ship any items. ** ******** ***** ******** *** *** ******* ****** ** ** ***** ** ********** ***** ***** **** **** ***** **** **** ******

      ******** ********** **** ******** ******* ************** ******** ***** ** **** This customer service representative repeatedly asked me for the same information for the past week and I repeatedly responded with what she requested. She *** ***** *********** *** represented MDG in a poor light such that I will never purchase another product from MDG.
      The laptop that I have, an **** ***** Laptop. After I paid for this laptop and the contract was fulfilled on my end; with an extended warranty covering 2 years, Savannah  told me that the Extended Warranty did not cover my issue, I have over 14 emails between us in the past week describing the issue that the monitor (screen) went Black. I sent her videos and photographs, but explained that it would not show anything with the requested items since the Screen would not turn on and it is impossible to show what is wrong since nothing worked after the battery was fully charged and the on button was pressed.
      After wasting hours of my time and Savannah telling me that she had a "brand new" gold **** laptop ready to be shipped out to me as soon as she received the required items she requested - which I repeatedly sent to her.
      I want and am requesting ** ******* **** **** ******** *** **** a new laptop to replace the one that I purchased and paid in full for with an extended warranty.

      I did everything they ask me too do. They said they was picking up the tv and sending me a replacement. Now they tells me I have too have the box or buy one. I will be going too my bank too stop money coming out. Never heard of this

      ******* ******** ********* *** pushy sales people in no hurry to resolve anything. I ordered, was approved, money withdrawn, then they asked for a picture of my ID and Social security card. I've never been asked for a pic of my Social security card and especially after they already took a payment. *** **** **** **** ******

      I understand there are times when additional verification is needed. But I have never been asked for a picture of my Social security card and would never give that to anyone. Second.. This was asked for after you had already taken the first payment.
