My first time booking a vacation with tripcentral, my agent ***** ******* did a great job, he gave me all the required information about my trip to Cuba, there were no unexpected surprise, very easy to reach and responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner, I had a great time, many thanks to the team.

Been booking with Susan Snider for quite a few years now, she assisted us on an amazing vacation to Jamaica last year, so we decided to give her a call and rebook for this year! She's very professional, always has the best reccomendations for excursions, resorts and airlines. ALWAYS a pleasure to have a chat with Susan she's so friendly and always welcomes us with open arms, proud to call Susan the best travel agent I've EVER dealt with. On 28 April I contacted a tripcentral.ca agent to enquire about a ******** cruise. It was an enquiry only and, given the information provided, I did not proceed further. On 29 April, quite by chance, I discovered that a booking had been made without my authorization, which placed me in the unenviable position of having to call the cruise line to cancel the booking. Luckily, I was not changed a cancellation fee! This was the first time I had contacted tripcentral.ca and it will certainly be the last!tripcentral.ca

Dear client,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We talked to the agent and he advised when you asked for a quote, he took a courtesy-hold for a cabin to keep that space in case you were interested to come back for it later, which, with no deposit, would cancel automatically. The agent sent you the details so you have the quote, and then without sharing your concern with the agent, you contacted the cruise line and cancelled. As mentioned, that booking was going to cancel automatically, as you did not pay anything.
The agent you contacted, is a cruise expert and he is aware of terms and conditions of the cruise lines. He is one of our expert agents and has no intention to trouble his clients. We're sorry for your inconvenience and hope this explanation helped you.
