      I had a pay and talk phone and paid $10 monthly. Phone was for emergencies only as I traveled for work. In 2016 I received mail advising my flip phone was not supported and a new device would be required. The representative advised I had banked over $400 and I could get a phone. At that time was was advised to stop payments as I had over $200 banked after the purchase of the phone. Years go by and I attempt to use the phone only to find out I no longer have service. I called Telus in January 2024 to ask what happened to my service. I was told since I did not use the phone my account was cancelled. They advised me they would investigate and get back to me by email concerning the $200 I had banked in my account. In April I was advised by account had expired and there was nothing more they could do and no refund. I asked why I did not receive notification of the pending cancellation and I was advised they had texted me. I do not nor had ever used the text function. * ** * ****** *** *** ***** **** ****** *** ** *** ***** ********* ***

      Paid my bill, and after 48 hrs, the account was never updated. The bill keeps adding up and after calling Telus Mobility, and opening cases, and making complaints, the bill still does not add up. The bill went from $200-$1600. * ** *********** ** **** to have any additional charges waived. I have connected with ****** and there are no issues.

      *** ***** ******* **** ** *** *** **** **** **** ***** ***** **** **** ***** **** **** ********* ***** ** ***** **** **** *********** ** ******* ** ***** ** ** ** ***** I am in a house with Telus internet as my only option and blazing, Telus 150 as the highest I can go. For this I could pay $200/ month to month or $160 /month on a locked two year contract as long as I took their silly Telus tv box and let it sit in my storage. I chose the $40 discount but have no use ** *** *** ***** ** *** ******* ** ***** ** ******** *** ***** ** ****** **** ****** Telus tv is useless to me. ***** ******** ** *** ******* **** **** ****** The speeds on my device, with full bars, 5g on a clear day throughout the lower mainland remind me of dial up internet.

      I have been with Telus for 5+ years for TV and Internet. A door to door Telus representative came to my door (Panorama Hills Calgary) and offered me mobility services for $30/line for 3 of my lines. He *** ********** *** had Telus jacket and ID. This was better than the $34/line from what I was currently with. So I sign up. He makes an effort to call me on my front porch to record the authorization and the agreement for proof of signup. I transferred all 3 lines that day.
      I get my first bill and it's regular price at $80/line. I call Telus customer service and tell them there is a mistake, but but they claim there was nothing on my file for any kind of discount. I gave them the salesperson's name and contact number and the support person contacted the salesperson. She said there was something that salesperson forgot to file on my account and I would expect a call from him. I waited and got no phone call. In the meantime, she tries to fill out paper work to reduce the rate to $30/line as per the salesperson. I tried to text the salesperson but he ghosted me and I get no response.
      I call back to Telus Support next week and the support person says the paper work to reduce to $30/line was denied. I express my displeasure at being deceived by the Telus salesperson. It leaves a very sour feeling with them and will look to move my services as soon as my TV and internet contract ends.
      Meanwhile, my old carrier no longer has the plan I was on and cannot get back that rate. This move will now cost me more in the long run than what I started with before he came to my house.

      My phone was with **** and ported my number to **** due to their promotions
      I found out from relatives , I can't received call or text messages depending on the provider after staying with **** for 3months.
      I am also using this for work and my sales went down
      So I decided to port my number again from **** to ****** **** , I thought it's going to solve the problem and tried texting ** ******** from ****** **** to **** but It's not working for 3days.
      So I decided to port my number from ****** **** to Telus and text still not working .
      Telus called the technical support and we did network resetting and swap the sim card and check my phone for 5 hrs. Telus said we can't do anything . I have to call their technical support again my self . I am frustrated and don't know what to do. And they're charging me the connection fee .

      Will not honour email with promo code despite coming from their business that says Switch to a TELUS CAN-US Unlimited rate plan and get 100GB for $75/month
      Plus, we'll waive the connection fee when you activate online.1 Use promo code online or at any TELUS/Koodo store.

      I was on the “bring it back” program. After a year you could bring your phone back. I switched companies so I wanted to take the phone back. Took the phones into the store and they would not take them I called the 1-888 number and they said they would text me the directions on how to send back. No text received so I called again and waited 1 hr to speak to someone. They said they would email me the directions. I confirmed my email by spelling it out. I have not received an email. I called again this morning. Again they said they would text me the directions. Still no email. I do not want to get dinged with these phones.

      I had services with telus and suddenly one day they add extra TV services with different address on my account. I called them to remove but the agent marla was not understanding anything and told me to wait until new account activation. I am not paying any telus bills nowonwards as they did fraud in my account. Also for my current services i asked them to cancell but they never cancelled and keep billing. Worst agents and they think people will pay if they keep billing, no not me.

      I was offered a telus mobile + internet + home security bundle part of black friday deal on 26th nov. took this got a account number and on 29th the home security system was installed.
      After 15 days now, i haven't got the sim cards or internet modems yet.
      When i kept following up to the person called who apparently is the account manager (Esha), no one picks the calls but msgs back will deliver today/tomorrow for last 15 days.
      This is a worst service ever and still not sure who is owning this.

      This is a complaint about a loyalty offer that is from *****, who is under Telus. I was called out of the blue with a loyalty offer from *****. I was offered an upgraded plan at a lower rate, and then they mentioned something about a Telus Home Security offer. They would send me some equipment, and the lady on the phone stressed to me that this was completely free of charge. What was not made clear to me was that I was signing up for a 3-year contract with this service. It must have been glossed over in the phone call or lost in the caller's accent, because I do not recall any mention of this at all. I only just found out when I still had a bill left after they credited my account. Now I ** ******* **** either paying off the contract at $1200 or just sticking to $20 a month, which luckily is the discounted rate and the full rate is $35. The worst part about the whole ordeal is that the service isn't even good. I'm not sure why I am paying $20 a month for a security camera that barely registers movement and some silly blinky light box. Especially when Ring Protect Plus does just about as much at $15 a month without a discount. This could be a misunderstanding, but I genuinely do not remember agreeing to a 3-year contract. I guess I am locked in now, and there isn't much I can do other than complain. To anybody reading this, beware; nothing is ever truly free, especially from Telus.
