      This location is **** bad
      Customer service agents *** ******** ** ******* I went just to change my PIN number they ask for ID
      I give them my driver license and my password but they ask for transactions I told them them they took an hours , she called other agents and talk Chinese with them regarding my account and ******* then she said system doesn’t work I have to wait. She ask other agent to assist me so she went to her office which she can see . Then she pull my account from there and watch all my transactions and then remove my automatic payment for my car loan so my transaction go UNSF
      This is 3th time they doing this and I have to go in person end do the payment then after awhile the payment disappears

But year after when I go to ask for the information how many accounts are open they give me the receipt that all are open . Has 30 cent or 10 cent in it but it is open . **** *** ******* ***** *************** **** ****** ** ** **** ** * ******* *** *** ** **** **** * They took more then 2 hours of my time and make me to sign 2 time papers just to have account transactions review, and change my PIN number

      I have been with this bank for decades but I'm seriously disappointed. I am very disabled and unable to leave my building. If for whatever reason a pin stops working I have to go in, if I want to invest, I have to go in, anything I've asked for, I need to go in. I have money and money to invest but I won't give them my money. When I find a bank that can serve all their customers not just the ones that can walk, I'm taking my money elsewhere. Right now I have to go reset the pin on my cc but I can't do it. They refuse to accommodate me. I've tried many times to appeal to them but a call center. I get there are policies but they are leaving me out. That's not ok. In my experience they only want abled customers.

      I just finished the process of opening a business account and credit card. People are helpful however, the process is ludicrously inefficient and cumbersome. I've been to the branch 5 times to finally get everything working. No fee banking is a fine product but the time cost to me is frustrating. I would switch banks to a paid account simply for a better process.

      I am a client of Westbrook BMO, I opened a cheques account and a savings account, I thought maybe I should try BMO, but after today I am thinking of finding another bank, I did do a balance transfer from my ******** **** ********** and deposited it last Tuesday and then they told me there would a five working day hold on the cheques, so that was fine, till I got home and found it was twice of the hold time, so I went back to the bank explained to the manager what had happened, he had a terrible attitude and said he would guarantee the hold would be off by the 24 day of April, well that morning of the 24, I tried to pay off my high interest line of credit.
      The money is still on hold and if it is not released right away BMO will be responsible for any occurred interest will be paid by BMO, and I don’t like getting **** to by a bank manager **** ***** ** ******* **** *** ***** * ***** ********** **** *** **** ******* ***** ** **** **** *** ******** *** ******** ******** ** ****** ***** ***** ********* ****** *****

      ******** ****. BMO could not or would not fix mistakes on my accounts that their Bank Employees made. Around a 2 year period I went through 13 personal banking specialist, a bank manager, an assistant bank manager, 2 local branches, wrote their head office, contacted their complaint department none of the 4 mistakes were fixed.
      I have closed all my accounts with BMO taking 3 mortgages out, closing 2 lines of credit.

      My Credit card went over the limit for. 77 cents and I was charged for $29 for over limit fee on the same day. After 4 days I was charged for another $29 again for over limit fee plas CC bal ins. For $12+ plas advance bal ins. I'm not happy about and I personally don't recommend this bank.

      I was in the Westmount Branch in Edmonton on December 16, 2023 to talk to advisor about credit balance transfer that they had offered at 0% for 12 months with 1% transfer fee. I specifically asked what is the interest for purchases and she said so long you pay there is no interest. What she has omitted, and did not disclose is that you have to pay entire amount including the transferred balance to omit charges. * ** ***** ** *** ** ** *** **** ********* ** ******** Today I called to enquire about the fees I was charged and they pointed to the small print in agreement.

      Their systems are poorly set up. Their practices for small businesses are terrible. They are seldom able to help with any matters in a timely fashion. Their departments are disconnected and do not understand what the others are doing. Their communication to clients is terrible. While in our over 8 years of dealing with them we have had just a few good experiences nearly every single interaction is a struggle.

      Opened a new account with BMO, **** poor customer service. From no one knowing the right procedure to verify and authenticate a customer to being transferred to “a manager” and getting a voicemail.
      Called back and told that a manager would reach out to me in 24 hours, after having experienced such poor customer service. **** ***** ****** ****** ** ******* 
      **** **** BMO **** *** ** *** not recommending your banking services to anyone.
