      I recently started a telus Mobility plan.... I canceled it after 4 days. Shortly after signing up I noticed they had the wrong monthly fee attached to the plan. ( about $10.00/month more than I agreed to) I called to have it addressed which is where everything went downhill fast. About 3 phone calls over several hours and no progress. Asked to speak to a supervisor well over a dozen times and they continually refused. Finally fed up I said ok fine cancel the plan effective immediately ( I hadn't even inserted my telus sim card yet) after saying that the customer service rep said she would get me a supervisor. No thanks I've wasted enough time. So I canceled the plan and a few days later I received a bill!! For a plan I never started due to their own errors. And even better a few days ago my telus internet install guy tried to sell me the same plan I canceled at the price I agreed to which telus said was the incorrect price. In short they gave me a price to get me through the door and then messes around ultimately losing a customer. I was assured that they would investigate the situation from the first phone call to the last and surprise suprise I haven't heard back.

      Absolutely horrendous customer service.
      I was trying to get a copy of my billing history for 2022 and 2023 so I can conveniently have the information in one document. The rep at the store was only able to have me the past 18 months, he was not the issue. The issue arose when I called their *611 customer service line.
      These ****** kept me on hold for TWO HOURS just to tell me there is a charge of $15 per report (they offered to waive that) and a wait of ten business days to get the report(s) emailed to me.
      I reached out them so I wouldn’t have to go through the tedious task of going through all of my old credit card statements, I was trying to save time.
      What I got from them is two hours of wasted time and a headache.
      I know the rep had the information on the screen in front of them. A simple screenshot and email would have been all it took, but they declined.
      **** ** *** **** ***** ***** ********* ** *** ****** Now I am likely to change cell phone service providers in hopes of finding better customer service.

      I pay for 5G service and I get 1 bar of 4G. Service constantly dropping out. It seems to be a bubble around my neighbourhood. I called into to complain previously and they just said "it's a known problem area". Okay?? So why am I paying over 200 a month for ****** *** ** ******** phones and service when it's awful coverage?

      I am unable to contact and talk with a real person at Telus.
      I had a previous cellphone with $15/month prepaid plan, with Telus for a number of years, which I only actually used less than once a month. * *** * ****** in April/2021 and co-incidentally due to inactivity on my cellphone, Telus disconnected the service.
      I only became aware of this in the past month when, for the first time since the stroke, I attempted to use my cellphone.
      I then spent approximately 30 hours trying to reach someone at Telus to try to restart my plan with them. You can no longer talk to anyone directly as everthing is automated recorded options with only a specific number of options and unless you match one of the available options you are out of luck. I did attempt to email Telus and never got a response.
      In the end, I resorted to buying a new Telus cellphone and plan, and was assigned a new number.
      But it turns out, I've been given a long distance number. I can't even afford to call my own number. Also, even though I had provided my credit card information on line, I found that I needed to top up immediately before I had a network connection. So I have no idea until I receive my credit card bill as to what I am being charged.
      All the while, I have still, not for the lack of trying, not been able to talk to a real person.
      So I now have 2 Telus cellphones when I only need 1, have no idea of my payment status, am unable to use my most recent cellphone because I would be incurring long distance charges, and still can't talk to someone as their automated system does not fit my particular circumstances.
      At the end of the day, Telus has forced a ********* to unnecessarily buy more product than required, messed up the order, charged who knows how much, and have prevented a customer from contacting them. **** ***** they are a ridiculously inconsiderate *** ************* ***** ********

      *** ****** ** ********* *** ******** **** *****. I was promised no connection fee with the promotion, but when the bill arrived, the fee was charged. I returned to the store, and the salesperson acknowledged the mistake and called TELUS to correct it. Unfortunately, TELUS refused to credit the charges. Despite being one company, they failed to take responsibility and made their own employee look bad in front of a customer. I'll be looking for service elsewhere

      for the prices that Telus Mobility charges for full time service and where I live you might have decent service 50% of the time it bull. South of Drayton Valley AB in the **** ***** Buck Lake area. It is just a ******** how poor the services are for what we pay. Then have to invest in thousands of dollars worth the booster and receivers to just have minimal service For the money they charge for their services they should be made out in a booster tower in these areas or cut our bills by 50% just like we get service *** **** *** ********* *** **** **** *** ******** ******** ** *** paying for services that are not really being provided

      *** * *** ** ** ************ ** ***** ** ***** *** *********** ** *** ****** I have been perused for a final payment of less than $7.00 consisting totally of late fees. These late fees were caused by my account being closed and without any notification that the account was anything other than paid in full. Automatically, via authorized debit. These fees should never have been charged.

      I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Telus Home Security. From the start, I was assured by their sales representative that I would not be locked into any contract. This promise was the main reason I chose to go with Telus over other security providers.
      However, shortly after installation, I discovered that I was, in fact, tied to a lengthy and restrictive contract. When I contacted customer service to address this blatant misrepresentation, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to rectify the situation. It felt like they were more interested in securing a sale than providing honest and transparent service.
      Not only did Telus lie about the contract, but their overall service has been subpar. The security system itself has been unreliable, with frequent false alarms and connectivity issues. Whenever I tried to get technical support, the response was slow and unhelpful, further exacerbating my frustration. * ******** ****** ****** *********** ***** **** ******** ** **** ********** Their ********* sales tactics and poor customer service have been nothing short of a nightmare. **** ******** *** ****** *** **** * ******** **** ****** ******* *** ******** *************

      I have disconnected services because of "Sabastian" not wanting to fill in a form...just to make a note he says. Notes don't change. Actions changes everything. Home services, security, and internet discontinued. Requested transfer of funds, however that takes days....but take my money (happens so quick).
      Services are not ideal if you you can not speak w a fluent ENGLISH speaking staff.
      **** ***** ************* ** ***** **** * *** **** *** ****** * ******* ***** ** *** *********  Most are hard to understand.
