You have to talk to a robot for 20 minutes just to schedule a call with someone. **** **** *** *** ** *** ***** **** **** *** ** *** *** ***** *** **** *******. Don’t bother going into one of their physical locations either, they’ll treat you even worse in person then they do on the phone. I’ve had cell phones here in Canada for over 8 years and this is the worst company I have dealt with by FAR. **** ******** *** ******** *** ** **** ******

      I have been with Koodo mobile phone really enjoyed their service until now. I finally jumped in to monthly billing and purchased a phone on their tab and then they offered me a free perk. I chose international long distance and I made an international call. I now have a bill over $200 and I am trying to get a hold of them but they no longer speak to you when you call. They do offer you digital assistance which does not connect you to someone right Away But gives you a time slot for the following day to be spoken to. My bill is due today and since I was misled, I wish to speak to somebody about the big charge and have it adjusted. By tomorrow it will be calculated as a late payment, but there is no one in available to talk to you until tomorrow. This is frustrating as it will hit my credit. After this little episode, I think I may have to just pay for the phone outright and leave the company. They had always given me great service until today. Very frustrating when you can’t even reach a person to speak to you, but keep being put in circles when you talk to their ****** digital assistant. ******* ********* ***** ** ** ******

      Left them in January 2021, paid all my bills in full. Called to make SURE I paid all my bills in full. Just checked ****** *****. They reported that I missed paying my bill in March and in May of 2021. ***** **** I had already fired you by then. Now I have to fix it and it has dragged my credit rating down ** **** *** ************

      Trying to talk to an actual rep is an extremely convoluted process. The rep I did talk to was extremley polite and competent, but unfortutately she couldn't resolve my problem and I had to wait an hour to talk to a supervisor. Unfortunately for them in that time I did my homework and researched their competitors and realized I was paying more than I should be. He tried to offer me a similiar plan with a small discount but by then I was annoyed with the whole process and his condescending tone that I wanted nothing to do with them. When I informed the "supervisor" that I wanted to cancel, he then became hostile and requested my personal information. When I told him that he has my information because I've been a loyal customer for 17 years he told me he would need me to stay on the line while he cancelled my plan (ie waste my time). When I hung up he called me back. Absolute shambles customer service. I'd rather pay more and deal with actual human beings.

      In finding a replacement phone unexpectedly, I couldn't of been happier with the friendly and respectful customer service I received from Zaid yesterday at the Whitby Mall Telus Koodo outlet.
      He was thorough in explaining the new features while quickly transfering my precious photos etc to my new ****** ***** * which I'm truly enjoying! Kudos ??

      Way back before telus bought them they were fairly good. Now they use every redirection and stalling tactic from not being able to reach someone to hiding charges in the minutia of overly complicated electronic bills. Unannounced rate hikes (I just got a $500 bill from easy roam for having my cell phone with me in Cuba). It auto activated and because I paid the bill without complaining first. They have an internal policy to refuse to review it.

      I've been with all six major service providers in Ontario *** ***** *** ** *** **** *** *****. I can't count the number of times I've had absolutely no signal when everyone else around me (non-Koodo users) had no problems at all. It happens almost daily that I don't have any signal when I obviously should. ******* ***** ********** **** ******** **** ***** ********* *** ***** **** ** ***** ***. *** ***** ****** ***** ** ****** **** ******

      I have been a customer for 10 years.I am 60 and not terribly tech savvy. If I could give Koodo 10 stars I would. Best customer service I have ever received from any company. I am shocked by all the poor reviews on the web. I feel like it must be geographical or something. I noticed that in Calgary they were all 5 star reviews. I am in Ontario and the service is outstanding they go above and beyond whatever the issue.       Koodo Digital Rep is now used instead of a phone number call to a life rep. This requires data or wifi, usually the only reason I will call koodo is due to data issues. Living in rural Ontario, data isn't always an option. So how in heavens are we suppose to get hold of customer service! This is horrible!!! Nice to see Koodo caters primarily to people in the city, suburbs.

      I am so sick of talking to a robot all the time. I have scheduled multiple call backs with the stupid live chat and never get a call back and it takes like 5-10 minutes to even get it to understand that I want to schedule a callback in the first place. Such a waste of time. I need to speak to a live person. I will be cancelling my plan.
