      **** **** **** ***** ****** **** **** **** ***** ******* I had ordered Internet 150. When the tech came he was having issues hooking it up. He made a call and was informed that Internet 150 wasn't available at my home and that I had to get Internet 75. I told the tech I have a lot of devices to hook up and would it be able to handle it. He told me yes. A couple of months later when I finally got everything hooked up my internet kept cutting out on a regular basis. So I called to cancel because I didn't get what I had ordered and they told me that I had to pay the cancellation fee. I told no I don't because I didn't get the service I had originally signed up for. Then he tells me that the plans changed names to Internet Plus with speeds of 75-150. I told him then why did the tech try to hook up the 150 and was unable to and was told that only 75 was available here. ***** ** ***** ****** **** **** **** *****

      ***** * *** ** * ***** *** **** **** ***** *** **** ***** **** *** **** **** ***** *** **** ***** *** *** I have a business plan, Canada-US-Mexico. Phone works for a few seconds then says I'm not registered on network. Tried every setting, tried restarting phone. Stuck in Mexico, with no phone or data. Lost money because I couldn't access email to show receipt for a tour. Customer service doesn't care, couldn't reach except by ******** and they send me on an endless loop. My advice: avoid Telus. There is no Customer service if you have a business account. Very, very, very upset that I'm out $550USD for the tour they wouldn't let me on (vacation in Mexico) because I couldn't access my emailed receipt, can't make or receive calls. Only able to access web via wifi now that I'm back at resort. This is the WORST Customer I've EVER experienced.

      Made a payment for a total balance on June 8th, 2024. This total balance was due July 2nd.
      After payment was made in full, on June 8th, for the balance due July 2nd, Telus Mobility reported the account to the credit bureau for non-payment in the amount of the total payment made ON the date that it was paid (June 8th), which included an amount not yet due (July 2nd).
      My credit score dropped from 89th to 39th percentile over this error.
      After 3 hours on the phone with customer service, being transferred between departments, someone is finally filing a dispute resolution.
      I wish I'd never switched to Telus.

      Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Paid for my internet to be hooked up and a week after I got the Modem and 6g booster it’s still not working , spent over 6 hours on hold over two days and they said if I wanted a technician today I’d have to walk across town to ***** and ask for help, they said they would call back in 24 to 48 hours later and they didn’t call back, we called them back and cancelled our internet and they are making us wait 7 business days for our refund ***** *** ******** **** ***** they *** ********* ******* *** didn’t know anything about what they are selling they bounced us around transferring our call to random Departments and Eventually hung up on us twice after a two hour wait . We called four times 3 times hung up on and the forth we cancelled the service

      I left Telus in 2022 due to their poor customer service and sky high prices. After switching to ****, which was substantially worse, I begrudgingly went back to Telus towards the end of last year and boy am I pleased that I did. No organization is ever perfect, but what I'll commend Telus for is their willingness to listen to customer feedback and implement action. I'm no longer experiencing the same issues as before, and not only that, the cost for the services rendered are about 25% cheaper now than in 2022. Thank you Telus for your efforts, they are appreciated.

      Did not take into consideration grace period for online payment via bank and cut off all mobility phone bill accounts ***** ** ********* ***** ******* ********** where family needs phone access for emergency purposes. Long time customer very upset with poor service.

      We always travel and have the plan on our phones $12 a day for United States and $15 anywhere else and always travel down south. Never had an issue until now. My daughter turned her phone on for 8 hours the first day arriving to Cuba. When I received my bill this month there’s a charge of $150. So when I called Telus they said they have made a mistake and can see the charge and they would fix it. I explained everything to them and then they came back saying they didn’t make the mistake that we did. **** ** *********** I will never deal with Telus again. A loyal customer for many years now. *** **** * * **** * **** **** * *** *** ********

      Telus had reps visit the condo building where I live in Abbotsford and feel we were sold a bill of goods. Most of them were trainees and seemed not to be well-versed with the plans they had. I told them about the plan I had with **** ******** and I was paying $50.00 a month for 50 MB of data I had the option to up it to 500 the Telus reps refused to believe I had such a plan and told me I could get a plan with them for $34.00 that included 50 MB but this data gets used up fast when you're using ****** **** on a road trip. It was getting down to the wire and ***** sent me a text that I could add another 25 MB of data for $10.00. These reps told me that after the first 50, I would still have Data but it would be slower, this was not the case. I paid twice to add more data time but on the 3rd go, my request was automatically refused and you can't talk with a ****** human. ** **** ** **** * ***
