      I am extremely disappointed of BMO ****** **** services. I been on the line for 1 hour and 15 minutes for someone to help me with the charges on my credit card. I wish i could post the screenshot of my wait time.
      THIS IS ABSOLOUTLY NOT ACCEPTED.
      Shame on your services.

      I have been to the bank and asked for them to remove me as a singer but was told I had to come with all the people on account. I let them know it would not be good if we all showed up
      And take me off account
      Bank manager at mesa on Baseline Jeanette M said she can’t take me off account
      I just want to be removed from accounts I signed my signature in 2018 and I want to be removed from the accounts I no longer work for this company but they will not accommodate me
      The bank says we have to all be together to take my name off
      Even with my ID they won’t help me play I have no use for this bank I feel like they’re holding me hostage by not removing me from the account
      If I stay on the account I will be responsible for any debt
      This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with I have no use for this bank **** ***** ********* *** *** **** **** **** **

      Their online banking is constantly down or having issues, they closed my savings account after a couple days because it was at 0 with no warning or messages telling me it was about to close.

      Disgraceful customer service! My credit card was stolen and unauthorized charges were made. I have been on the phone dozens of times and even gone into the branch, where they put me on the phone again! I also reported the fraud online, to no avail. I will be cancelling my ********** due to this total lack of respect for customers and switching to a different company.

      Terrible customer service. My aunt passed away and I am her executor. I flew to one city from another to arrange and attend the funeral. On the days before I flew, I left a several voice mail messages with the branch to arrange an estate appointment. This was important so I could be recognized as an executor, and get access to the safety deposit box. No one returned my calls. I went to the branch in person to arrange an appointment and there was none available in the days I would be there. I would have to fly back just to get into a safety deposit box. When I went to another branch for the appointment the teller said I should have arranged the funeral the following week. How can I make an appointment ahead of time when I don't live there and no one responds to a voice message? One branch said they respond the next day-didn't happen. Furthermore, businesses who respect their customers should respond right away or at least give a time line. The problem is not the tellers it is how BMO has cut back on staff so much that there is no possibility of good customer service. One branch had a lineup of 10 people many of whom are elderly.

      Been getting daily robo calls from BMO for months now saying there is a problem with my account. I don't have an account at BMO.
      I have called them 3 times so far and the problem is confusion with another person with a similar name. Each time I called the rep said my phone number would be removed from their list but the calls keep coming. Don't think I will ever deal with this company any time soon.

      Does not answer hotline call and the Customer Complaint office and social media feed advise they are working on improving response time and while waiting time for over 4 hours is as per their standard call response time! Not sure who gave them authority to waste customer's 4-5 hours just to connect with an agent? Is this customer service standard in Canada? * ***** **** **** ***** ** ** *** ** ****** ** ****** ****. BMO either shut down your false promise and so called hot line or have some business ethics.

      I have been a customer of BMO World Elite ********** for exactly one year. Here is their annual performance review of a customer that pays balance in full every month.
      - Card has been locked twice, this is after following their verification steps to validate purchase
      - Once card was locked, it was over 1 hour on hold to the 1-800 # to get in contact with a customer service represenative
      - I've had to call in on 4 occasions to the 1-800 # and each time was an average of 65 minutes on hold and one time was 95 min.
      - I make several purchases on this card and the "Available credit" will not reset until the monthly cycle billing is complete, SO if you use this card a lot, you could find yourself out of available credit EVEN if you make immediate payments to the card after a large purchase such as an airline ticket
      - I submitted a complaint which captures above items noted. The customer service rep noted and submitted complaint which I received an email confirmation stating they are looking into it. I specifically indicated I wanted to speak with a senior manager/director about my concerns. 3 days after I received the email, I then received an email indicating they looked into the complaint and resolved it. HUH? No call, no explanation, just case closed.
      - In the same email there is an option to escalate complaint to a senior officer. I proceeded to do this and I was informed I would be contacted within 2-3 business days. That was 5 days ago.
      - On Sept 30 I received an email from BMO regarding step 2 complaint - once again they decided on their own to "Resolve the matter" with no call to myself. I've now re-opened the complaint for a third time.
      - I will be visiting a local branch and attempt to speak to a branch manager next.
      - I will be sharing this experience as much as I can so as to ensure consumers are aware of this terrible business

      I have been introduced to Neda G. by friend of mine which he is a Mortgage Broker from Different institution: He highly recommend her due to the volume of business the do together:
      First, she said consider this as a done deal don’t go with the conditional offer go as a firm, And I DID:
      After she request for $5000 in cash to have my application start it and I did provide refused to rejects my calls. Finally, she got back to me After one month, she said I been under investigation I can not except any file and her boyfriend confirm that (Shawn F.) In that meeting. There are a team.
      She asks me to go and request for few months extension.
      After I refused: due to NO place to stay, she said the money that I paid has been spend for my paperwork and she can not give me my money back.
      After few times that I called her and request to talk to her manager, she said My manager his on board and we are all one team so even if you go and complain to my manager you would NOT get anywhere except putting your file in to more danger.
      ****** ***** ***** *** ******* **** *** *** ** ******* *** **** *** ******** My question to BMO bank Of Canada:
      1-Have you had any background search about her pass before Hiring her? Did you know that she was a Mortgage agent was doing same thing **** *** ********** *** *** *******?
      2-Is that part of application that BMO bank charge an indivisible for paperwork and never refund that.
      3-Also Is that Ok if BMO representative discussed my sensitive information with others, don’t you think there is a privacy act:

They refuse to give me a reason why every non try there’s a new fraud investigation at the end of it they always say yes someone has stolen your money. Never replaced it and whenever I call as they have stolen even more money from me now, my accounts constantly going into overdraft and making me pay, they hang up never giving me an explanation. **** *** ******* *** ********* *** **** **** ***** ** ** **** ****. We are currently starting a . Lawsuit against them.8k in 3 years.*************
