      I pressed the deactivate store button. Next month, what do you know, a 42 dollar charge I CANT AFFORD!!! They won't refund me.

      Dont Use them. Cant help when there are techinical issues.. wont let you talk to a live person and the person on chat doesnt know what they are doing. They shut down my account after paying for a year and only having it for a month.

      Shopify deleted our best-selling ******** Flags from our website, stating that our flags went against their community standards... ******** FLAGS are against their community standards! They offer ZERO customer support with a real person, everything is automated and very unprofessional via "Chat". Anything that you ask will take DAYS to get a response that is tangible. They will give the run around and waste your time indefinably leaving you on your own to fix a problem. That was all two years ago. TODAY, they are holding our domain name hostage while our website is down and will not release it so we can get back to business.Shopify is owned and operated by a socialist who does not believe in ******** Values, like freedom of expression and freedom of speech! Shopify is a ******** company, if you are an ********, use ******** hosting companies!!!STAY AWAY FROM SHOPIFY! Here is me on NEWSMAX calling Shopify Out **************************** foir what their ANTI-******** practices.

      This is a scam. I tried the free set up. I had never tried an online store and thought a free build would be a good way to learn. What I learned was that I didnt like the limitations that Spotify placed on me. I had already purchase a domain from them. I contacted them to ask to have my domain named moved. The told me my account was inactive and in order to access the feature to do this I had to pay $5.60 usd Once to give me access to my account. After I did this.. they told me they could move it? That I was not able to? I was angryI call **** they told me it wasnt true. They guided me to my domain controls and we moved it to go daddy.However, they did not shut down the store. They kept charging me $5.60 usd per month. Not just the one time? Lies upon lies. I have spent hours and hours emailing, chatting, telephone calls are not longer available, so cant do that anymore? I still have an active account for a domain they dont even have the right to charge me for as they no longer own it to sell to me? Active store is ridiculousI have never, built a store or used any of their products or features. I cant seem to get them to give me my money back, cancel my account and get out of my life. Why are there no laws to protect people from thieves like this?

      I purchased a product 2 times through the same company and paid via Shop Pay. I received the products but the first time I used my credit card and the second my debit card. Both times within an hour of my purchases being processed I had fraud on my accounts. There were no other purchases made around those times and it appears there is a data leak or someone has access to the information being transferred through Shop Pay. Shop Pay has replied that no one has access as its no to end encrypted but something is amiss seeing both times the exact same thing happened. I purchased through my home which is secure and the issue is not through the bank.

      We selected Shopify to sell our pet products from @frenchiesglobe our troubles started with the name they couldn't fix it it kept going back to my personal name I filed bbb complaints no response I tried their technical support no help they fixed it once some how a few days later it went back they kept charging both us and the customers the info kept getting lost so orders kept getting delayed their platform kept having bugs or crashing they allow any vendor to connect to your store and bill you so be careful and when some extra third party charge doesn't get paid they close your site even if it's an error on their part Therefore I strongly suggest you never deal with them if you have issues please inbox me @rychernandez I have started working with FTC, FCC and all Attorney Generals across all *** to bring about the biggest class action lawsuit ever filed. #boycottshopify

      This company will charge you no matter what. We had a scheduled call to set up website, when the time came no call. After canceling with them they still charged my account multiple times. They eventually gave a refund but charged me again the next month and will not give a refund for that charge.

      I have a store with Shopify for several years and have a MAJOR issue. There is a new verification to log into your store and I'm locked out because of this verification. I've been working with customer service to resolve this situation for 9 days and the situation is not resolved. I sent the documents as requested and was told it was not correct although all the documents were as current as possible.My store brand will be impacted negatively because we cannot ship purchased merchandise out to the customer because of being locked out of the store. We have additional sights with the same brand.NEVER NEVER use Shopify the lack of direct contact via telephone has turned my business upside down. Image resolving an issue via email. What a joke!!!******

      Horrible service dont buy on their site they dont verify stores or provide support for not received products. Stores can disappear from their site and no recourse.

      I have contacted customer service several times to solve a very serious problem with an account I had with Shopify. Shopify had billed me for services not rendered from July 2021 to August 2022. I had contacted Shopify several times over 12 months to stop the payments being withdrawn. I had sent screenshots from my bank showing the withdrawals, along with the actual emails I would receive monthly from Shopify notifying me of the monthly charge. They had asked me to contact my bank to provide a number that they claimed should be on my statement, according to my bank, this number does not exist. I had to the close my credit card account to finally stop the withdrawals, which was an inconvenience for me. I have become so frustrated with this matter and disgusted with the lack of accountability with customer service representatives either on the phone and especially via email.I need to be reimbursed the amount that was taken from me. I have emails going back and forth between myself and Shopify representatives.
