      ** *** *** * *** ***** **** ****** They're online system did not allow me to purchase on their system on the weekend. All the plans changed on tuesday. And they will not honor the past deals that I was trying to get. I have four accounts with them I am changing all of them to something else. They're operators are not even in this part of the hemisphere.

      Quick to take your money but trying to talk to an actual person is an extremely convoluted process.

      ********* * ***** **** * ***** **** ** * ****** *********** **** ******* ** ********* **** ***** **** **** *** ********* * **** ** ****** They have multiple calls from a specific neighborhood and openly admit on the calls that they are aware of technical issues but will NOT invest funds into fixing the problem until more customers call in. So they are 100% aware of a problem, unable to provide a service in which they are expecting 100% payment from customers.... **** ****** ** ********** I am not explaining a rural area or random dead zone, I am referring to a highly populated area, in which Koodo is aware of the exact tower that requires work... If you are not fixing the problem and have no intention of doing so then you should be crediting ALL clients who call in within the troubled area monthly to compensate for YOUR lack of maintenance!

      I called koodo and apply for 2 connections 39.99 $ each. Koodo told me I will receive sim card by mail and I will be billed after I activated the sim.
      Still I didn't receive the sim and not yet started using koodo service but I received a bill of 92$. Just 7days after calling koodo. For what.. never activated the sim.. and just 7 days after calling koodo they have billed me 92$ for.. nothing..
      I am sharing such horrible experience that occurred even before services started. I will complain to government *** ****** ***** *** ***** **** ***** ** ********* ******* ** *** **** *** * ****** ****

      Koodo Customer service has misguided me when getting a new phone! and when I get tired of not getting a respond from Manager/supervisor as they are never available as per call centre rep.
      First of all hard to speak to a live person and secondly, not helpful at all. Always getting a same answer, please hold and put you on hold for hour and then line disconnects....
      My whole family of 4 were with Koodo for more than 15 years and never had an issue with them or their services but , recently service has changed and so many false charges on your statement. I have cleared all my dues by talking to a Koodo a rep in Feb. 2023 as I moved to different phone carrier. Koodo customer service rep. assured me that everything is clear and no issues. After 2 months, I received a text message that you have an outstanding bal. of $347 something, no one knew what it's for. I called as the phone I bought was not working properly and was under warranty; till now non of the manager call me! and recently I spoke to Koodo Customer Service and he advised that your invoice has been sold to ******* ****** ******** INc. and you may call and pay otherwise we will file to credit bureau.

      My bill is $55 for 50GB with rollover data. They've charged me $480 for 2 months, and I'm locked out of my account; I paid full price for no service in town (all of Willemar Aka. *** *** *****, *** ***, and all of **** ***** Road as well as surrounding areas) and they now charge what they want and are increasingly difficult to communicate with. Service hasn't been cut off, but I still can't get through as a result of their policies.

      My mother set up my account for me when I was 17 and could not do it myself without a parent or legal guardian. I am now 32 and we are STILL fighting to get her name off my account. We have spoken to kiosk managers, customer service reps, and escalated to customer service managers, and every single time have been told, "Yeah, it's been done." and then find months and sometimes years later that it STILL hasn't been done. This most recent time that my mother called them, last week, she explained to them that the account hasn't been her account for the past 14 years, and they had the audacity to accuse me of fraud when she and I have repeatedly been told that the account has been transferred to me and then have to find out the hard way that it hasn't. We are BEYOND fed up with this completely ineffectual problem-solving, record-keeping, and lack of integrity. My patience ran out the moment they accused me of fraud when we've repeatedly attempted to get this rectified and they keep screwing it up or neglecting to do anything at all. If we could have changed it by ourselves, we would have YEARS AGO.

      Where to begin. I received a phone call about a gift due to my long standing with koodo as a customer.
      I am told that this is the same company and my gift service bill will be on my phone bill. I think nothing of it and keep paying my phone bill. Now I find out I am overdue. Fine Ill pay it if I could. I can't log on to my account because it never was setup or worked. I cannot get an account number to pay by online banking. More so I finally got a hold of someone and expressed I want to cancel the service. I am told its $1100 dollars to do so. Ludacris. Then they offer me a deal for $12 a month for the next three years. Do the math works out to $620. I said Ill pay that and move on. They refused. I apologize to the agent for being a bit cross I know it's not her fault and I was not disrespectful. I asked to be contacted by a supervisor. Guess what still waiting for that call. I called back today at 9:15am try to get a customer service agaent the automated service hangs up on me and says they are closed. On a Wednesday 9:15am what kinda business does that. In the end I still cannot pay cause I have no access to the account number, equipment that does not work and they will suspended my account on the 15th of June and probably charge me the cancellation fee. Once this gets resolved I will never touch a ***** product ever. And I'll be switching phone providers for such incompetence to pair up with ***** group. I honestly do not know what to do. I was dupped from the start and I cannot even address the issue. **************.

      Koodo has an EasyRoam plan that costs $16/day.
      Koodo tells you that when traveling,
      "If you want to avoid roaming charges, simply turn OFF data and data roaming in your device settings, and don’t make calls, answer incoming calls, or send outgoing text messages."
      This is incomplete information. Because if you have an ******, you may have a setting called wifi assist activated, and if you do, you will be charged for EasyRoam everyday, even if your data is turned off.
      I'm sitting at $336 in additional charges on my phone bill because of it and they are happy to take it off me. And of course their reps can't do anything about it.
