My first 5 Payments were held with out any emailed explanation for 40+ days. After the third customer service rep, i was finally told that my payments were being held for verification. I was told that i would receieve an email explaining to me what to do next and to be patient, only for the email to never come! My payments were finally released only 4 days before they were put BACK ON HOLD! Still, no email, no info, no explanation. I contact another rep, they tell me that i need to wait 24 - 72 hours for an email that has failed to be sent three times at this point! I'm tired of this company, im tired of reading the same things happening to countless others, and im tired of the lie telling customer service reps whom need to be retrained. Shopify loves to hold our money, but they sure want that monthly plan payment at the end of the month, Now don't they? HELP! I need this sorted out ASAP! LEAVE MY MONEY THE **** ALONEShopify Inc.

This company is a bunch of criminals. They are withholding $98K of funds from my bank account and will not resolve the issue over chat. There is no way to call them. I've been promised multiple times that someone from the payments team will email me to get it resolved and they never email me. They cannot even provide a reason why the funds are being withheld. We are a small business and they are stealing our money. These people are the scum of the earth.Shopify Inc.

Currently my experience is the same as everyone else's unfortunately. They closed my store kept my profits and I'm learning this is unlawful if they are using your money on the stock market and making a profit or generating revenue from your payout balance & not offsetting your account = you should be compensated for any profits that is owed if Shopify is using your money in any shape form or fashion for trading in the stock market. Shopify is a publicly trading company. I would like my *********** store restored. This closing kf my store was resolved on 4.10.24 & my payout that due on 4.23.24 never happened. I need immediate attention thank youShopify Inc.

I signed up for Shopify's trial, enticed by their $1 offer, only to be blindsided by their deceptive pricing tactics and abysmal customer service. After the trial period, they unscrupulously jacked up the monthly fee from $1 to $30 without any notice.What's worse, despite my account being inactive for almost a year, they continued to siphon money from my account without authorization. When I finally caught wind of this financial leeching and reached out to rectify the situation, I was met with nothing but disdainful indifference. Shopify's customer service team provided zero recourse, brushing off my concerns with a dismissive "That's your problem, read our terms of service."Adding insult to injury, attempting to contact them was akin to navigating a labyrinth with blindfolds on. They conveniently lack any accessible means of communication, providing no phone number or email. The only option? Jump through hoops by creating an account and using their elusive website messenger, which is about as useful as shouting into the void.My experience with Shopify has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by deceptive pricing, negligent account management, and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! They will do whatever they want to benefit themselves. Regular accounts only get chat "customer service" and ******************** Plus has people who have such heavy accents, you can barely understand them. This company has gone downhill so much in the last 6 years, it's crazy. Not sure how they have an A+ here but that's also a scam because they have bad reviews EVERYWHERE. They don't care about their customers at all!! They set whatever rules they want, even if they don't make any sense. It definitely can't get worse than this when it comes to an e-commerce. They close my store for no reason I made over $1000 in sales and they have been holding the money for six months which is outrageous at first the whole supposed to be for 120 days then they made me wait another 120!and I still do not have the money. Once you get an order that has been paid for by the customer, they hold that money until you pay the dropshipper with your money. Please note that Shopify does not control product delivery. Shopify provides the platform for merchants to sell products. The merchant is responsible for ensuring products reach the buyer. If you are uncertain about a product delivery, and cannot make contact with the seller, we recommend reaching out to your Banking Institution to discuss next steps.
If you have an issue with an order that you purchased through a Shopify store or merchant, and you've already tried to contact the store directly and it's been at least 30 days with no response or resolution, then you can use the Report an issue with an order form:

Horrible company they sell a half a product they bully you They literally gaslight you They are horrible they actually went my inbox and like started harassing me like with a private email because I said that they're fools because they are fools and no hard feelings but you're being a fool I said and I said you need to educate yourself you're wrong and quit blaming me and they didn't like that and had a supervisor come in and try to like dominate me I told her to shut the f*** up and you know what acting like a hard a** because they can't sell a working product and you know what they actually told me prior to this I said you know when I purchase a product I expect it to be working turnkey ready to go he goes well we don't sell a turnkey ready to go and they kept on gas sliding me saying that I should hire a developer when I by the way am developer They actually suggested that I incentivize them to put out a bad product They said that I should hire a developer to fix their problems They literally said that I should hire a developer when I told them their blog didn't work They wanted me to hire an expert So it's like an inside job and on the **** I don't think so I paid the money for no reason for a long time They never gave me a working blog and they still don't have a working proper blog they're plugins or themes are absolutely garbage that's another inside job like they literally put out the worst free themes that make them slow they have all these redirects They have thousands of pages or hundreds of pages that are just dead like you have tons and tons of pages that are just I have no idea why they're so unoptimized why because they want to sell you $1,000 theme scumbag companyShopify Inc.

Never received my order from one of their Shopify so called trusted stores that just disappear. do not buy from any of their stores, big fraud. No help at all just tell you they do not own the store but the store gets paid by them after their percentage cut and then zap the stores gone and product not delivered. Best thing to do is contact your bank. Pay by credit card.
