      TELUS has great coverage but if you require support good luck. They charge you for services and support that you will never receive. They put you on hold and then you will be disconnected. When you call back you have to repeat everything. I have been dealing with customer support for over a month and when you think it’s resolved it turns out that they made a mistake and you have to start the process over again.

      We have been promised for years that the cell coverage in our neighborhood would improve and has NOT happened we still have a home phone because our cell phone has no coverage

      Shout out to Rob the head “manager” for the worst customer service I have ever seen. So i switched from telus to **** in January. Had to send back my equipment to telus by March 27th (which i did and have tracking proof). Telus then proceeded to send me to collections. So called telus two weeks ago spoke to a Jargin in billing who assured me it was all fine and to not contact the collections agency again (ummm thanks Jargin but i dont trust telus so i will be checking up). And i did check up two weeks later at which time the collections agency told me that it was not a closed account and telus has not contacted them. So i called and gave my details, asked to speak to Rob. Well Rob was a **** man who did not care about my situation and advised me it was teluses hands. I understand once gone to collections it is out of your hands unless you retract it. He told me he was going to email the collections company (sorry Rob but with your sour patch kid attitude i dont trust you) and that it is not teluses problem i got sent to collections. So i asked if i paid the bill where i could pick up the equipment (which i would have paid for twice at this point) and he told me that the equipment is teluses and cannot be picked up and that i can just pay for it twice and be done with it. * **** ******* ***** ***** *********** *** **** *** ********

      I live in Popkum area by Hwy#9 in BC and we need better Telus cell tower reception, ****** managed to put a brand new cell tower with exceptionally 5bars 5G in the area, yet Telus is neglecting the future growth and we need to get out of our houses at times to see a bar or two to make a phone call. Please consider this area and add a Telus tower Popkum area. Thank you. ***** ******

      The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help.
      Agent name Melodie and Manager Lorrie **** **** ***** *****Talking it over with there *********** customer service, Both of them did not show any support and did not even try to give us any solution.
      When no one was willing to help, i told them I am going to file complaint ** ****. The Manager name Lorrie said I don't care you can complaint to whoever. I mean wow so unprofessional. *** **** *** **** ***** ** ***** ***** * ***** *** ***** ********* * ** *** ********* ***** *** *** *********

      ***** **** ** *** ***** ****** **** ********. I just got ******* for $600 for not returning my phone back in time. With no proper notice, I missed the deadline by a week. Talking it over with there *********** customer service, they rather me pay the bill and leave as a customer. ***** **** ** *** ******

      Worst service ever!!!! I pay for 5G internet when it is not in my area so I have to use LTE and it’s slooooooow! Also spent over 3+ hours on the phone trying to change a plan. Biggest waste of my time! Customer loyalty department was no help. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, I can’t wait to change providers!

      Today I received a call from TELUS Mobility, however *** ****** ****** *** ** ***** **** I had a hard time understanding her. *** ***** ******** ** ** when I repeatedly asked her to repeat herself, I quickly told her that I wasn't deaf and was only having trouble understanding.
      I realized she was asking what phone I had at this point and when I questioned why she needed to know, she groaned once more and began to ****.
      I hung up because it was evident that the call was ineffective. And why should I switch to an other supplier with ******** poor customer service?
      ****** ** ******** ********** ** ******* ******** *** ** *** ******** *** ******** ************* **** ******** *** ******** ********* **** ******* **** ********* ****** **** *** ******* ** ** *** ***** ****  If anything, this experience has made me realize I will not be going to TELUS when my present contract is up.
