  They said I would not be charged for the visit if I decided to use them to repair the dryer. The repair man arrived and said he thought he knew what was wrong as there was a tic when you pushed the knob to turn on the dryer but it would not turn on!!
  He proceeded to take the top off the dryer like he knew what he was doing. He tested the rectangular board on the top of the machine and he said you need a new board and unfortunately is was the most expensive thing in the machine. He put everything back in and he said I needed to pay him for this diagnostic work.
  I said well your add says there will be no charge for the call if I decide to get the work done. Right you won't be charged for the call but you need to pay me for the diagnostic test I just did! It's for my labour only!!!! He also said it would be 10 days to order the new board as it had to come from the factory in Toronto. I said well don't you have a factory here in Calgary - it's a big city. Then he said int may be faster than 10 days it often is so I agreed as I needed the dryer fixed! The charge was $255. It's a bit high isn't it.   I contacted these guys to come check out our dishwasher that had stopped functioning back in September of 2023. Rahman did the service call and recommended a part replacement. The price was much more palatable than a full dishwasher and came to $135 for the service call and an additional $119.55 for the deposit. The Total repair cost was estimated at $680 for parts and labour.
  We waited, and waited and waited and waited. I would contact Rahman every 3 weeks to a month or so asking for updates and was assured the part was coming if i got a response at all. So we waited and waited and waited... Finally after being strung along, we had had enough after 21 WEEKS of waiting and asked for a refund for our deposit.
  After phoning the company, emailing the contact email numerous times, I was contacted by a manager named Benjamin. I sent in screenshots of conversations with their Technician, proof that the deposit had been sent and any additional info they needed. Here we are again waiting and waiting and waiting. It has now been 7 months since I called them originally and they have my money and no service has been completed.
  We were extremely disappointed how this process went and am still waiting to have my money refunded. This is not how business should be done. I would not recommend using this company for any services.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. After the initial service call, it was determined that I needed a new part which I was required to pay for in advance. After two months of trying to get them to return to my home to replace the part, I gave up and hired another company who promptly served my needs. I think this behavior is intentional as many will give up on the few hundred dollars lost and it felt like a ****. Both head office and the technician made promises they never kept and the list of excuses as to why they could not get back to may place included everything but "the dog ate my homework". *** *** **** * ******** **** *******

  Appliances Repair charged me $100 for service I cancelled a day earlier, and send it to collection now to ***** my credit, notice they do not answer there e-mail, or they change it frequently, and the do not answer the phone, but they call you later, is that strange.

  Repair man cam to fix my dishwasher. I was told it was fixed, and I paid him. After he left, I ran the dishwasher, but I saw no difference. I had to call them back literally 50 times (I counted in my call log), and they ignored or declined my calls, but if I called from another number I would get an answer. They would give me the runaround about when the manager would be in. I paid $250, but only got $102 back in refund.

  A repair technician was sent to fix my dishwasher on January 18th, 2024. He looked at it, said he needed a part, that he would order it, then be back to finish the job.
  On January 19th the technician called and said the part was ordered and that it would take a day or 2 for it to come in, then he would call me to make arrangements to come and finish the job.
  January 23rd: His text
  Hi, I should recieve the part in 2 or 3 days. Part already shipped yesterday.
  Since then, dead silence.
  January 27th, I text the technician
  Any update on my dishwasher Repair?
  No one is getting back to me. I have already given a 50% deposit. **** * **** ******** *** ****** ** **** It's now been over 2 weeks and my dishwasher is still sitting there. **** ***** ** **** ********

  Called company and they sent a technician who came pretty quickly and he diagnosed the problem and asked for a direct deposit to his account for a little over $400 that was over a month ago. With every excuse for delays till he’s sick or holidays he never showed up. Finally today I called the company again and they said he doesn’t work for them anymore and since I paid him directly they won’t give me my money back. Even though he represented there company there taking no responsibility *** *** ***** * ******

I have tried to reach them several times regarding the issue, now that they have reconize my number they wont pick up my call. i would love to get my money back from these ** **** people

  *** **** ** *** ****. The technician did come on time and called half an hour before. He diagnosed the problem and said that l required a set of hinges for my **** oven. I was told he would order them. That was last Wednesday. They do not answer my calls. But, if l use a different phone, the call is answered. I truly believe my deposit money is History as is the technician.l. This company needs to be stopped immediately. DC.
