  This is for the Calgary location.....I recently had my dryer repaired. While it is still working, I discovered that I was charged $225 for a heating coil which can be found at a number of other places *** *** ** ****. You will want to check out parts costs before you let this outfit replace anything in your appliances.

  ********** ******* **** ***** **** ********** NO OFFICIAL WRITTEN QUOTE, USURARY MARKUP ON PARTS, HANG UP WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN. *** ******** ******* *** **** ** *** *** **** ** *** *** **** *** *** ******* ** *** **** *****. Called for service on an electric oven and received a rapid call back. "Technician" came at the appointed time. NO DIAGNOSTIC TEST PERFORMED. Turned the oven on, opened door and placed his hand near the element (which was cold, the reason for the service call). Then said both heating elements had to be replaced. No testing with an ohmmeter (he didn't pull the oven out of the cabinet). DID NOT PROVIDE A WRITTEN QUOTE -- SAID IT WAS AGAINST COMPANY POLICY!!! Later texted a deposit amount we needed to pay to have the parts ordered, which would take 3 months. The stated amount was $879.63 (for 2 elements). THE ACTUAL PRICE FROM THE BRAND'S OFFICIAL LOCAL PARTS DISTRIBUTOR: $275.85. SO APPLIANCE REPAIR CHARGES A 320% MARKUP. Even worse, the "diagnosis" was wrong -- all 3 elements are in fact functional (the oven has 3, not 2 elements as claimed by the pseudo-technician). The problem was a defective control/relay board. I called to obtain a refund on the "diagnostic visit", if an agent answers, he promises to transfer the call but hangs up; if you call back, they hang up immediately. ****** ******** *** ************

  *** ***** **** ** * ****** **** * **** ***** ****** **** I wish I could have taken the time to research before calling this joke of a business. But when you need it you call anyone willing to “help”. Called for my washing machine, this Michael guy shows up. Opens whatever. Does nothing. Claims it works. Leaves. 10 mins later I turn it on. I have Niagara Falls in my house. Call him back. Tell him to give my money back. Tells me to replace some other ** part for more money. I laugh saying no. Called this ******** **** business back to speak with manager and they can’t transfer me…..what do you mean? Put the manager on the phone. I explain what happens asking for my money back. ***** tells me to email the manager. I said what are you talking about. I just hung up!

  price is too high , charged me 425 dollars. the igniter ***** ** ****** ** *******. and it did not take more than 15 min to change. the igniter ... not. a brand name igniter ... price and time does not match with the time spend the persons name

  some rules rules should follow to protect the customer ... also they told they will thirty dollar coupon for the first service they provide to me

  Absolutely horrible service! Contacted this company in Halifax NS, to repair our fridge. A guy came while I was at work, my son was home , this guy demanded $619.00 on the spot. My son called me at work and was very uncomfortable. So of course I send the money. He never returned to my home or replied to messages. I finally found a way to contact them and was refunded only $414.00 with zero communication or explanation where the other funds ended up. And that was after many phone calls and emails.No parts were delivered , it's been 4 months! **** ******* ** * *****

  Please advise ASAP when I will receive my refund for services not rendered. I was sent a technician last week who ordered me 2 new parts for my dryer. Yesterday, after I called you (and not the other way around), you told me the technician no longer works at your company, and that I will be refunded. I was not informed I needed to send this additional e-mail as well.

  ** *** *** **** ******* *** ********** ******* We called them for a repair for our washing machine because it would not drain and spin. The repairman came and cleaned out the drain and said if we still had problems they would return and replace the drain pump. We think that he already knew that replacement parts were required but to make extra money he only did minimal work. We paid $288 for that work and now our washing machine still won’t drain and spin. When we tried to contact the company, they automatically hang up. We did speak to the service manager and he told us twice that the repairman would contact us to make an appointment. It has been three days and we have not heard anything from the repairman. * ** *** ********* **** ***** *** * **** ****** ** ********** **** *** ****** ******** ********* ******** *******

  **** ***** *****, I called Appliance Repair Expert for my washing machine, they sent a tech out, he said it was my support spider arm. I ordered the part, he came back took the machine completely apart, the spider support arm was fine. The tech figured it was the bearings and was going to order them. He never came back or answered my calls. The offshore call centre wouldn't do anything when I called but I was finally given an email address. My email was not answered. After a month of this I asked for a refund as my washer was still in pieces and was finally answered saying that my situation doesn't meet the protocol for a refund, the end bye bye. Further attempts to contact them have not been answered. Needless to say I do not recommend this company.

  On Sept. 13,2023, I had a repair done for a gas ** dryer at my home.
  Unfortunately, the service was inadequate and was not performed correctly. The dryer
  still has the same issue. I have been contacting the company for
  the last 2 weeks with no response. Although, the invoice states
  that there is 90 days warrant on the work done, they had charged me $580 for replacing a twenty-dollars parts. They are not answering their phones and didn't respond to the complain at all.
