      So I have a BMO world elite **********, account and I also have insurance so if I get hurt, die or disabled, I have insurance covered with BMO, the name of the company
      ******** lately they have representatives, not taking down information, putting it into the computer, making payment arrangements and letting people know that if they don’t pay a certain amount, their account will be terminated made numerous payment arrangements stating that I wasn’t able to pay my insurance because I’m self-employed kicks in after 90 days. All of a sudden I made a payment talk to a representative last week never stated any other problems just took my payment arrangement then on Wednesday. Nov 15 I got a letter in the mail stating that my insurance and my credit card are terminated. I have a doctors letter stating that I would need to be covered and not eligible for work until February March asked to speak to supervisors and managers and nobody has called me back as of yet I get calls on Sunday, and this morning at 8:20 in the morning I have a representative calling me telling me to make payment arrangements that I owe money ***** **** ******** *** **** *** *************** I made numerous complaints and asked to speak to representatives, and nothing happened **** **** *** ************** ******* have been with them for 20 years very disappointed on how they handled this matter without documenting the correct information

      I was asked to go to a BMO branch to provide ID to get approval on a credit card, I did, and due to a useless communication and information system I was unable to get card approval. Now, to cancel the account, I have to go in again and provide two pieces of ID to cancel. When I asked for them to arrange for the manager to have a meeting so I could cancel it with feedback that there processes, they were unable to do that. ****** **** **** **** **** *** ** **** **** ** ** ********** *********** ** they need new management, as they literally can't communicate internally and put the onus the customer to correct their mistakes.

      Bank "service" continues to disappoint (all). Example - Try to get more than $2K cash from #BMO. Nope, need to call ahead. Did so last Friday Nov 10/23 for the Sat, BUT Nov 11 was a a holiday. Banks closed for Remembrance day Sat + Sun + Mon (because being closed Sat wasn't enough inconvenience). Tried to call today. Anyone ever answer? Nope. Message left 3 hours ago. Banks and most major companies all hide behind poorly managed phones/voice mail. Bring back real, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful people not just max profits!! Always the same nonsense + terrible messaging on voice mail. If customer service was ever a consideration they would stop frustrating consumers, but it's not. Captive market. They do what they want. **** ************

      BMO **********
      I accidentally made payments in of over $16,000. to my husband''s closed BMO ********** (in lue of the correct **********). We discovered this after a very large payment in June
      Five months later we are still trying to recover the money from BMO **********. We are receiving many excuses, such as the check is in the mail
      A check was never received. We requested a replacement check sent to a BMO branch. Two weeks later that check is apparently in the mail. We are incurring intrest charges on the account that shoud have been paid. **** ** ******** * ******** *******

      I applied for $20k loc and was denied. My husband applied and got approved. We have the same debt, same credit rating, same income except with him he never pays his debts on time!! ******** ******* ** * ****** *** *** *** ** ** *** **** ****** **** ** **** ***** Absolutely absurd!! Now I take a credit hit for *** NOTHING! **** **** **** ** bank, dont take customer loyalty seriously at all.

      ******* **** **** They spent a whole year giving me credit increases and then decided last night to remove all of them. Went from having 16k on my credit card to 1k without contacting me.
      My net income is high and all my payments have been on time since I started with them, but because they wanted to they flagged me as 'high risk'
      Effecting my credit score and then deciding to tell me I could re-apply in 6 months.

Also they reduced my credit card limit from $4500 to $2700 without any notification whatsoever.       *** ****** They only keep records dating back two years. FOR A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. ******* ******* *******. * ******** **** **** **** ******* ******** **** *** ***** ******** Long wait times *** ****** help when they actually answer. How do these banks keep business.

      They have terrible service in person. We have a community account and a trust account for our Charity. I consistently have to wait inline minimum 20 minutes sometimes longer and sometimes ******* * **** * **** ******* ** **** I cannot stay out long periods of time .
      If I make an appointment which takes time to get in they are very helpful.
      Overall service at counters continues to be stressfully slow.

      I tried using my bmo ****** **** and it gets declined my credit limit was 10.000 the decreased it to 7500 for no reason I make my payments well above the minimum payment now my 50 dollar extra payment oct 6 they said they never received it well my online banking gives me a reference # they say the don't see it on there file so called up *** my online banking they told me the bmo is having a technical problem the bank would know that instead ** ****** ** ** *** suspend my card I have all the receipts now tell me how good is that shutting my card down do to there technical issues thanks bmo they wouldn't like it if I suspend payments
