    For some reason this company has our phone number in their system and were first trying to fax us for a few months to our phone line. This was irritating enough as they had no reason to contact us in the first place, We never heard from them again for a while and now they're autodialing us every day. I tried calling their phone number but no one picks up at their offices, maybe because they're too busy calling and harassing everyone else's phones, and for no reason as we have no business with them nor are we interested to work with them.

    This FDR LTD business has been phoning our number for several weeks, 3 or more times a day. We have never had any dealings with FDR LTD. This business FDR LTD use different phone numbers.
    We want them to stop phoning us.

    This company has been calling me with ******* and accusatory ********** TO THE WRONG TELEPHONE NUMBER. When I tell this person (a male) that he has the wrong phone number, he asks all sorts of personal questions which I am NOT going to answer, as the person/s he is looking for (he has used two different names now) DOES NOT LIVE HERE. ** ** **** *** *********** ** ** * ****** ******** ** *** **********

    I made a payment by mistake of 200 dollars to this company on July 28 2022. Despite numerous phone calls from me and an attempt by my bank to obtain a refund, this company has not complied. The last request by them was for me to send an email regarding the problem. To date, I have heard nothing regarding a refund. I do not owe this company money.

    FDR is constantly calling our office business for various temporary workers who have long not worked for us.
    We do not have any contact with any of those workers any longer & I have even spoken to a representative on 3 different occasions in the last month to remove us from the list and update our records. Each time, I've been told it takes 48 hours to be removed, and have still received calls thereafter. Please have FDR remove our number as a contact for ALL persons they are trying to reach from their file and cease and desist from ********* our business.

    I receive numerous calls from MANY different phone numbers, all linked to FDR, saying that I have outstanding debt. I have gone and blocked them because I know it isn't true. They keep trying. It is happening almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day

    FDR calls me about 5 times a day, at all hours of the day. They will leave a voicemail and it is always a different agent and they leave extensions that don’t work. I’ve spoken on the phone with multiple reps and was told the incessant calling would stop after working out settlement. Then they started calling my last place of employment. I am not even there anymore and I’ve told them this yet they call them every single day asking for me and giving personal information out. My old work place has contacted me several times now asking me to handle it yet whenever I do, they just call again! PLEASE take that number off your call list as it has nothing to do with me *** * ****** *** *** *** **** ****** *** ******** *** ********* *********** ** ****** *** *** **** ** ************** *********

    they have been calling and asking for my mom for over a year, multiple times a day, she had a credit check ran at her bank and nothing was on it, she died March 17, 2022 and had no debts to be collected on her estate. And they are still calling everyday. They didn't even have the right **** * ***** and I have to deal with multiple calls a week asking for my mother less than 7 months after she is dead. I want the calls to stop, they harassed my mother the last 15 months of her life and she owed them nothing, they had the wrong person

    Hello. This matter was resolved and closed a few years ago Case# ******* (Ref#************************). Unfortunately FDR has started calling again. Before the matter was closed FDR was in violation of *** ********** ********** *** **** ********** ******** **** ****** ***** **** *** ******* ***** ********** *** **** ********** ******** **** ****** ***** ** **** and they continue to be in violation of The Act. A few years ago I mailed them a registered letter, had to get the police involved, had to get BBB involved as well as ******** ********** ******* involved. FDR finally, through BBB, agreed to remove me from their system and to stop calling and the matter was closed. They're back at it again which proves how ***** they conduct their business. I want them to honor what they agreed to and remove me from their files and calling list.

    FDR is harassing me daily by calling my cell phone. When I do reach out, the senior agent ******* spends the entire phone call berating, name calling, chastising, behaving aggressively with intimidation and at no time would he be open to speaking constructively on finding a solution to the debt he says I owe. He is unwilling to provide any documentation by mail. He is unwilling to put any offer of hardship settlement in writing. Same issue 12 years ago. No documentation, no initial payment
