      Absolute WORST experience. As soon as your bill becomes visible they report it to the credit bureau as a debt that they keep increasing. Tried to bring back my bring it back contracted phone and was told I’m not allowed to because I wouldn’t renew a new contract with them. Now apparently I owe them 700$ for a phone that I was supposed to be allowed to give back, that now shows as a massive owing debt. ** *** ***** *** ************* *** * ******** **** ***** ********* Oh! And you pay a 1.5% charge to pay with your credit card or debit visa. * * **

      Bad company to deal with put u more than one hour on hold to take a complain regarding door sensors.They want to fix everything on phone and ask u do this and that . If i am technician i can fix by my self ,as a service provider it is ur job to give technical support.

      I upgraded my cellphone with Telus, there was an issue with my credit card so the transaction did not go through, the customer service rep: Chris from Vancouver advised that he would make notes on my file and all I had to do was call in and pay the $200 and the new phone would be shipped to my home. I received a new credit card on May 23, 2023. I set it up with the bank and called Telus on the May 24, 2023, I called Telus and informed the rep that I needed to pay $200, for an upgraded mobile phone and there should be notes on my account giving detailed info from the rep that set up the plan, I was verified.
      The rep (I did not get his name) stated that he found the notes from the previous rep Chris but I still needed to be verified again, I told him I was already verified and I just wanted to pay the money so I can get a new phone, he went into an extra long spiel and placed me on hold for 50 mins, then hung up on me.
      I called back a second time and was on hold for another long time time, the new rep said she cannot find the notes from Chris but saw that I called on the morning of March 24, but no notes from the 2 previous reps and cannot assist me as she has no idea what I am speaking about, she hung up.
      I called back a third time, this time I spoke with Rey-Ann, I explained why I called, she looked into my account and found the notes from Chris, I was verified twice again and went through all the info regarding the upgrade when the notes were already on life.
      Rey-Ann was very professional, courteous and displayed excellent customer service, my issue is with the first 2 reps that I had the misfortune to speak with on the morning of May 24, 2023 and the very long hold times, the last call lasted 1hr 21 mins 25 secs, I have the snapshot of the call log to prove it.
      Telus please improve you wait times and retrain your reps that need a refresher course in customer service.

      Customer service rep could not confirm whether a particular creditor trying to collect money was a real creditor off their list of services they use. Would not look at their list of creditors without taking all of our information all over again. Takes forever to get through to anyone on the line. And then they wont answer general qestions without taking all your information. Takes forever to deal with them and then they just hang up on you when they cant help. What a run around.

      For some reason my email was deleted from telus. I've spent 47min on hold just to talk to someone.
      That person looked into it and could not help me retrieve my email, sent me to another department. Four different departments 2hrs and 12min later, i was given a phone number to call during buisness hours for the next day. Next day called the number, it was the sales department who could not help me, they gave me a number to call which is the same number i called to start this whole proccess. Now i'm on hold again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! * ********** ***** **** **** **** *** **** *** ** ***** ***** **** ********** 6 different people i've talked to, none of them can help or guide me to the right person. Really need this Email back. Telus has left me in the dark.

      I dont even use teus mobility and they regularly anoy me. 3rd day in a row they've called and disrupted my work day. 7th time in 10 days. Really enough is enough im not moving to your company please go away.
