      ********* *** ***** ********* *********** * **** **** **** ****** ** **** ***** 15 years ago, I had an auto loan with them and after I made my last payment they never closed my loan and I didn’t hear about it until it came up when I was applying for a mortgage 5 years after paying off my loan!!!! I now have a second auto loan with them (I had no choice, it was through the dealership) and I haven’t been sent a statement and NO ONE at the physical branch is able to pull anything up or find my loan in the system (even though my monthly payments to them have been coming out of my account for the past 3 years) and when I call the number, I can’t get through to anyone!!!!

      **** ** ******** ** *** ***** **** *** ******** I opened a account *** ******* ** the person who I met quite to open it told him my banking needs he recommended plus plan then I was charged a additional 185 in banking fees cause of the plan he told me would best suit me. I phoned customer service they told me that they could only credit 25 back and to go back into bank and tell them that they would give me back my 185 which when I went back and asked to speak to manager they wouldn’t let me. Then I leave a review and they tell me to email with my name and number so someone could call me and it has been 2 weeks and of course no call back. ***** ******** ******* **** ** ******** ***

      ********** ******* They put a hold on my husbands check ** ** ******** ** **** *** *** ***** * *** ** ****** ***** **** ** ****** *** ********* ***** his check from his work is sitting on hold for a week *** **** ***** **** *** *** ** *** **** and there is a NSF fee that I now have to pay. The funds are there! They won’t give them to me. Another time my card got stolen and I called and they refused to do anything until I contacted the police. Over a thousand dollars out of my account. Terrible customer service.

      Debit card declined despite having more than enough in accounts ?!
      Constantly having no access to my accounts online ?!
      Had to reset my pass word 3 times in a year
      Manager in Langford branch had an “ oh well “ attitude ..did nothing to help me
      Like I was not worth their time to help

      Absolute worst bank ever! Set up online savings account. They sent an email to fill out info and locked me out of my account! After 2 months of calls and sending in proof of who I am, they finally agreed to return my money but only after taking a $50 fee to close the account. Unbelievable !

      Worst customer service ever. Zero listening skills, condescending attitude, zero care for the client's concerns, they will however waste your time and energy and completely ruin your day. Good luck y'all.

      Banks are not in the position to help people because of low credit score. Even with over 98% of payments made on time because of score they won't let you defer a payment. They rather see you miss rent then help you out. Done with this bank after my loan is done.

      This is by far the worst bank I ever dealt with. Just to list a few issues .A few years back I closed a credit card and had over paid on it .3year later still can't get my money back.The bank tells you call the credit card company and they bounce you around from person to person. The icing on the cake was I had a business account with them and they closed my account because I didn't use it for a few months and it had a balance of -$30 due to there services fees. This is a fraction of what they owed me from the over payment. I Spook with a the bank regarding the closed account and they told me to make a appointment to reopen a new one. I have had it,This July i will I switch my mortgage on my home to a real bank.This bank customer service has been declining for the last 10yr.Hope this review helps anyone looking for a new bank,do your research.

      Very POOR Costumer service! I wished I've never ever deal with this bank at all! Horrible experience of my life! Asking for help due I can't pay my cc on time *** *** ****** **** ****** **** **** ******* ***** *** ****** You treat your costumer like that!? Horrible!
