      We discussed my credit score and came to understanding 6 months of continued service was required for upgrading phones. I continued to oblige their requirements **** ** **** *** **** * *** **** *** Now I'm told 9-12 months. What happened to 6? That is bad customer service *** * ******** *** ** ** ******** **** * ******** ******** ** * ****** ** ** ***** *** ********* ********* ** ******** ****** *** **** ** *********** If anything, the 6 months period was because of my damages credit. Now that if is being absolved - in better standing - I'm given an unofficial excuse to my options going forward. Wow. I'm cancelling all my services and I find I've been charged for two internet fees since I started... **** ******

      I recently signed up for Telus Telecoms Company's service 6 months ago, but I have been experiencing issues with my network connection since August. After contacting Telus, they admitted that there is a network problem in my area that has been going on since 2018. As a paying customer, I expect to receive reliable service, and it's frustrating that the issue has been ongoing for so long without a solution.
      Despite acknowledging the problem, Telus did not provide any satisfactory compensation for the inconvenience caused. They only offered a $5 reduction in my monthly bill, which is not an acceptable solution. As a customer, I have been paying the full amount for their services, but I have not been receiving the reliable service that I expected.
      I have two lines with 15GB of data each, unlimited Canada-wide calls and texts, and another line with 100GB of data in Canada and the US. Despite having such a high data limit, I am still experiencing network issues. When I contacted Telus, they offered me a deal of $85 a month instead of $90, which is hardly any compensation for the inconvenience I have faced.
      As a customer, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously and for Telus to provide a reasonable solution to the ongoing network issues. However, the company's response has been disappointing and inadequate. I urge Telus to take immediate steps to address the network issues in my area and provide appropriate compensation to their customers who have been affected by this ongoing problem.

      I recently had a terrible experience with Telus Telecoms Company and felt compelled to share my thoughts. As a paying customer, I expected reliable service, but unfortunately, that's not what I received. They are having network problems since 2018 in my area and I just recently bought service from them and they promised 5g network. It's been more than 6 months they never came to me and said hey here's a compensation because we didn't provide you 100% service.
      It's unacceptable that you have been dealing with ongoing network problems since 2018 and that these issues have continued even after using their services for more than six months. ** * ****** ******** *** *** **** ****** **** **** *********** ****** *** ******* **** ****** ********* **** **** ****** *********  **** ********* **** Telus has acknowledged the network problems but has failed to take responsibility for them. ******* ** ********* ******** ************ *** ***** **** *******, they have offered you a ****** $5 discount on a $90 plan. **** ** ** ****** ** ********* *** **** **** ************ ******* ******** *** ****** **** **** ******* * **** ****** *** *** **** ********

      * ***** ***** **** **** * ****** ****** ** * ****** ***** ** *** ****** I can't recall the last time I was billed for the correct amount. They use predatory sales tactics to have you switch over to their services, promise that these rates are locked in, and then when you get your service agreement online, all of their "special promotions" expire within the year with a new bill to be 10x the amount you were promised.
      As of December 2022, I called to complain, spent hours on the phone with their customer service (if you can get a hold of person), and then hung up to the promise that my service agreement would be adjusted until September 2023. JANUARY 2023, I receive my bill and surprise, I've been charged 3x what they agreed. This has been the situation ever since I switched over to them. ** * ***** ** **** ** **** * ***** **** ***** ******** ** ****** ****** ***** ******* ******** ***** **** *** **** ******** ********

      The worst customer services I have never seen.
      The Internet speed is only 10MB (The installation guy used his own laptop to test the speed). And then, He gave a ridiculous solution. He told me I had to use cables to connect each of my computers and laptops one by one.

      Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
      My mom passed away ****** * ************ *** **, she has an open account that is overdue and I am trying to set up a payment plan for it so that I can help get it payed off and taken over or closed.
      Due to the past plans she’s made, they won’t allow me to do so now.. SHE HAS PASSED. Why must I have to deal with this crap when I am already dealing with so much.

      Back in December 29 2022 there was a payment made of 100.00 made by my sister who is also on my account telus lost my sisterspay and the credit union in dominion nova scotia does not give confirmation numbers then I made a payment in January 2033 300.00 there should have been a credit 25.00 and they will not fix it I want something done

      My sister payed 100.00 on December 29th 2022 through the credit union in dominion nova scotia branch and the payment is gone missing , I payed 300 dollars after that, which would have left me with a credit and I want this fixed they even made me do payment arrangements and so I am not paying a *** **** thing until it is fixed

      Telus told me the would provide a 30 day extension on a cancelation charge I didn't even know about, and then sent it to a collection agency anyway. There was no correspondence from them. I will not be a repeat customer. You hear people complain about their ridiculous bills from telus all the time. They don't care about their customers and have zero transparency in their products. * **** **** **** **** *** **** *** ****** ********* *** *********

      The worth customer service I've ever seen. Even they agree with your complain and they promiss you to fix it they won't/ Coudn't do it. And you never can find a low rank manager/supervisor just some reps from nowhere answer your call.
