      I can't begin to express how frustrating dealing with Shopify has been. I have been dealing with them for the last year after my store closed and they continue to bill me for an account that is not even active. I can't get anyone on the telephone to resolve this and they keep telling me that they will open a ticket to have my billing information removed. It never happens. I don't understand how they can continue to take money from people and get away with it. I will never ever do any kind of business with Shopify again. I won't even do shop from a business that is associated in any way with their platform.

      Scam!! They hold every ones money and its been over 120 days yet I still havent gotten mines back. They make it impossible to speak with anyone, live chat keeps saying they cant figure out why Shopify didnt pay me and theyve escalated my problem so look and that email never comes. Repeat I have not read any reviews where someone said Shopify actually gave them their money back! Scam, they dont give you your money, they have no rights to your money but they are simply stealing it. When are they going to be shut down, where is the class action lawsuit!!! Takes these comments seriously guys DO NOT USE SHOPIFY!!

      Scummy ways of handling complaints and their customers. Had **** dollars in sales and payout dates to be told that my account would be terminated. Tried to appeal but they could care less. Told me I would get my money till 120 days have passed. They are ******* my money hostage when I have told them to refund my customers. I have people to feed but they could care less

      Company makes you pay a whole extra month to be able to part ways. Needs a class action lawsuit! Made me pay charges for October 29 2023 though November 29th 2023 to be able to cancel and part ways on October 29th 2023. Making people pay again for a whole extra month they do t recieve anything for to be able to close out their account. Needs class action lawsuit. Absolutely horriable company!

      I am unsure how Shopify can maintain A+ rating with the BBB with 1.08/5 star reviews, but like many others, Shopifys fraudulent detention software has indeed failed again. It is apparent that Shopify does not have the time nor the care to verify their fraudulent detection is throwing red flags, nor to they care to check to see if these are legitimate. They are holding $16,000 from my company, most of which are from a government contractor no less, making it tough to pay the bills, make the customer happy, and pay for the product. I received an email about potential fraudulent orders and how Ill be handling them, I gave my reasonings and a substantiating amount of proof, phone logs, text messages, and emails to prove these orders (most of which I created myself after a phone conversation with the customer) are in fact legit. My questions have gone unanswered, I have requested a call back several times to address the situation with no avail (because they cant make or take phone calls apparently which is the most minimum customer support you can give a person *search Shopify class action and you will see why). Shopify has stolen my companys money, taken their cut, and put the funds in a reserve account, and cant even take the time to place a phone call. Emails from Legal have been weeks apart, uninformative, and not clear. A because we can tactic seems to be what Shopify specializes in, maintaining a high customer service (according to their publicly provided F-1 Registration to the SEC) at least in my experience, doesnt seem to be what Shopify is interested in. Cant even get a human on the phone. I question if my emails have even been responded to by a human, they seem automated and robotic. Almost like their Legal just uses copy and paste with fill in the blank responses to handle their customer issues.

      Shopify has, and continue to, sent mail to my physical address. I did not ask for this nor have I applied for anything to warranty this action. Totally unable to find a contact number to advise Shopify to take me off of the list. Shopify mail is not needed or wanted and considered an intrusion.

      We shifted from Intuit POS to Shopify POS as recommended by Intuit. Unfortunately, customer service support is very poor with this company. We seek help concerning Shopify Payments for a year ago and was never resolved. We gave-up and used *************** pay for all our credit card and online transactions. SAD to say but we have to go back in dealing with Shopify customer service who does not render the necessary services to make our business grow. It seems that everyone in shopify customer service is very irresponsible in resolving important issues of their sellers/subscribers.TO INTUIT.... why did you entrust us to Shopify.

      Shopify is extremely on ethical, divisive and tricky July 27, I started the free trial thats still has not completed they turn you over into this one dollar a month trial. I guess Ill purposely so they can say you cannot downgrade unless youre in the free trial.. In any case I encountered disturbing alarming issues and im deeply dissatisfied and concerned.Firstly, Shopify changed the subscription ************* mid-trial, despite our initial agreement. demanding a larger subscription price BEFORE the trial has even ended.. Additionally support is literally non existent . They tell you the chat support is 24 hours but what they dont tell you is you will be waiting 24 hours to chat with someone and no one will ever come on the line or chat ************************************************************************************* blatantly telling me they refuse to make a ticket..and finally being told, I cannot downgrade my account when theyre the ones who change things on their end so I no longer want the higher price Shopify's refusal to create a ticket for my issue is astonishing. Most shockingly, during one of my interactions I received a message that was not only insensitive but also highly unprofessional and unimaginably disrespectful. The Shopify chat response implied that I had mental health ISSUES & suggested I seek help elsewhere. ????Me - The major reason that people don't use your platform or platforms like this is because there's no support Shopify- I'm sorry to hear that you're having a difficult time, but I'm unable to assist. It's really important to talk things over with someone who can, though, such as a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life.Who could allow this but I am understanding this is a Shopify is this **** to be discrimination harassment some violation of human rights to talk to customers like this. This careless dirty response was hurtful and unacceptable. DOWN GRADE MY ACCOUNT how dare you ********************

      Shopify has the worst customer service pipeline of any service I have ever encountered. They make it nearly impossible to speak to a person so a problem can last for weeks unresolved.They have failed to pay out orders several times.I would avoid the service at all costs

      When I first started with Shopify I was pretty happy, until the Trust team started causing me issues. Even though I am in compliance with the terms of service and tried working with someone in the **************** to explain this, they shut my shopify pay off even though I am not in violation. I've been waiting for days to hear back after we have been shut off without any response. We are currently using another payment gateway but unfortunately for any shopify customer, ******************** Pay will still charge transaction fees on top of the transaction fees paid to the other company so now we are paying double transaction fees thanks to Shopify's trust team who doesn't understand the law and regulations set or even their own Terms of Service agreement. They just pretend they do and then shut your payment off. Very unprofessional
