      Shopify has removed all avenues for getting in touch with customer service. There is no phone number, no way to request a call back and live agents don't ever join the live chat contrary to a message that states the wait time is less than 5 minutes. I've been waiting on chat for over two hours and nothing is happening. A business should not be allowed to take money from paying customers without a way to get in touch with them.

      I understand the importance of receiving paid packages in a timely manner, however, due to Shopifys nature as a platform we cannot interfere with how stores operate or force refunds. For some context on this, Shopify is not a marketplace like Amazon or E-bay, we are a software provider/platform that enables people to run an online store, and as such we cannot interfere with the day-to-day operations of any store, or force refunds. With this being said, we recommend that you first attempt to reach out to the retailer/store owner to inquire about your order or confirm shipping times. Below are a few suggestions for contacting them: * By responding to the order confirmation email you received.* By going to their website to see if they have any alternate contact methods.* Reach out to them via any social media channels they may have (those can sometimes be more closely monitored than conventional contact means.)* Via the Shop app by tapping the Contact button in their Shop Profile if you are tracking the order there. We also have a great FAQ available here for you to read through, please click ****************************************************************************************************************. If it's been 30 days or more since the order was placed, please fill out our Buyer complaint form ************************************************************************************* **as a first step.** Your complaint will be sent directly to the merchant as a templated email. Luckily, there are also processes in place with your credit card issuing bank or Paypal if the order was placed via their online checkout for these situations for you to get your money back, most banks would require that you wait minimum 30 days past placing the order before initiating this process but your own bank can confirm this for you. I recommend speaking to your bank, credit card company, or Paypal (depending on how you transacted your order) and notifying them of the transaction and the issue you are encountering. They should then be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds.I want to stress, we absolutely do not condone any type of fraudulent activity on Shopify. If this does happen to be a Shopify store, filing a claim with your bank will trigger a notification internally, which we can use to investigate the store as needed. We will take a look into the stores activity and take action where appropriate. For legal and privacy reasons we will not be able to share the results of this investigation with you.       Put my entire store and account on hold with no explanation other than my (very established store) is all the sudden a risk, , and minimal communication with me to resolve the issue. They stole over $20,000 in money from my store, moved it to an external account, and have refused to release it to me. It has been going on three weeks now. Shopify prides themselves on helping their customer base but would rather resolve issues with bots and A.I. They do not respond to emails, they do not allow you to talk to them on the phone, even though their Risk Analysts tell you there's a phone number you can call. They gave me incorrect info on my account quite a few times while I was reaching out to resolve my problem. They keep referring me to a Risk Analyst who has no problem ignoring every email I sent. If you are considering opening an account with ********************- STAY AWAY. I'd give them zero stars if I could. This is not how you treat handmade small businesses. Do better at reviewing accounts with ACTUAL PEOPLE.

      I opened a Fragrance ecommerce business legally through Shopify thinking they would be a top-notch online shopping website. Boy was I wrong. Once I had my website running and ready to go with investing a lot of money into my website with Shopifys expensive apps, I started being harassed by their supposedly Trust people. I was accused of selling pirated fragrances even though my supplier was a reputable distributor that sells fragrances on their own website worldwide. Shopify started by shutting down my payment gateway and then they shut down my website altogether. Even though I showed them their advertisement (a full page) that you can absolutely sell fragrances on Shopify, they still shut me down. I lost all the money I invested in Shopify and their expensive subscriptions to their apps. I definitely would not recommend Shopify. I moved my website to Bigcommerce which is quite a bit cheaper and better quality.

      I can't contact you through shopify.com it doesn't work cause I have cancel that account a long time ago and you still been taking money on my credit card and there is no phone number to reach you to get a reimbursement.That doesn't make any sense

      These fools collected $775.000 from my online store then disable their payment structure. They proceeded to collect $5.6 million dollars shut my business along wit my domain down n still have not given me any tangible reason.. these are bunch of highly professional thieves and they need to be audited.. dnt waste ur time as they will frustrate ur effort and make things difficult for u.. they will make sure u loose customers and money and will try to rob u in the name of service fees.. bunch of f***** idiots..

      I cancelled my Shopify account a year ago and they charged me the annual fee of $348 without any notification that it was going to happen. Furthermore, they publish "No Refunds" on their website in-regards to billing issues. This company is unprofessional and generates revenue through unethical practices and policies.

      I got an email that my store has been terminated and the money that was owed to me will be taken from my Navy federal business bank account. Ive been live chatting and emailing for 5 days without any response. Today I recorded a notification from my bank that Shopify tried to withdraw money from my account. Money that they owe to me, they are trying to STEAL from my bank account! Their live chat rep is no help and the correct department disregarded my emails and tried stealing my money. $1455.60 to be exact!

      Terrible Experience- They put a reserve on my account after 4 years of doing business with them- This has caused my payouts to be held and caused EXTREME issues on my end- I recommend that you DO NOT WORK WITH SHOPIFY EVER!

      Shop pay used to place order from *****. Months later jumpsuits received horrible quality. I made four separate cancellation and refund requests all of which were denied and shop will not help and continues to allow the website on their platform to scam people out of their money. I used to shop a lot with shop pay but I am now canceling.
