      DID ALL I WAS TOLD TO DO THEY TOOK 5 PAYMENTS EVERYTHING WAS APPROVED I WAITED TO HEAR BACK 4 DAYS LATER I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON .THEY SAID THERE CANCEL MY WHOLE ORDER GOT CANCELED WITHOUT A WORD FROM ANYBODY .THIS IS RIDICULOUS YOUR WAITING FOR YOUR ITEM TO SHOW UP THE WHOLE TIME ITS BEEN CANCELLED.THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS REALLY **** BAD. INSTEAD OF SAYING YOU ARE SORRY ALL THE TIME YOU SHOULD FIX THE COMMUNICATION PROBLEM YOU HAVE .       MDG never delivered the TV that I ordered, I contacted support several times only to get the run around. I recently noticed that I have been charged every month out of my bank account and did not realize it. I am going to dispute with my bank. * ***** **** *** * *****

      I got a 70 in ******* tv from mdg I barley had it for two days and it had a horizontal line go through the screen I had a two year warranty so I called mdg and told me I need to call ******* and ******* couldn’t look my tv up and couldn’t find it because it was a Canada tv so they put me on the phone with a person in Canada and my two year warranty don’t mean anything this mdg place won’t work with me to get this resolved!!!!!!!

      I appreciate the service and everything, except I had only purchased a TV and they had included $300 wall tv mount without me knowing, I found out by logging into my account and had to contact MDG to remove it, and when it was delievered I returned the item.

      I was approved in April 2024, I was approved for $3000 and was trying to buy a laptop *** ** *** ******* **** ***** ******* **** *****  I have tried to cancel several times but kept being contacted. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance. I also wanted to buy a smartwatch but I was informed I have to make 7 payments and then they would send the items. **** *** **** ****** ** *** ****

      ********* ***** ******** was going to do business with them but after being verified and waiting for my items to ship, I updated my profile to include my work number as it's easier to reach me at, they decided I need to provide billing information for this number that is in my company's name. Verified banking info SIN number every detail that could be needed. But they chose to be difficult, while trying to cancel my order I had said NO CANCEL IT multiple times and they pressed on to try and make the sale begging me to verify the billing for phone number. ********* ***** ***** ** ******** **** ***** ******

      This company destroyed my credit by duplicate reporting my loan to *******, a 2500$ loan turned in to 4 being reported on my ******* totaling 10000$. After paying the 2500$ ******* was unable to move all 3 and to this day a few years later I have a 2500$ open account from MDG showing on my credit report and it affects my credit.
