      If there was 1/2 star that would be my rate. This bank gives confidential information
      to a call center. And they harass their customers everyday for payments.

      Calgary crowfoot location has a wonderful assistant manager. Vera Q. She found a compromise for a very difficult situation and I couldn't be happier. BMO is lucky to have her.

      *** **** *** **** * **** *********** They send you marketing emails that are not honored and can not be stopped! I'm glad I started slowly and did not invest a lot of money. I am totally dissatisfied with their service.

      Horrific
      Everything I call for assistance it sounds like I've called a ******** call* **** center. No knowledge about anything.
      As of recently, they've been robo calling me 5 days a week for a month about a payment that isn't even due!
      When I tell them they're ********* me to 6 different people (including 2 managers) they told me they can do whatever they want and I should have read the fine print.

      Online banking and website do not work (you get dumped out on an expired session message) for changing contact information. Phone customer service is unintelligible, once you finally get through an eternally higher than normal call volume. Pack a lunch and take the day off work if you have the misfortune of having to call them. Some credit cards apparently can't be registered for online banking, but they don't tell you this. Phone help says to go to a branch, and the branch tellers (equally useless in every branch I have been in) say it has to be done by calling the phone help.

      Terrible Customer service! Insane hold times, error codes when trying to log in. Long holds to get a human. Transferred to rewards dept and got a whole different business! Start over, hold, callback, human, transfer, finally correct rewards dept and been on hold 18 minutes. Still on hold as I write this review.

      I went to a branch to at Sheppard and Victoria Park to deposit for my sister
      1. They demanded ID to deposit to a third party account, regardless less of amount.
      2. Then they said they allow $3,000 a day only. **** **** ** **** ** ******* *** **** ****** **** **** ** **** *** 
      I said thank you and walked out.
      They make up their own set of rules that i find not reasonable, waste your time and effort.

      Worst bank ever! I have thousands I'm not allowed to spend because of their stupid limits and restrictions!
